1 starIf I could give them a lower rating I would. It took ** almost a year to have a level two EV charging station installed through Qmerit as Chevrolet's representative. I am sure the $1500 incentive provided by Chev was eaten up through over charging by Qmerit. Also as they don't seem to be able to manage sending a simple detailed invoice for charges I can't understand how they are still in operation.I find any five star ratings this company has received suspect.Review fromEllen K

4 starsI was skeptical about a third party being involved in installing my electric vehicle charger, but the electrician whom I found through Qmerit was excellent. *************************** and his assistant ****** did a superb job, showed me the switches in my panel, and showed me how to use the charger. 5 starsONCE I FILLED OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM I JUST HAD TO WAIT TO SEE WHO WOULD CONTACT ME TO DO THE INSTALL. THE COMPANY STATIC SUN ELECTRICAL AND SOLAR LLC DID A GREAT JOB AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. SOMETHING THAT DOES'T HAPPEN FREQUENTLY ENOUGH.Review fromChris S

The whole process working with Qmerit from start to finish was incredibly easy and seamless. Their website allowed me to easily specify my requirements, enter my project scope and select an installer. Quote approval process was very easy and pricing was accurate. The work was done on time and at the estimated cost. Of course this all depends on how accurate you are when entering your project information online, including dimensions, installation location etc. In my experience, I can definitely recommend Qmerit to anyone needing a level 2 home charger installed.Qmerit

1 starI would give them 0 starts if I could.Regarding their rebate program, I am very disappointed. I was supposed to get a $1000 rebate after purchasing my Chevrolet Bolt. Each quote I received from their electricians was unrealistic and excessive. The first electrician wanted to charge me more than the rebate amount, claiming that the new replacement panel was insufficientand that I needed an additional subpanel on top of what my electrician installed. The second electrician wouldnot physicallycome out to look at the panel and told me the same thing; that there was not enough room in the panel for the level two charger. Basically, by way of magic, they were able to ascertainthat the panel did not have enough room.I specifically had the new panel installed with enough room for the Level 2 charger. Because Qmerit's electricians completely destroyed my trust, I am paying my own electrician to do the work. By the way, they are not installing a subpanelto get this done because there is enough room in my existing panelfor the additional load.Working with Qmerit and the Chevrolet rebate program was a complete waste of time!Review fromRobert D

1 starOutrageous, inflated estimate for EV installation. Even with the ** $1250 offer, it would cost me more out-of-pocket to have a Qmerit electrician do the installation than it would to have another, highly-rated and reviewed electrician do the job. Waste of time and effort on my part.
