      UPDATE!!! I come to this place at least 6-7 times a week. During the day, when the store manager is present, everything works perfectly, and the food is prepared correctly. However, the evening shift is a disaster! The cashiers have terrible attitudes, and twice I've received the wrong order because they weren't paying attention. Tonight was the worst experience yetI got cold tenders. Yes, cold tenders, ****, cold! If you dare to ask the cashier for anything, you'll be treated like an enemy.I have a message for the store manager or whoever is in charge: Your evening staff is horrible!06/08/24 4:10pm As I said, this place has been serving cold food, but it should be freshly cooked! Today, I went there again, and the store manager was at the cashier. Despite this, I still received the wrong order and cold food. This means that behind all of this gross attitude and disrespectful situation is the store manager, *************************.

      I went to a Wingstop in ******* off ************** today, 5/28/24. The worker just kept cleaning and ignored me. Not to mention when I asked, he ganged up with me and a customer who said, wow you deal with this. First of all, the customer had no business inquiring. Second, this was the second time I went to this Wingstop, and all these workers do is talk too much about parties, ignore customers and play around. I did report to a business bureau. Who hires these people and I could have gotten hurt because I had the worker and customer gang up on me just for asking if I was going to have service.I went a time before and the employee tried to tell me what to order. ****. This firm hires gangsters. I am scared for my life. I finally went to the Wingstop in **********, that gave me excellent service and what I wanted to eat. I should be compensated. The Wingstop in ******* should be put out of business.

      This was in wing stop store #**** I placed an order at the register for the 20 boneless wings & large fries deal with a side of corn which suppose to include the 2 dip sauces per their online advertisement.The cashier rang up 20 classic wings and charged me separate for both the large fries and corn. This came to about $34 When I got my food and noticed it was not what I had initially ordered, I returned and asked for the correct order, a Spanish light skin lady started to question me saying the receipt shows 20 classic wings, I then told her to ask the cashier because I specifically even repeated my self and said ALL boneless even when she asked what were the flavors.She was rude and frustrated and told me, the price was different and didn't want to do a refund for the difference, she asked the cashier if she remembered me asking for boneless to which she replied to be honest I don't remember She said it will be a wait and I had no choice I mentioned the corn was cold and I knew because I bit into one.She then rudely asked me well do you want a refund and I told her that's not what I asked for, all I want is the correct order I initially asked for and she replied Well you going to have to wait 10 minutesI waited over 20 additional minutes for my food and I made sure to double check before I left and noticed there was no ranch when I asked for the ranch this meal was supposed to come with she said I didn't order a meal and charged me $3.10 additional for Rach.she refried the bitten cold corn I had returned and gave it right back to me so basically I had overcooked corn drenched in oil, that is the most unsanitary thing anybody can do in a Food place!not only did she over charge me for the meal that only cost $16.99, she did not want to refund me the difference, and she charged me for dip sauce.Owners please do better some of your employees clearly don't know a thing about customer service and they are not following sanitary guidelines!

      This isnt a review on their service or product. This is regarding their business practices in ******. My daughter has been trying to get her Tax form from them for MONTHS and its from 2022. Her taxes are unable to file and shes about to lose her housing in that regard. We need this resolved before we take the legal steps to get this sorted. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! I will make sure everyone knows you are not a safe employer.

      I went to one of your guys Wingstop locations in ************, ******* yesterday I wanted to try you guys for the first time and I was so excited. I walked in there and apparently they werent taking any orders. They did not give me a reason why and the workers were so rude unfortunately I didnt get a name because I just walked out., but instead of explaining why they werent serving anyone they just basically kicked everyone out. it really ***** because I wanted to try you guys for the first time and I was unable to because of your guys poor service. we werent able to order anything and this was just a really bad first impression we would like to get compensated due to the fact that we really wanted to give you guys business but did not get a chance to because of how rude you guys handled everything with no explanation I dont mean to be a ***** honestly, I was really honestly, I was really excited and you guys just brought my hopes up to try your guises food and I did not get the service I was expecting. on top of that, I had my almost 2-year-old with me. It was just very embarrassing

      Wings are good Im not gonna lie, but the staff in the location in *********** especially a guy named *** and ***** very rude. Dont know how to talk to customers unprofessional gets the order wrong. And then tries to be little me and talks in a very rude way I walked in the store one day a guy was getting ready to beat Rays a** because he hit on his underage daughter Flirting with her something **** to be done about this guy I always order from there and I like ordering from there, but I dont trust my food anymore. Just had an encounter with him about my order. I apologize to him about calling back and adding more of an order to the previous order I ordered and replies no youre not in a rude way besides ever since Ive been going there the guy has a very attitude very very rude unprofessional. I will never order there again. As long as hes there I will be sure to tell my kids and everyone I know not to order from there because of him, no customer satisfaction, no professionalism. The guy needs to go. They need to get rid of him.

      Ordered back in January, they messed up the order things were missing, food was overcooked and soggy- lady at the counter looked in the bag and said everything was there didnt give a receipt. Found stuff was missing and overdone when home, called they said theyd refund wait 7 days - we did called never got it, wait another 7 days, never got it called manager said sorry we are still pending that let me reissue that, never happened. Called, dealt with 3 different managers for them to keep saying oh we currently dont have a general right now we just have an acting assistant manager, among other things it was a joke. Finally it was okay let us get that refund + you can come down and get another order for the same total, but we promise youll get the refund we will issue it today to go through Monday - never got it, and was an issue getting the order we gave it a week to give it a generous time for the refund again and still no refund, and we settled for just 2 credits at this point as they **** it out for nearly 2 and a half months - still havent gotten out 2nd credit or refund, absolutely appalling - and corporate just didnt respond to over 6 emails since January trying to fix it since the location management is a joke- its a shame as its a neighborhood location and theyre just no help and dont actually make things right, or its dragged out forever.

      Horrible! On March 24, 2024 ordered on line from Jamaica *** location $71 purchase never received my food? Contact customer service 3x still waiting for my refund. I will tell my NYPD employees, Northwell health ******************* & family to never go to Wing Stop!

      ********************************* specific. My honest advice is if you need to call corporate, call every week if not multiple times a week. They aren't going to help, honestly, they are just going to make you wait. But I do believe they have the mindset of hoping the customer forgets. So bother them till you get what you need. I request a refund for the wrong order on 02/14/24. After multiple calls and being told repeatedly "Someone will call you" I finally got my refund on 03/23/24. When you need to get a refund they are the worst. Let me start by saying, that I love Wingstop and I was planning to order there still so a gift card would be just fine but that didn't happen. I called on 02/14, 02/22, 02/31, 03/01, 03/13, 03/14, 03/19, and finally 03/22. When I say that I spoke to multiple people I mean 12 people (yes I took down all their names and included it in my reports). I was told, "Oh it will show up just give it time." and "Oh a higher-up will give you a call." With nothing reflecting this process pending and NEVER got a callback. The restaurant even dared to say that my refund was processed and I got my money. While I am telling them I can go up there with my bank records showing no refund. They would then change their mind and say "Oh it's still processing someone will call." that was in February calls. After that in March, I called corporate directly and was still told "It's processing, someone will call." No one at corporate had the authority to speak on refund and no one was ever in office to speak to about it. EVERY SINGLE ********************** said a higher up will call. Then the last call supervisor ***** clarified that no call would happen but rather an email showing its pending. She apologized saying she could see the multiple calls I had and all the names I listed and how she would RESUBMIT the process again. I 100% believe she processed my refund when I called on 03/22/24. Exactly like she said I finally got my email and now my money is in my account.

      Their wings are good but dam you spend ***** on wings and they won't give you any sauces unless you get a combo that's complete c*** and ignort of them plus the ride staff doesn't help either.
