    January 2023 I traded a pair of ******************* reverse mochas for a pair of Gamma ************************************ the Gamma 11s did not match the product I received. The box is completely different, not the correct size. More importantly, there is damage to the Gamma 11s, that was not described in the listing. There was no mention of the nicks present in the patent leather or the trade would not have been accepted. The nicks are clear as day but not shown in pictures nor mentioned by the seller or trade block. I complained and requested to reverse the trade as this was a clear violation of their policy; however I was treated as though I didnt matter and offered a measly credit. Trade block had the chance to make it right but opted to do the exact opposite. Their own policy stated that if shoes are authentic but do not pass their quality assurance they will Notify you and allow you to decide. This did not happen. There is also a bullet that states the other parties shoes will be rejected. Again, did not happen.

    I was invited and attended a meeting by Tradebloc Inc. on 29 Dec 23, for the purpose of getting rid of Timeshare Ownership and protecting my credit. The Tradebloc representative promoted themselves as having a 98% success rating and a A+ rating with BBB. BBB showed they had an 'A' rating, so I signed with the Company. The process was they will setup credit protection first and someone from legal will contact you @ 3 - 4 weeks to explain the legal process and what to expect.PROBLEM IS LEGAL DOCUMENTATION. On 22 Apr 24, I received a call from the legal liaison, he told me to get pen and paper, he had good news. I asked if he was a lawyer? He responded he was the go between lawyers and clients. He asked me to write down (Transfer Settlement Offer, Default Settlement Offer, and Foreclosure), He said you don't want to go for (Transfer offer) because they look at future maintenance and that would cost about $12,000. You want (Default Offer) Because they (Resort) defaulted on their promise, and (foreclosure) was not likely. I asked him to send me Legal documentation explaining what these terms meant and how each would effect me. He said they negotiate in bulk so they don't do that, and he sent me a copy of their (RECITAL Doc). The RECITAL Doc basically said Your ownership rights were terminated, but you remain responsible for ****************** and Tax) liabilities unless you give them $1200 more for protection. I asked him again for doc of my options so I can make an informed decision, I also sent a written email request asking for copies of all documents sent to Resort on my behalf. His reply was "I stated in conversation all negotiations are done in bulk. The resort does not have the manpower to negotiate for each individual client" . HE THEN BLOCKED ME SO I COULDN'T RESPOND. Tradebloc practice is to verbally discuss important issues, but refuse to send documentation explaining those issue. Don't know how they received an 'A' rating.

We did send you our recital for review and will send it out to your timeshare when we reach out to you. We presented you with options to ACCEPT or DECLINE at our initial meeting. You are still well within our 18 month agreement so our company is still diligently working on your case to meet your expectations and our contract obligations. I wanted to bring to your attention that our company maintains extensive documentation of all our communications with you including but not limited to our emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.     I am rejecting this response because: It make no sense to me. My complaint is about (Documentation), I requested documentation from Tradebloc legal liaison to explain what (Transfer Settlement Offer, Default Settlement Offer, and Foreclosure) meant, and how each would effect me legally. I'm also requesting a copy of all docs sent to Resort on my behalf. This is not complicated stuff, we should be working as partners. On 29 Dec 23, I was told Tradebloc had a team of LAWYERS working for us, and we would be contacted by a lawyer to go over expectations. To this day, I have not received any materials requested. I've lost all confidence in Tradebloc and request a full refund minus expenses.

    I again reject this response because:Tradebloc **** are the cause of confusion, and their documentation is either unrelated or erroneous.  From day one I requested to speak to a Lawyer, because I was told specifically that Tradebloc had a staff of Lawyers working for us and one will contact me to get my expectation and explain the process.  It took over 5 phone conversations and two case managers later before they told me Tradbloc lied, and theres no staff of lawyers working for me.  Lawyers on staff and the BBB accreditation Is why I signed with ********.  (Documentation see original complaint), I was told specifically by case manager #1 to write down (Transfer Settlement Offer, Default Settlement Offer, and Foreclosure). I asked for legal documentation explaining what these terms meant, and effect on me and my resort. He sent me a Recital form and said you want to do Default Offer, and gave me a verbal word salad but no documents. I requested the same info from case manager #2, he sent me a Recital form and some info on default strategy, he also sent an email telling me my resort was not eligible for Transfer Settlement, (but he sent the WRONG RESORT with the WRONG maintenance fees). I received 3 prices for Recital $1200, $1500, and $1000. It makes no sense to give them more money when they havent earned the first money.  I have more to say, but Tradebloc has all the communications and documentation.  Tradeblocs communication style leads to a lot of exaggerations, falsehoods and misunderstandings. Im still requesting my refund, and I want all data related to me deleted.

There is a Serious Ethical problem with Tradebloc, Highly Unethical at best, and Criminal at worst.  There must be a LAW against this type of FRAUD and DECEIT.

    I cannot answer what was discussed before you came to Tradebloc. We do not file class action lawsuits or any lawsuits as we are not a law firm. Now, should anyone sue you, we have attorneys for that.  

    If you choose that you do not want us to work on your case, that is your right. However, we do not refund just because a client changes their mind. That is why you signed an 18-month guarantee.

    Getting out of Timeshare Contracts requires a team of LAWYERS, especially if those Timeshare  Contracts are processed in bulk.  Tradeblocs seminar presenter expressed that Tradebloc did anywhere from 100 to 1000 contracts at a time because they used the Power of Class Action, and we could get in the next batch if we signed up that day.  Tradeblocs seminar presenter express the importance of the team of LAWYERS that would be working for us to navigate this legal process. I understood that LAWYERS were the key to the Timeshare exit plan. That understanding made me vulnerable to the LIE (that a LAWYER will call me).

    ******** Please tell me:

    1) When did Tradebloc began offering Timeshare Contracts Exit Plans, and how many clients have Tradebloc secured the Exit Deeds from their Resorts?

    2) What is the name of the Class Action Suit my Timeshare is in, and number of Timeshares included in that law suit? 

    3) Ive asked this question several times. If I chose for you to stop working my case. What effect will that have on me and my money in Tradeblocs possession?

He told me to write down (Transfer Settlement Offer, Default Settlement Offer, and Foreclosure).  Your Legal Liaison couldnt explain what the terms meant. When I asked for the LAWYER promised and documentation explaining the terms, he told me, dont worry, you dont want Transfer Offer, or Foreclosure, you want Default offer. After I persisted, he sent me a copy of a RECITAL. To make a long story short, he was a salesman trying to sale me another credit protection plan for $1200. (Thats when I filed my first complaint). 

    The Second Tradebloc Legal Liaison had no legal knowledge about timeshare contracts. He tried to sale me the same RECITAL for $1500. When asked about the LAWYER and documentation, he said h*** check.  He sent me the same RECITAL and some info for Default Offer, but the Transfer Offer had the wrong data and the wrong resort. When I brought it to his attention, he said yell its wrong but they the same, (they were not the same).  Thats when I told him to notify his bosses, They either give me the LAWYER as promised or refund my money.  Thats when you as Tradeblocs President called. 

    Tradebloc has LIED and Deceived me, every step of the way.  I say again, I should not be held to a contract based on a LIE, and ethics start at the TOP.  Im still requesting my refund, and all data related to me deleted and destroyed.

    This is a case of bait and switch as well as deceptive advertising. I was called and was told that Diamond Resorts was had a class action suit for inappropriately renting timeshare weeks on other sights and that because I'm an owner, I am included in the suit and they wanted to provide me information as they would try to get some of my maintenance fees reimbursed. When I got to the meeting it was clear to me that the meeting was to attempt me to cancel my timeshare. The paralegal that was "assigned" to me said that he didn't say that was the reason for the meeting but when I asked if he denied that was the purpose of the meeting, he wouldn't deny either. I feel blindsided as I enjoy the use of my condo.

    A couple weeks ago I filed a review which I thought was the complaint, so now Im doing so with more information to tell as well. Tradebloc contacted me by phone to get me to meet up with them telling me they could get me out of my timeshare. I went where there were other people all being told the same spiel. I was told it would be $4,851 and wouldnt have to pay anything else. Which later I paid them another $2500. They told me to stop paying maintenance fees and have no contact with timeshare that it would move the process along faster.. I did everything expected of me as I was instructed to do by Tradebloc. Recently I received a letter from my timeshare which I forwarded to Tradebloc and the response back was sign it and send it back to them our part is done if you need help with your credit contact that department.. First of all there was nothing to sign or send back so confused by such a weird response I said so now you want me to be in contact and deal with timeshare? Tradebloc said yes. So I contacted my timeshare and they said they have no idea what I was talking about and that theyve never been in contact with Tradebloc. They told me I was being scammed. I repeatedly called and left numerous messages and emails every time requesting all communication between Tradebloc and timeshare but not a peep! Still weeks later nothing as well. Finally I receive a call from the president of Tradebloc which lasted 30 seconds with her telling me I'm believing all the lies from my timeshare and she said the conversation was over. I multiple times requested a refund in full as they never did anything they said they were going to. I have multiple emails from Tradebloc president stating my card was credited back the amount paid to Tradebloc. There has been no refund.She also stated that when I receive my funds this case is closed. She also stated shed try to get a tracking number of my refund. She also sent an email from the *** stating it could take 10 days. Wheres my $?

    We engaged TradeBloc on July 16th, 2022, to exit timeshare agreements from two companies. We didn't hear from a Case Manager until September of 2023. I made multiple calls (always had to leave a message), sent many emails, and provided all required information. I received a few replies, saying they would update my file. But I never got any information or update about exiting the timeshare agreements or any communication Tradebloc was having with the companies.It wasn't until September of 2023 that I heard from a Case Manager. He said that one timeshare company would require a $4500 fee to exit our timeshare, which was unacceptable, and that TradeBloc was never able to communicate with the other timeshare company.This was confirmed by the company as I was told by a their legal **** that they only communicate with the owners. The Case Manager said I should work with the companies myself through their owner exit programs. I requested a refund on Sep 7 for the $6,973.80 that we paid in advance, because the company was unable to negotiate a satisfactory exit settlement.My request was denied because 18 months had not elapsed from when we entered the agreement. The denial email said at the end of the 18-month timeframe they will honor the 100% money-back guarantee. A new Case Manager was assigned but he missed 2 phone appointments I scheduled on his calendar and he did no work on our account. He sent me an email on Nov 9 stating it was a mistake that he got our file because we were in the process of getting a refund and there was no need for him to speak with us. I re-submitted the refund request on Feb 4. The 100% Money Back Guarantee states that if within 18 months they have not negotiated a settlement to our satisfaction, Tradebloc will refund the entire purchase price.I was offered 25% of what we paid - $1,743.45; which is unacceptable. The written guarantee states 100% money back. This was also communicated during their sales presentation.

    I am rejecting this response because:   An email from J. House, Refund Manager, stated that Tradebloc would honor the 100% Money Back Guarantee after reaching the 18-month timeframe from when we signed the engagement agreement with Tradebloc.  I sent this email to Tradebloc previously.    

    It was the Case Manager from Tradebloc, ********************, who told me that Tradebloc was unable to speak with anyone at ************************************ and because of that lack of communication, Tradebloc would be unable to present a settlement offer from that company.  This was the only time during our engagement with Tradebloc that we spoke with a Case Manager.    When I asked to see any kind of call log, dates of conversations, or copies of correspondence that Tradebloc had with the timeshare company, Tradebloc was unable to present verification of any kind of the communication they claimed to have had with the timeshare company.

    Does Tradebloc not honor the 100% Money Back Guarantee that is signed by their CEO?  A copy of this agreement was provided with my complaint.   

    If you refuse to return the entire purchase price, as stated in the Guarantee Agreement, I will accept 75% of our purchase price ($5,230.35) along with a document or email stating that we are no longer engaged with Tradebloc for any of their services.

    After reviewing all aspects of your case including emails and phone calls there are things that need to be addressed. You came to us to get out of your timeshare. Had you contacted your timeshare at the start of all this they would have never extended a release such as the Horizons Program. The only reason they then decided to after the fact is because we sent them a developer letter on your behalf asking them for a solution to get you our of your timeshare. The great tactic they then use is well we now have this program to assist you. They do this quite regularly in saying no we can't assist you and then when we step in all the sudden they can assist. The question that needs to be asked is did you enroll in their exit program? If so, that is a direct result of our doing. I also had a chance to listen to the call with the Case Manager and you. It clearly states that he said we have not heard from the timeshare not that we had no communication with the timeshare. Also, all timeshares are going to tell you they have never heard of us or communicate with us. That is their plow to make you doubt what we are doing to assist you so they can swoop in and play the good guys. Remember they are the ones that told you false things to buy the timeshare and they will conitune to tell you false things to try to win your trust.     I am rejecting this response because:   While there is a response, it does not contain an offer or effort to resolve my complaint.  A statement was made that I would be contacted by the business to get this resolved to my satisfaction.  Does that mean we'll try to resolve the dispute outside of the BBB?  Is the BBB ok with that?  If so, I am willing to find a resolution.

    The response does contain a couple of statements that I'd like to address:  

    The timeshare company advertises the Horizons program on their website.  It is presented and described there for any owner to see.  It was not extended to us individually, and we did not enroll in the program.  Tradebloc may have initiated contact with the timeshare company with a letter, but communication requires an exchange of information by both parties.

    Since you reviewed my case, I'm sure you saw the email from the Resolutions Support Manager in which he said that after 18 months, if we request our money back, Tradebloc will honor the money-back agreement.  So why is Tradebloc choosing not to honor the 100% Money Back Guarantee that is signed by the *** and included as part of the Engagement Agreement?

    My husband went to a seminar in ********, **** on 9 February, 2023 and we went into contract with Tradebloc because were promised they would get ** out of contract with our timeshare within 18 months or we would get a full 100% refufnd. On 23 June, 2023 I received five phone calls from *****. Not enough room for details. Basically, he lied to me. Repeatedly. He said what TB was offering a "transfer of ownership". He explained we would no longer own our timeshare and it would only take a few weeks. He gave his word I would have everything in writing as I demanded. On 26 June, 2023 started the process with another company which I had been mis-led to believe by ***** they were buying our timeshare. Finally on 5 Feb,2024 I got a phone call from the other company when they told me they are only a Brokerage firm and list timeshares for sale, nothing else. They also said TB stole my $2799 from me. TB lied to me. They are doing the same to many timeshafe owners and the same person ***** gets mentioned. No one ever responded to my numerous phone calls or emails. Finally ******* called me. She repeatedly called me a liar and laiughed at everything I said. Finally she mentioned that I had signed a contract with TB to do the "transfer of ownership". I told her I never signed it because I never saw it. Again she called me a liar. When she said I had signed it electronically I told her someone forged my signature and that is fraud. I told her to prove it and asked if she had the document. She said she did and I asked her to send it to me. As I opened the email and said that within 3 seconds I noticed my name was not spelled correctly. I also pointed out I had NEVER seen that document and I Never signed it. My name was forged which is fraud. It is also a felony. I demanded my $2799 back due to being lied to and someone forging my name on a document. Also the $3450. I do not want to do business with a company that lies about everything.

    This complaint is very disheartening and completely false and taken out of context. You agreed to this transaction of going through the Transfer process and you asked ***** if he could walk you through it. The form you are referencing to is a payment form to complete the transfer. In order for this to happen you had to supply us with credit card information which you did. This could not have happened without you authorizing and giving your information. When I spoke to you regarding this I tried to explain this to you and you in fact yelled at me stating "are you calling me a liar" I then said no I am not calling you a liar but readdressing that we could not do this without your consent with your credit card information which you supplied ***** with. Also, mentioning the brokerage firm, that is the ************* we use and have been for over 6 years. They do transfer the title out of your name and upon speaking to the owner of the company he informed me those words were never spoken saying we "stole" your money and "lied to you." I do understand you are frustrated and want out of your timeshare and that is exactly what we are doing. However, it doesn't do you well to write a review like this when it is 100% inaccurate. You were never called a liar nor laughed at. You will be out of your timeshare soon as we are doing our job to make sure this happens. Thank you.

    This client has contacted many social avenues to complain about our company. She has taken everything out of context and has spoken very badly about our company based on her opinion and not facts.     Everything in my complaint is completely truthful.  A document was filled out on 23 June, 2023 by some other than my husband and myself.  Additionally, an electronic signature was added, by someone other than my husband or myself.  We were never aware of that document until a very lengthy phone call from the President of Tradebloc on 20 February, 2024.  I had asked her if she could email it to me, which she did.  Immediately i pointed out that within 3 seconds I could prove that I never saw that document because my name is not spelled correctly.  Continuing that we would never have agreed to the terms and conditions of that agreement.  Most importantly, I pointed out " that someone 'forged' our signatures, that is fraud"!  Immediately she refused to talk to me.  Demanding to end the phone call.  On 5 March, 2024 I contacted a person at Resort Closings about the said document, how it had been concealed from us;  that the contents had been witheld from us, etc.  He was not very happy about it.    He stated he would contact Tradebloc and get back with me before the end of that business day or the very next day.  Less than an hour later the President from Tradebloc called me saying they had never encounterd a situation like this before.  She made an offer to return the initial $3450 to us and sever all ties between Tradebloc and ourselves under two conditions.  One; I remove my complaint from BBB because it makes them look bad.  Two; they keep the $2799 and we agree to the terms of the forged document with Resort Closings.  She promised we will receive a check for the amount of $3450 within seven to ten days; it has been eight days and we have not received it yet.  Again, I am being completely truthful.

    It's unfortunate that this client can say whatever she wants. She is saying her signature was forged however, it is an electronic filing and this document could not have been done unless she gave us her credit card information which she dd. Also, the "guy" she is referring to is **** from Resort Closing and he called me concerned about her and her behavior. ******* agreed that Tradebloc would refund her the full amount paid to Tradebloc and we would continue to assist with completing the Transfer. !. Her name was never forged 2. She is receiving a refund 3. I ended the conversation and told her we would no longer communicate by phone because she is very aggressive and mean calling everyone she spoke to names. We do not need to take her abuse.

    I am not sure whether to "accept" or "reject" the Business responses.  I never went to any "social avenues";  I filed a complaint here with the BBB and I also filed a complaint with The ************************* in the state we reside in, and I am not the first person to do so in this state.    We did receive the check for the amount of $3450 yesterday and was able to get to my bank today to cash it.  We only agreed to the strings attached because we at least did get some of our monies returned to us.  We were never told the truth right from the beginning.  And we would never have agreed to the terms and conditions of getting involved with the third party.  So we are still at a loss of the $2799.   And we agreed that we would remove this complaint after receiving our $3450 which we will do.

    We signed up with Tradebloc on 3/26/23. We paid them $15,320.00 to get us out of our timeshares after they told us the companies wouldn't buy back the timeshare. We later found that [both] timeshare companies offer low or no-cost solutions to exit ownership to those who have no mortgage balance and are current on all fees, We were also told that Tradebloc would wait to start the process until after trips we had scheduled which would be completed by March 2024. In Tradebloc's letter to the companies, they were stating that we ere having financial hardships and are working to address several unpaid debts. This isn't true. We are current on all of our debt payments. In a phone call with a rep, we were told we could cancel our services at any time. We returned the required Client Refund Request Form requesting a refund on Oct 13, 2023. Sent again on Oct 27 since no response. Sent again to Support team, ************* teams, & to Mr ************* We had an email from ****** in Dec that someone would respond in 7-10 days. By Dec 28, 23 no response. We replied to this email a few times with the refund form attached. In Feb 2024 we got a call from a signup rep that said ****** would call later that day after a meeting. He didn't call. We were offered an option from Mr ******** requesting us to pay another $1699 to close out our case with the timeshare companies. Really? As of today, Feb 19, 2024 we've had no response from Tradebloc regarding our refund request for the $15,320 we originally paid them.

    My wife and I attended a "presentation" in ***********, ** for Tradebloc , (a time share selling company) on 7/22/22. The compony presented a fascinating easy way to sell your timeshare. We paid Tradebloc $4850.00 dollars to "sell our time share" we were told "Do not make any more payments." by the presenter. After a year or so of no movement, we were told to now pay our maintenance fees so they could move forward. At this point I have now spent an additional $1800 so they could now have an easier time, I guess. This was never really explained. It has now been over 18 months that we signed this agreement that stated if we weren't satisfied, we would get a "100% guaranteed refund" of all of our money. Now, I feel we are getting bullied by this company into either excepting 25% of our money back or just give them the time share, all fees paid. This was not the agreement I signed, and I am dissatisfied with the results. Per the company's agreement, I want my full refund of $4850. It appears now they are now not willing to honor their agreement. I have uploaded the document I signed at the meeting with Tradebloc on 7/22/22. I have also uploaded the correspondence with the companies' representatives. Thank you for any help.

    After careful review of your file and complaint I would like to explain a little further of how and why we have concluded with the decision at hand. 1. You signed up with us 7/22/22 and with continued requests via email and messages you have never submitted the required Legal paperwork. 2. You have gone against our procedure regarding payments. 3. You signed our paperwork that clearly explained our process. You had three (3) business days to review it and if you did not accept our terms then you could have cancelled. 4. In our paperwork it clearly explains that we dissolve your interest in the timeshare while protecting your credit, never stating that we will sell it. You were presented with a full Transfer and that is when your timeshare would be sold through the escrow company but you declined that. We have worked your file the best we can but when you choose to go against our procedures and not turn in the required paperwork after 19 months that is why we are willing do give a partial refund. Clients have to be cooperative to help make this a success.

    On 02/11/2022 my husband and I attended a conference at a hotel in ********* ** where the presentor stated they guarantee they could get us completely out of the timeshare we own and if not and we were not satified with service they would refund the full amount paid to them.The guy was *************************. We met with ************** after the presentation one on one. He again stated that sometimes the company could even get your money back you paid to the timeshare.We were told do not pay another dime to the timeshare Do not speak to anyone from timeshare.After 18 months we tried to get our money back. They say we are not *********** a refund. We contacted a local attorney and the company refused to provide her with any documentation. The attorney suggested we report the company to BBB. I cannot get email from attorney to attach but would be glad to forward emails if given address.

    I am rejecting this response because:   THE PERSON THEY SAY THE SPOKE TO IS NOT MY ATTORNEY.  MY ATTORNEY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REQUESTED ******* ****S FOR THEM TO SEND THE ***** OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO GET ME OUT OF THE ****SHARE TO WHICH THEY NEVER DID SEND.  I ALSO HAVE CALLED THEM MUTIPLE ****S AND ASK THE SAME THING TO WHICH NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN PROVIDED JUST AN EMAIL SAYING I REJECTED THE ****SHAERE OFFER AND I WAS NEVER SENT AN OFFER.  THE ****SHARE WAS PAID IN FULL AT THE **** OF PURCHASE.  WE ARE ONLY PAYING THE MAINTANCE FEES.  HOWEVER, THE COMPANY GUARANTTED TO GET US OUT.  WE ARE STILL RECEIVING BILLS FROM THE ****SHARE.  THEY DID NOT COMPLY WITH THERE ******** AND PER THERE CONTRACT THEY STATE WE ARE DUE A FULL REFUND.  THE CONTRACT NEVER STATED IT WOULD TAKE LONGER THAN 18 MONTHS.  THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY AND YET REFUSE TO PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENTATION AS TO WHAT SERVICES THEY PERFORMED FOR THE 5775.00.  TO MY KNOWLEDGE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO END MY ****SHARE.  THE ONLY THING THE COMPANY HAS TOLD ME WAS NOT TO HAVE CONTACT WITH THE ****SHARE, NOT TO PAY ANY MORE MONEY TO THE TIIMESHARE.  WHY HAVE THEY NOT FULFUILLED THER CONTRACT.  THE BUSINESS TOOK MY MONEY AND I AM STILL RECEIVING BILLS.
