  Ill say this , the loan was approved. I dont blame American First Finance. I blame the ******************** If I had not called American First Financial to update my information at the time of arrival of the item i purchased, also to ask about the contract In which i found to be sketchy after the fact I would of payed 3 times the amount of what the item was I purchased. Meaning if your loan is ******* your end game will be *******. During the call with American First Financial, I was explained in detail about **** early buy out) options. I quickly paid off my loan. After the funds where received by American First Financial and my loan was paid off . I called my bank and block all out going transactions. Then signed up for identity theft protection. Here is why , 1. customer service never updated my contact information. 2. When I did call them they couldn't find my account. 3. I have read reviews whereas consumers have said these people will not cut off their direct deposits after they have met all paymentrequirements ( I believe them because they didn't update my information). 4. I was literally told while trying to find my information" it must be my system" so I ask to speak with a manager. The human that was helping didn't realize that I knew I was still speaking with the same person acting as if I was switch over to the manager. ( I believe because I stated at beginning of our conversation "I want to pay off my account" is why I got the hassle. 5. Your log in is not your own it is a generate number which definitely says too me your personal information is not safe. Im only giving 3 stars because 1. You will get the money. 2. The honesty I received in the beginning when ask about my payments and being told about the **** early buy out). 3. ********************** representative did show a sense of perfessionalism while conducting business. 4. Their payment plans are reasonable just keep in mind the hidden fees which are astronomical.

  Horrible company ****** comes out my account every two weekly for a **** loan that I been paying every 2 weeks since April 27, 2022 and I still owe then ******* that's does make any sense they keep over drafting my bank account. I can't afford to keep for this every 2 weeks

  The BBB is a paid sponsor for BS. How can a company with this many complaints and reviews have an A+ rating. Total BS. The delivery service *****. I took a day off of work and waited all day for delivery. Would not give me a period of time. Only that the driver will call 1/2 hr before delivery. I was needed a freezer before the Labor Day weekend.

  I bought a side by side Frigidaire in March and compressor went out in July and took ********** a week to send send a "repairman" to tell me the compressor was out in ten minutes but they don't work on closed systems so I have to wait another 3 weeks for the tech to come and after 3 hours waiting on him the call and sY THEIR GUY WASN'T DOING HIS ROUTE THAT DAY SO THEY NEED TO RESCHEDULE FOR THREE MORE WEEKS OUT. will have been without a refriderator for 2 months if they show September 14th. ****, couldn't get ******,** American Freight to help me at all. They were rude to me when I called to complain that the guy that talked me into having them deliver the ********************************************************************************************************************************** they didn't do that and I bought these after I bought the washer and dryer and refrigerator and the **** I spent last summer on a living room outfit. They won't have to worry about me buying anything else there. Would have been me I would have intervened and called Frigidaire myself or took it back and sent it back to the factory but I knew after the hateful lady that took over after the guy that sold me the last stuff just left the store after he sold me the stuff and she informed me just how much she didn't care that I was wasting my breath trying to get them to help. Lost three hundred dollars in food and have been without a refrigerator for a month and missed two days of work waiting on repaimen and tech so will never shop Amerrican Freight again and dam sure won't buy a Frigidaire Refrigerator especially one made in ******

  This company is so full of it! Went to American Freight store and was told one price biweekly and soon as it was time to start making payments, this company took out triple the amount. Called and spoke to someone and I told them that it is not what the store employee told me my bill would be! Told them I could not afford that amount biweekly and to cancel all future transactions and refund my money! Told them that they can come pick up they merchandise and they told me they couldn't get it back that I had to donate it to charity! BULL ****!! I will see how fast they would come get it once they see they are not getting paid! Then they turn around and sent a email and the bottom of the email clearly stated that you can terminate your contract at any time AND RETURN MERCHANDISE BACK TO THE STORE!! I would NEVER use this company again and advise people to please be careful when dealing with this company!!

  American Freight practices bait and switch marketing. We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator at the ************* store. At the time, we were desperate for a refrigerator because our old one stopped working. They promised quick delivery.We settled on a refrigerator in fairly good shape. We went over it with the salesman, ****, and decided we could live with one slight imperfection. Unfortunately, the refrigerator we received was not the one we selected. There was a huge scratch across the bottom freezer that had not been there. Luckily, I took pictures of the one we purchased before we left the store. The salesman we talked to said it probably happened on the delivery truck. They offered an exchange. HOWEVER, they currently have no refrigerators that meet our specific dimensions that aren't scratched or dented worse than the one we have! They offered a 10% discount but that only equates to $134.99. The cost of a new door assembly is well over that amount! Even though we have proof that the damage was done after purchase, we are stuck with this refrigerator. No returns. Ridiculous! After adding on the delivery charge, the installation charge, the haul-away charge, it would have been cheaper for us to buy a new refrigerator, with no damage, at ****** with a no-cost 2-year warranty! ****** learned!

  What a headache this company is!! They illegally take money from your bank without even having an order placed first. Then, trying to get it back is impossible. They took a down payment fee from me without even putting through a order. I tried for over three hours to get in contact with someone with no luck. I finally had to call my bank to report fraud. I'm usually cautious too about these third party finance companies but this time I wasn't.Don't make the same mistake I did. I certainly learned my lesson.

  I bought a bedroom set had it for 3 months before it fall apart also the door on the dresser is split contact assurance they approve the damage product to be taken care of however it being over 2 months now and still american freight has not contacted me as to how they plan to resolve this issue.. would not recommend them.. no star

  I purchased a bed from American Freight that was supposed to be delivered within a qeek of making the purchase. I have contacted them both over the phone and in person at least 3 times after the initial delivery date. I have gotten nothing bit the run around for several days. On multiple occasions I've been told that I can get a refund or a discount. I was never told in good timing that there was a problem with receiving my full order which is what bothers me. All I want is the bed I ordered or a comparable bed for my son. This business has been nothing but unprofessional. Everyone from the young man that answers the phone with no idea of how to handle a paying customer to the guys in the warehouse that seem to not even care. I need a response and I need it yesterday.

  Hello- I am writing in to file an complaint on the douglasville location. I have waiting since May for my ** washing machine, it's now the end of August. When I purchased both the washer and dryer, I was made aware that the washing machine was on back order, but a shipment was due to come within two to three weeks which I agreed to. After not hearing anything after that allotted time I called back to the store to check the progress of my order, I was then told that it still had not arrived and the were issues with the shipment getting the ports. Since then I have called for the last weeks to know the progress of my order, the first time I called I was told my order was in the Rome warehouse and they would have to see when they could get it to the douglasville warehouse. I then call back the next week and my order is still in the Rome warehouse and they are still figuring out a way to get to the douglasville site. I called back the next week the order has been moved to the douglasville site, but still no delivery has been setup for my order, I am now told that my order will be placed on the truck for delivery today, but yet I still don't have my order. This has been the most ridiculous and unprofessional transaction I have ever dealt with! If I do not receive my order by the end of this week I will be contacting corporate for a full refund. I will never give this company any more of my money and I will make sure never refer anyone to shop with you.
