  This is a horrible company I don’t see how they are still in business. Went there to purchase a Samsung refrigerator we did our research so we j ew which model we were searching for an trying to get a deal. Well they had what we wanted but it was missing a tray in the freezer. They tell us that they will ship the try later to get us to purchase right then. Of course you know that never happened and when we called back they lied like we never had the conversation. So we called back again and they changed the LIE we’re sorry it hasn’t come in yet….,, blah blah blah just a bunch of unnecessary lies. We call back again and now all of a sudden Samsung doesn’t make those anymore. Bullshit! So I call Samsung which I knew that American Freight was lying anyway. They still make the trays for the freezer line I said before the sales people were just lying and making up different excuses. Also the customer service at this store sucks. I would advise anyone not to go there it’s not worth the headache!! Aldo I realize they don’t know a damn thing about what they sale they are just there. Do t believe anything g they say about the financing they lied about that as well these people are clueless about everything. It’s really sad.

  If I was able to give them 0 stars I would. I canceled a order with them and they was supposed to put a portion of my refund back on my debit card and the rest they said corporate would be mailing me a check. I've been fighting with these people for almost 2 months about my remaining money. I still haven't received it. Everytime I call it's always a different story. They will rip you off. I don't recommend them at all!!!!!

  If I could give zero stars I WOULD!!! I bought a couch from American Freight in April 2022. I called in May 22 to find out how to file a warranty claim because the foot rest was not releasing when you pull the handle. It took me several weeks to get to the right website to file my claim. The store I purchased it from was absolutely NO help at all! After filing a claim I had to wait two more months to find out they assigned someone to my claim but he didnt service my area so my claim was just sitting in the open status with no one looking into it. I called corporate and they gave me yet another number to call. I was finally approved for a replacement two month later. I followed the instructions on the email to contact the store I bought it at for a replacement. Called on a Friday. Now the store is telling me they couldnt help me until Tuesday. Tuesday has come and went and I still do not have a phone call, email, ***** Not to mention this entire time I have been making my payments automatically and holding up my end of the agreement.

  This was an excellent creditor to come through in a time of need. I have constant pay checks, but not the best credit, but A.F.F gave me a $1200 credit line in house for tires, and made the process super easy, minus the credit checks and inquiry's. Thank You For being there for me when I needed it!

  I don't mind that "all sales are final," which they don't really proclaim. What I do mind is their deceptiveness. They show a bedroom set including a bed, but they don't make it plain that the bed is not included. When you search for box springs, they show you foundations, which are a different thing entirely, and they don't explain the difference.

  Dishwasher I bought was junk. Im asking for a refund. Was missing parts and not ready for install as promised. Drain line was cut off and they gave a short one that was cracking. Water line was also not oem as promised. I just want money back and return item bought today. This is a shady company. Reporting to state.

  I ordered a dresser/mirror and paid for next day delivery. I waited until late morning and no call, I called the location and they said there was no delivery driver. I had to drive down there to refund the next day delivery and waited I don't know how long for them to figure it out. Finally I scheduled a next week delivery and NO DELIVERY. I was told they got a big shipment and two guys were unloading a truck and guess what, no delivery. I had to cancel the order, I have no idea what kind of problem I'll have getting refunded.

  Only gave 1 star because I had to. Employees including the manager is very rude and **** at customer service. They are currently giving me a hard time with my warranty. I will never recommend them to anyone.

  We are sorry you had an issue with your item. Warranties are filed via the manufacturer warranty process. American Freight store management indicated they assisted with completion of the warranty claim. Now that the claim is properly filed, the warranty provider will review.

  We bought a Fridge on 8/29 at that time the sales person offered an extended warranty, which we thought we didnt need since we were buying a good and reliable appliance. Guess what? The Fridge stopped working 2 days later, all ** food went to waste. I called them and they informed me that I was on my own and to contact the manufacturer. G.E will be able to come a week later. I decided to get a repair person, I paid $90 just for the consultation, he said the motor and compressor are broken and it will cost $800 to repair. So on top of financing $1,600 for a fridge that doesnt work I have the food in a cooler with ice. What a scam are these people running it should be ilegal what they are doing, selling damaged appliance and everything is Final Sale.BUYER BE AWARE AND RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!
