  Bought a recliner that was sold to us broken. Even purchased the “extended warranty”. Started getting the run around IMMEDIATELY. Store told us to call corporate, corporate told us to get ahold of the warranty people, warranty said that it’s not their responsibility until after the first year and to put in a request with corporate, corporate DENIED action when this never worked properly out of the box. Called and demanded to speak to the store manager who assured us he would get it sorted with corporate, but then radio silence for three weeks while he is supposedly waiting to hear back from corporate because obviously the store manager can’t handle a simple swap. This should have been as easy as the store manager, giving us a chair that actually works and him deal with corporate on the warranty side of a piece of furniture. They never should’ve sold. Horrid Customer service, horrid product. My next stop is a lawyer.

  I purchased a living room set, cost 14 hundred dollars and I've already paid 3,898.00 and they are still charging taking 51 dollars a week out my account. The furniture is not good at all broken really easy.

  Terrible customer service. No follow through, or assistance. Solely money hungry. They do not care whom they spoke with as long as they spoke to someone, which they consider fair to settle a case

  This company scammed me , I bought $1000 in tires for my **** they have been charging me $200 a month since July 2023 auto draft on my account, i kept going to account login, it says you have no balance on account! so i brushed it off as maybe it was a credit card payment! so finally i called them and They were able to find my account with info i gave them! they told me i missed the promotion payoff months ago and now i have to pay interest of $2500 extra for tires!!! "WOW" then i asked why couldn't i see my account months ago to pay it off, her reply was you put wrong info in to access it! i said i gave you same info and you accessed my account!! she said is there anything else to help you with? i was irate, they scammed me!!

  I purchased a living room set 11/23/23. I was told repeatedly by saleswoman that this leather looking material was so much better than the Naga hide furniture I purchased from Darbys. It started peeling a few weeks after their warranty expired. "Oh this material is so much better than that. It is not supposed to peel with proper care." We took extra care, of grandchildren not allowed on it with shoes on. Spilles wiped up as soon as they happen. No direct sun, ect. 4/27/24 the right arm of the loveseat must have had a bubble when I reclined my seat a piece of material separated. We called the store. They said to file a claim with warranty service. Did that. Several days later they closed the claim telling me to go to the store for evaluation and service. Did that. Store says what? We don't work for them we don't do that. Called assurant, no we don't do that it is still under manufacture warranty. You need to file a claim I will forward you to them. All this time I am at the store counter on speaker phone looking at everything covered by this 5 year warranty plan I paid for. Came home refiled the claim with new number, took all the photos and vidio again. No one has set in it since it peeled on 4/27/24. Noticed that it was the same site that closed my claim last week. A pure and simple run around routine to frustrate and discourage claimants from getting them to fix it.

  Big story. Hall ******* works together with American first finance. When I tried to take the merchandise back he offered me the processing fee and then after saying no he then offered me $400. I called the place they wanted to send it to was a **** shop First Cash int. I know that because I called myself. And they didn't know who Hall ******* but knew American first finance. By now I knew it was all a joke. I almost lost my money and the merchandise. I was lucky that the post office was closed at the time because they were closed. It's a whole bunch. If I could them no Stars I would. The interest was changing everyday. Payment went from once a month to every week. Ridiculous.

  The one on Morse Rd Columbus OH is not a very good store. They are slow and unwilling to help you..its like you walk in pick out what you want and go to the counter where they draw up your contract and if you don't ask questions they aren't willing to tell you anything..its like they don't wanna be bothered..I just purchased my 2nd living room set from them and was not a very friendly transaction..never again

  Lucas and Alphy just delivered my new fridge and they were so amazing! I am dealing with an inherited house that is old and cluttered and they went above and way beyond to help me! Hooray for this company and stellar employees! I'll be doing all my business with American Freight!
