      I cant believe that American Home Furniture works with this company. I purchased a couch and financed $1400, I made every payment on time and extra payments. My early buy-out was 12/17. I had one payment left beyond that but didnt realize that until I went to make that payment. They were insisting I owed $2751!!!!!! On top of the $1236 I already paid! I understand making a **** for the loan. But this is robbery. I then agreed to a settlement for an additional ****** and it is still showing I owe 1956!!! There is no customer service to speak of either. I owed $164 and I've since paid an additional $500. Im done giving them my money. If you were a legitimate company you would have real agents! If you were a reputable company you would take your reasonable cut and not s**** people over. You dont have a-lot of return business do you?

      Don't use this company. Today was the last payment I had to make, but they modified the agreement to extend my lease without my knowledge, claiming that my contract ended on January 16, which is not true. They told me I had to pay within six months, so I made a payment that was double what I owed to settle it in under six months. I have now contacted my bank to deny any further payments to them. I have also contacted them and all they say oh well you have to pay it again nothing we can do it was on your contract. Its funny how the contract cant even be accessed. Please do not Use this company they will steal from you and lie about it.

      Scammers. They add weekly to the amount you owe. I had paid off my balance down to 1000 then they added 25 then another 25

      They are a SCAM! They were continually lowering my monthly payment to the minimum payment so I would not meet the early payoff date. I had to continually call them. They were charging 127% interest after the initial period which is illegal. Even when I went on the website to make the final payment before the cutoff expired their system would not allow it to be processed. They are predatory lenders and they should be in JAIL. Do not use them for ANYTHING.

      ********* ************** and its employees are the worst. They provide false information and expectations. They keep charging me illegally for a set of couches that I dont have in my possession. Not only that I asked the sales representative Ruele several times if I wouldnt be charged until I had the furniture delivered and stated yes. I take care of my credit and what this company is doing is illegal. They drafted money from my account and on top I got a *** fee. Which this company had not paid for. This is not my first time doing business with them but it will be the last.

      One Star I's way too much.....I opened a loan for ******* ..I was told by merchant early buy out same as cash...But No!! It's a extra ****** ..I call the day after I made the purchase to explain what happened and how the merchant was deceptive..they (AFF) didn't care...also..they added an additional ******* to the account..because I my missed the 90 day buy out due to me being in a vehicle accident.....I reached out for a settlement offer to close this but was told no..due to account being to new??? REALLY?? Hopefully someone contact me from upper Mgmt..!! Not simply say call and ask for a Supervisor...I tried that..it didn't work...If anyone sees this from AFF..I'm willing to settle ..but I want account closed and a letter of account being closed

      If I could give zero stars, that better fits how I feel, and most of their customers apparently.I was loaned $1,200 for some tires off Tire Agent, I had no other options at the time and my tires were BALD. With the interest they charge, youre better off just getting in a wreck with bald tires. By the time I finish paying off my loan, i will have paid over $3,000 just in INTEREST. Place is a scam. $97 out of my paycheck every two weeks for a year now and still havent got the $1200 paid off, oh wait yea I did, just not the $3000 in interest. Tire Agent should also be ashamed to be using them as a payment option, quite unbelievable. DONT USE THIS OPTION, FOR ANYTHING!!!!
