      I have owned 2 model S for over 7 years. I am a stockholder and advocate. But the decline is service is simply not even reasonable or even close to what I could get with any other brand. Service centers understaffed and poorly trained. My 2020 model s has 51l miles. The ** failed. The first appointment was 5 weeks out and I had to drive a long distance in ******* traffic to get that. Upon arrival the system says I get the car back in one week which is now. Calling is worthless and they always say use the app and text but no response. So a 4 year old car no ** a week in shop no update and looking at 2k repair cost. This is a major downgrade from prior years. A recipe for failure but apparently no one at Tesla cares too bad for you.

      They do not even get a 1! The worst company I have ever dealt with.They over charged me on Solar panels and now want to me to do a payoff or $12,500 after paying on my contract for 8 YEARS!!! 8 years I have been paying on these solar panels! I am getting raped!!! DO NOT BUY FROM TESLA OR SOLAR CITY (WHICH TESLA BOUGHT). Do not do it!

      We've been trying to get Tesla Solar to get us out of a contract that isn't ours. It was a previous homeowner before we moved to our house. We haven't been able to install new Solar's in our house because of Tesla. Tesla has been ignoring us and not doing anything at all.

      I purchased a 2021 Tesla Y from the Telsa Used Car app. around June 10, 2024. They also made me pay for the car before I could look at it. and it appeared to be great. The only instructions I had was how to adjust the mirrors. I drove it for three weeks and loved it. But on July 2, 2024, I drove into my garage as I had been doing for the previous three weeks, applied the brakes and the car appeared to jerk ahead, not allowing me to stop it. I even tried to push the park button. I ran into my "gorilla metal shelves" in the garage, which finally stopped the car..I immediately contacted my insurance company for repairs. The next day, while going to the repair shop, I stopped by the dentist and the car again, lunged forward not allowing me to stop, went over the cement parking strip onto the sidewalk.. After researching, I believe, I had "Sudden Unintentional Acceleration" as, about 150 reports have been given to Tesla, from my latest reading..I reported the incidents to the local Tesla service center on July 3, 2024 immediately following the second incident. I requested the data from both events. I did receive them. I made an appointment with the manager of the Rocklin store on August 10, 2024, as my car was still being repaired. I requested that Tesla buy my car back as I believed it was not safe. *****, the manager, said he would request the data, AGAIN< which would take two weeks to get an evaluation. I have tried to call, text and leave him many messages and no return calls as he promised. I am now dealing with Tesla advanced servce while waiting for the manager from ******* to call me back within twenty four hours.. I am also contacting an attorney which has done class action suits against Tesla for other items...Horrible ******************

      I am extremely disappointment with the experience while picking up my first Tesla after waiting for nearly three weeks.Upon arrival I was told that my advisor was still finalizing the last details to ensure my new car was in perfect condition.When I finally approached my car, I noticed several yellow speckles on the rear right side of the passenger doors, Initially, I thought these were due to an inadequate wash, but attempts to remove them were unsuccessful. Upon closer inspection, I confirmed this issue was unique to my car, as other white vehicles nearby did not have this defect.Additionally, I observed numerous bubbles in the tint on the rear window, and the white seats inside the car were dirty. I found it unacceptable that a brand-new car would be delivered in such a state. When I raised these concerns with my advisor, she seemed to dismiss the severity of the speckles, instead taking the car for a second wash. After another 20 minutes of waiting, the car returned with the same issues.The advisor then suggested that I take the car home and return it later for service. I was astounded at the idea of taking a brand-new car in for service before even driving it off the lot. I also expressed my concern about proving these defects were present at delivery if I took the car home. At this point the magic of owning a Tesla had completely evaporated.After another 45 minutes to speak with front desk, only to be offered the same solution of bringing the car back for service and receiving some form of certification to confirm it was new. This made me feel as though I was purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle rather than a brand-new luxury car.Upon refusing this offer I was told that it would take another few days/weeks for a replacement vehicle. In total, I spent nearly 2 hours at the Tesla center, only to return home empty-handed and deeply disappointed.I hope Tesla takes these concerns seriously and improves the delivery experience for future customers.

      Tesla solar was great at the beginning but after you pay for your system, they are impossible to have them service their defective system.

      We purchased Tesla solar panels in 2016; with a warranty that promised 24/ 7 monitoring and immediate mantenance if the panels were not oroducing as expected. Now they ARE NOT and there is no way to contact a human at Tesla period!!! I have been trying fir two months! They have bots on every phone number that run the customer around in circles until they give up! we paid in full up front for 14 panels - over $15000 and have never received one moment of support! Since the tesla owned company that we bought from (Solar City) changed the name to Tesla - they have dodged every means to schedule any kind of service. They direct the customer to trouble shoot problems themselves then when it doesnt help tell them to do it again! Worst company ever!!

      We placed an order for a 2024 Model 3 on June 10, 2024. Delivery was delayed due to the *** Global cyber security incident and Tesla's inability to restore their systems connection to the State of MI Secretary of ************** It was eventually resolved 6 weeks later; however, we were not notified it was straightened out. During that time, our original contracted lease payment amount became invalid, and we were required to submit a new credit application, which resulted in the lease payment amount increasing over $60 per month. This is not acceptable, especially when the issues were not our fault. When attempting to cancel the reservation, we were advised that the 'deposit' would not be refunded. We filed a dispute with our credit card and did get the amount refunded. TERRIBLE customer service from **********************.

      My appointment was originally scheduled for Thursday at 10 am, with an estimated completion time of 7 pm the same day. However, there were delays and the estimate was pushed to Friday 8am with a transfer to a senior technician for diagnosis. When I check my schedule for pickup the estimate on Saturday at 5 pm, it was then moved to Monday due to the senior technician only working Monday to Friday. This has left me without a car for three days and the job still remains incomplete. If they do not have enough technical staff available, they should not schedule appointments for ************ is essential that you address all aspects of dealership and service quality improvement.***************************

      I traded my 2019 model S for a new 2024 model 3 lease on June 10, 2024. I have a $26k refund due and still have not received my refund money over 2 months after the trade-in. I have sent numerous emails and called both Tesla corporate and the local ********, ** branch dozens of times. I get re-directed to Sales and no one ever answers. A message states no one is available, please call back. Leaving a message is a not available. Corporate finance replied to my email inquiry stating after sales was a local Branch issue and I need to contact the branch I leased the car through. There is no sales person available in person or via phone, only the service center for maintenance and personnel dealing with new car pick **** Terrible customer service, cannot even answer what the status of my refund is from months ago.
