      American Airlines delayed my connecting flight by over 9 hours due to internal issuesnot weather. That delay caused me to miss a $300 flight I had booked early the next morning with another airline, and I missed a family trip that had been planned for months.While I was given a hotel, many other passengers on the same flight werent offered any accommodations at all. Worse, American refused to rebook me on an alternate flight to ************** (with open seats) that would have saved the trip. No apology, no help, and no accountability.This experience showed not just poor planning, but a complete lack of care for customers. If your trip involves time-sensitive plans, I strongly suggest thinking twice before booking with American Airlines. A delay is frustratingbut being stranded, ignored, and left to fix it yourself is inexcusable.

      May 30, 2025 I booked a flight thru *********** from *******,** to ***********, ** for June 3, 2025. FlightAA1003, confirmation#KJDEEQ for $707.58. When I contacted Booking to confirm my TSA Known traveler number was on my ticket, I was informed my ticket was pending, tho I had received an email confirming the purchase. I was told that American had increased the price!?! It was my understanding that once purchased price locked in. I was told I needed to pay an additional $150.00 to confirm my ticket. Since this was a bereavement trip, I felt I had no option but to pay. This feels like a shake down, therefore Ill not use ***********, nor fly American Airlines again.

      Its funny, American Airlines put so much money and effort into exposing "gate lice"....where is that same energy at when it comes to the safety of the planes on the run way and in the air. There have been to many recent incidents of plane malfunctions, etc. But I guess the only thing that matters is that everyone gets on the plane in the correct order, not if they arrive to their destination safely

      Cancelling flights 4 hours before the flight due to "weather delay" (theres no report of incelement weather conditions) causing our connecting flights to be rebooked on a different flight with almost 24 hour delay. It's almost criminal. Not to mention your agents specifically *** at the ****************** AA desk is not very helpful and very rude. Placed both me and my father with health conditions in an undesirable seat location after I complained that I have prepaid seats and asked if we can select seats. He just went ahead and assigned us middle seats claiming that the computer just assigned it. This needs to be addressed as you are taking 7-10 business days to process a refund for paid seats. AGAIN Im gonna repeat what you and your agent did today without repercussions our accountability is almost criminal.

      This is the worst service ever, booked flight from Indpls- ***** paid for non stop , got changed 3 times to stops and ended up Indpls - ************ and flight was late missed a connecting flight had to stay overnight at airport hotel with 4 grown people in two double beds at (****** cost)to catch a 5:30 am flight to ***** and destroyed one piece of brand new luggage on the return flight from *****-Indpls .Actually set in the cabin and watched it happen through the window and refused to honor a claim. I hope this review keeps most everyone from experiencing this horrible and expensive service.

      They canceled my flight the night before I had to leave. No explanation or try to get me on the next flight out. Had to scramble to get a flight out. Got to the Airport the next day, American Airlines flight was still leaving abs they bumped me off my flight. Never flying American Airlines again.

      This airline doesn't care for its customers or employees. They fly planes in poor conditions. No bathrooms on 4 plus hour flights. First class is a waste, no food on 4 plus hour flight. Reschedule you due to their incompetence. Never again. Refund, think again.

      Employees are very rude even to elderly. Can't even ask a question what out smart mouth. The company care nothing for its customers. It took 24 hours to travel what should have been 5. A bus would have made the trip in 12 hours. Meal ticket $12.99 the cheapest give you want buy a meal. Hotel voucher for cheap hotels with no real transportation to and from airport. I'm done with them. There running a game. The way a human being is treated is uncalled for. There as rude as ***!

      Im extremely upset with American Airlines. They kept my money even though they canceled their flight because of weather. Yes I cancelled before but the same reason I didnt make it to ****** was because my flight was delayed and overlay 14 hours or more. Then i cancelled with American Airlines because I didnt make it to Dallas filed a claimed and denied my refund. Yet I checked the flight anyways and it was cancelled due to weather. Yet they still kept my money.

      literally was being eaten by fleas the entire flight home and brought them home now my entire house especially my bedroom and where my luggage was (it was fabric) brought them home. they were in the seat on the floor. This was a flight from ********* to ************ on May 14th. Its June 5th and i have an entire infestation
