  Ignores no soliciting signs. Disturbs dementia sufferer with no regard. Once informed of this stated is doing his job as hes supposed to and that I didnt state in my door that someone with dementia lives here. As if I or anyone needs to explain their sign. Very condescending, disrespectful, and refused to supply name or that of manager.

  **** has always done a great job at my home. I recommend them to everyone at my home in Georgetown. The techs are kind and office staff are always friendly and the best part I never have bugs inside.

  Sales people keep coming in our private community were its says no soliciting and private residence. They are very pushy and dont know how to sale the product. No is no and go away. They need to respect peoples space. Private means private and stay out

  I have had the EXACT same issues with this company as everybody else. I wish I could leave less than 1 star! I tried calling the number they had on my paperwork to cancel future service. ******** said it was a highly suspicious spam number and would not even complete the call, it's so bad. Now they want $250 to cancel or said they would turn us over to a collection agency. Do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with this SCAM company! Beyond sleazy business practices!!

  BEWARE OF ATLA PEST CONTROL!We were customers of Ardent Pest Control for over 5 years. Five or six months back, it was taken over by Alta Pest Control. Since then, it has been nothing but a disappointment. I was supposed to have an appointment on May 27. Their technician was unavailable, so it was rescheduled for June 6. The evening before, they changed the time to one that was inconvenient. I spoke with them the next morning and it was rescheduled for June 16. The evening before the 16th, I received a notice that the time was changed for the next day's service. I wasn't going to be home, so I called to again reschedule. I told the woman on who answered the phone that I didn't appreciate being notified of changes the night before and that the change would not work. She spent roughly 10 minutes trying to reschedule and I finally told her to forget it - that I would call on Monday to either reschedule or cancel my service.On Saturday, when we were not home, I got a computer call saying their technician would be in the area. I had already told them I would call on Monday, so I hung up. At around 3:00 pm, the technician showed up at my door. We tried to speak with him via the Ring doorbell, but he apparently didn't hear us. About an hour later, I got an email saying that the service was conducted. The problem is, the back gate was locked, so nearly half of the house did NOT get service. I called this morning, and demanded a refund since the service was incomplete and was not authorized. Basically, they called me a liar because the technician didn't put it in his notes that he couldn't get in the gate. They refused to refund the money. I asked to speak with a manager, but the lady on the telephone said the manager refused. I've deleted all my information from the ****************************** behaves dishonestly, will take your money for services NOT rendered, and then lie about it. As I said. . . Beware of Alta!

  I see a few harsh reviews. I on the other hand had a very good experience with salesperson ***************************. He was courteous, knowledgeable and low pressure. The jury is still out in ************ but first impression is positive. Will update when appropriate.

  Not only do we have a No soliciting sign blatantly visible when walking up our stairs, but our front door has a sign on it meant for a children's room that says "Get Lost"... and yet the guy STILL knocked, waited for 30 seconds, then rang the doorbell 3 times. Then tried interrupting me when I said "Not interested". This happened in ***********, **. This type of stuff has got to stop. Get the memo.

  My experience is similar to ************** below. Argent is based in ***** with a ****** servicing unit. All customer calls go directly to *****. Any servicing requests or corrective action goes to ***** and must be relayed to ******. I did not authorize servicing of my yard and came home to find the servicing done. My dispute with ***** was totally inadequate and lacking in customer consideration. I will never used Ardent now Alto Pest Control aqain!!!!

  This company needs to tell their door to door salespeople to pay attention to signs in neighborhoods and on homes that say "NO SOLICITING" - we ran one guy off 3 times from our neighborhood and he returned on Saturday 6/10. He hit a neighbor with his vehicle and drug him up the street, around the corner and up another street. HUGE LAW SUIT heading their way!
