      Pushy sales guy came to my house. Always suspicious when companies do this. He seemed angry when I told him to leave.

      Terrible company and terrible service. We hired them to help with our bee issue and got scammed into a year long contract. Half the time they never showed when they were supposed to or skipped months that we were due for a service but had no issue charging us. I would have to call to get us scheduled because the technician would never show. When they did they would only do half the job and I would have to call them back out. Then when we cancelled the contract it was a fight to get it cancelled and to get them to stop charging and they are still charging. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

      The salesman was fraudulent in claiming what the service would provide. The poor tech came and was confused when i asked about what the salesman said they would do. At this time i see absolutely no difference in my nat problem. Beware of this company! I would never recommend them to anyone.

      Thieves.On July 21st, they came to my home and rang the bell, acknowledging that they agree to pay me $100 within 30 days for my time. The price list is clearly posted above the doorbell. When I called to demand payment, they refused, saying a posted price list was not legally binding.They are thieves. They acknowledged on the phone that they were stealing from me, and they did it with a smile in their voice.

      Alta Pest Control. Ignores NO SOLICITING signs to our gated community. Returned to our community for several days after repeatedly being asked to leave. He said he saw the sign and didn't have to obey the sign and refused to leave. When I told him he was hurting his company by coming back and knocking on our doors, he laughed and said he didn't care. I called the company twice while I was talking to him. They supposedly called him and told him he didn't have to leave, was up to him. Please go far away from this company!

      SCAM. They say you will get services quarterly for quarterly payments which I approved but they are charging monthly when calling to address the issue I was told they wouldnt cancel my service without a deferment plan which I will have to call in January to let them know if I'm staying or not..... If I don't stay I have to pay an additional $300. for a service I don't want.

      Killed my dog, and made two others very sick.Insisted on making me pay for a full year contract after trying to cancel their dog killing service.Would not provide me with the chemicals used so that I could provide my vet with the toxicology for any potentially life-saving procedure.

      Alta Pest Control ***** *********. *************************************** Attn: Account Number #***** 8/1/2023 I am writing to address the recent communication I received from your company regarding a pending payment of $239.00 on 7/25/2023 for the pest control account #***** associated with ******************************. It has come to my attention that there is a serious discrepancy and apparent unauthorized billing in this matter on an account that should have been closed since 11/23/2022.As per the information provided, ****************************** asserts that she did not renew the pest control account with your **********************, and that the remaining balance of $300.00 was accidentally paid by her son, ***************************. Despite this, it is puzzling to note that ***************** is still being billed an additional $239.00 on 7/25/2023.In light of these discrepancies, I must emphasize that any attempt to enforce the payment of $239.00 in the absence of a legitimate agreement would not only be viewed as an act of unjust enrichment. As such, I kindly request that your company cease all collection efforts immediately.Please consider this letter as a formal notice, and I sincerely hope that it will not be necessary to escalate this matter further. However, be assured that I am prepared to take any lawful actions required to protect ********************* interests Regards,*************************

      Their pest control does its job but their billing department and customer service is poor. When we signed the contract, the tech did a good job and came out next quarter and was satisfactory. After that, there was a different tech each time. We were supposed to receive a call each time they came out which did not happen. We were told a day and then they may or may not show up after waiting all day. We were not notified when they were on there way. We always paid the tech by check and then we would get billed as the check would get lost or wouldn't get posted. I had to stop payment once ant resend another check. When calling customer service, they would say they would have to try and locate check as it was in thier system that we paid. Never called back so I would have to keep calling. We were upset that we were being accused of non payment. **************** said they prefer that we give them a routing number to get money through bank. I don't think I want to give a company that senisitive information if they can't keep up with a check. BEWARE
