      Technician failed to complete treatment. I was home at the time and he did not apply any pesticide. He also failed to complete other tasks including removing wasp nests and sweeping *****. I emailed company and asked them to refund last service cost and cancel future service. They responded that I would have to call and speak with what is essentially an retention specialist. This is unacceptable.

      White Knight Pest Control Failed to provide services they are being paid for . We had a scheduled appointment to have residence sprayed for pests on 7/7/2022. White Knight Pest control failed to show stating they had employee issues and unable to provide services at the time they established. This appointment was scheduled on 6/23 if not mistaken because I needed them to come back out because the last treatment they provided was not sufficient in eliminating spiders and scorpions. They could not reschedule the appointment until 7/15. They were supposed to arrive no later than 4pm on 7/15. I called the customer service team around ***** cst and asked if they were coming. They stated that technicians were running behind and may not be able to make it. I told them to just cancel my service contract with them since they were not able to honor their commitments. I was transferred to another person and they stated they will get a service tech to the house between 7pm and 8pm. I stated that was not acceptable and proceeded advised to cancel service. They said we can but we will have to charge you a cancelation fee. I said it was unacceptable and requested to speak to management. They said I would get a callback but I got a chat message in stead from white knight stating the service is canceled. They called back the next week saying my service is still not canceled and threatened to charge cancelation fee again. I asked to speak with management and was told they were call back. Nobody has called to this date. I last called on 8/3 and spoke to a ***** from customer advocacy stating that I am stuck with the cancelation fee and per the Owner of White Knight, "Chip White" and the leadership team I could not speak to management. I wish for my services to be cancel like I was informed from White Knight on 7/15 and should not be charged a cancelation fee since they could not honor service agreements and arrive to appointments as they scheduled.       II am not sure what response to trust,  I received 1 that states I am not being charged a termination fee and another that said I will.  The snip of fee waived is attached . The  contradicting email is pasted below here.  If the charges are truly reversed than it is resolved and was juts truly horrible experience .

      We are sorry if the delivery of their message was less than desirable. That being said, everything they told you was correct. We will work on corrective actions to ensure that despite how heated a customer may or may not be they maintain a pleasant attitude throughout. Mr. ********************** will not be giving you a call as he has an ever-growing multi-million dollar company to run. The text you received from ****** did in no way indicate you would not be held to your agreement or that there were no monetary obligations. He was simply referring to your appointment that day. While the agreement and initial discount owed upon cancellation are nonnegotiable we do understand the frustration you have had with scheduling. Our offers of a $50 credit and sending a service manager out to your home still stand. If you decide youd like to take advantage of either or both of those offers please let us know! If you feel that the agreement has been broken, please know that it does not state anything regarding timed appointments, those are simply a courtesy we extend to our customers.

      They refused to let me out of a contract that ended in May. They continue to **** me quarterly for a service Ive tried to end. This time they say I have to wait until after the next service in complete to call and end it. Said it was a technicality.

      On 8/5/22 the customer called in and spoke with a customer advocate.  The customer advocate noted the account " Offered a manager visit, and next service free. Accepted offers. Understands that they have to stay for one more after the free one. Also informed of unlimited free reservices if needed."  This is complaint is considered closed by WKPC - Thank you

      I signed up for pest control services after a sales rep came by my house offering a discount because they were in the neighborhood. I was told there was a special because they were in my area for $50 first service then about $69 per month after with no obligation to continue service. I asked if there was a cancellation fee and they said no. I asked if there was anything that had to be paid if I no longer wanted the service and the answer was no. After the initial service there was a major increase in pest activity, so my husband actually treated the outside of the house because we were hosting a party. I called for another service because of this issue. They came, but the activity continued and I began to notice pest inside the home that were not previously there. I called on 7/22/2022 to cancel because the treatments were having a negative impact on my property and was told that since I received a $200 discount on the initial service I would have to pay that. I told them that two people said there was no cancellation fee for the service. They said it's not a cancellation fee, but I had to reimburse the discount received on the initial service. I was very upset and just paid the $200 because I was going back and forth with them about their deceptive sales practice. After posting a ****** review they claimed I could not be found as a customer and to call back. I returned the call on 7/23 and was told that since I paid the $200 they could only reinstate my account to give me credit for future services and send a manager out. They were willing to pull the call to customer service, but nobody pulled the call when the initial service was set-up. I find that really convenient for them. I refused because I don't want a company that is dishonest in my home with products that caused me an issue. My review was posted with initials, not a full name. Other reviews of this company share the same story.

      ***************** not only received a copy of her agreement via paper mail.  She also received a "Welcome Call" from us explaining the agreement.  Because of these two things we are unable to refund ***************** money.  Thank you
