      I think someone needs to close them down. Everything with them is a scam. My total amount due is around 6 grand. Which is more than double the price of the merchandise. There is no way they should be allowed to do business. Lesson learned: Get your stuff together so you don't have to use services like this

      A total scam charging people to pay their loan off early as well as ridiculous prices to use their service. They charge a processing fee that does not go towards your balance and they do not make you aware of these terms until AFTER you sign. They didn't state anything about an early buyout fee when I purchased my items. A total SCAM!!!!!

      The company did deliver on their promise to handle the situation. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I am happy with the end result of the interaction. I can give them a higher star rating now. I appreciate their efforts to make the situation right.

      They have you look at something on the floor and then we you pick it up the next day your missing pieces to your sectional. Then they scream no refund policy when they are clearly in the wrong

      This company is really taking advantage of people. I purchased a dinette set thru this company and was making payments to them bi-weekly. The amount I paid prior to my pay off was equal to the item I purchased. I couldn't believe the amount I still owed was the amount of the item, meaning I paid twice the amount of tge item. I then asked the rep what the interest was on my account and was advised the interest was 107.43. That is totally ridiculous. I definitely was not advised of that prior to my purchase. I would have never agreed to an interest rate that high. Well this was definitely an experience. I will suggest that NO ONE use them and will never refer anyone to thus company.

      I bought a lift chair for my girlfriends grandmother for 374.99. I was told to pay it off in the first 3 months so I could avoid paying interest. Needless to say I did not pay it off in the first three months. I had 369$ paid after first three months. Then after that I have been charged every month a payment of 112$. For a leasing fee!! I didn't lease anything! I shouldn't be charged a leasing fee. I have been charged an extra 618$ because I was 5$ short of paying off in the first three months. This is criminal.

      They have horrible customer service. I ordered an upright freezer to be delivered and it wasn't delivered the day it was supposed to be and the other 2 days I set up for delivery. I never got my freezer! I tried calling the store 30+ times and no one answered! I will never ever order anything from this company again!

      I could not get anyone to tell me at Conns how much my payment would be at American First Financial. I was told that I should call them. So I tried to call but the line was busy all the time. Well I got a phone call this morning from American First on the phone number I was given to call them as it is their customer service out going line only! I bought a Bissell shampooer for $449.00. Well they are charging me 50% finance. I just about fell over as my payment is twice the amount that it should be. If I had been told ahead of the purchase I would not have bought anything through them. This is total fraud. I was not given the paperwork of this purchase until after I signed all the paperwork. I feel Conns should have been upfront with their customers and they are at fault to. They knew what the payment would be but refused to tell me as they would loose a sale. I have purchased another item from Conns in the past but I will never do business with them again. Nor with American Fist will I ever do business again. If your thinking about doing business with these two fraudulent companies be ware!

      Purchased rims and tires for $3500 and were given 2 options at the store, 6 mo same as cash or 1 yr. We told them 6 mo. they set it all upp to be drafted biweekly. I called because they took out another months worth and they say we now owe 4500.00 because we didnt pay taxes and fees by 6/9/22. We were never send a contract or emailed one to know. If they drafyed it why not take out what was needed.
