    It has almost been 4 months that this pathetic company have held on to my exams . They never have a reason of what’s the hold up to send to the VA. Exhausted all the options . Idk what to do . This company won’t be held accountable, literally feel defeated

    I agree with Henry L. No choice in who performed my evaluation. The evaluation process went smoothly and documents were uploaded to my claim the day after the appointment. Travel reimbursement has yet to be made 5 weeks after appointment. When I called and inquired about the travel reimbursement they stated that it would take six to eight weeks... a tad longer than the 7-10 days as shown on their web site,

    Worst place to get an DBQ! Had to argue with an NP about my kidney surgery because she couldn’t see scars! What the hell! I wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone.

    It sucks that veterans are held accountable for all of our exams we have to go to but the company performing these exams are not! They will not give the veteran any information and have been sitting on my last C&P exam for 3 months now. No one you talk to has any information nor will they let you talk to anyone that does! I have filed multiple complaints with the VA and I’m in the process of getting a lawyer now because this is holding everything up! The VA really needs to hold them accountable for their lack of performance!

    I too as numerous complaints here on the site are complaining about. I had my C&P Exam on 3 Jan. 2024 and all in all it went well. The MD and her staff did their job and the appointment went smoothly.

    NOW; VES STILL has not sent my Exam results to the VA. I've called the VA numerous times and they connect me to VES and get told(like their reading off a script), that the Exam is being reviewed by their QA/QI Department prior to being sent on to the VA. I was told they have had that Exam since 11 Jan. 2024 and still have not got around to reviewing it. Calling their Call Center is a waste of time, they just transfer you to a "Veteran Representative" to talk to. They tell you that they are a Vet also and understand my issue. I'm not certain they are Vets or not, but that's what they tell you. I've asked to talk to a Supervisor three times and each time I'm told someone would reach out to me in 24 hours.... well three weeks later, NOTHING. I called the VA to complain about their vendor and they told me to call the VA IG (Which I just got off the phone with), they told me they don't get involved in the VA Benefits area and call them for redress. The VA really needs to review this company for termination of their contact. I've had two C&P exams in the past, and the results were always were in the VA's hands within ten working days. Something is wrong here, America's Hero's should not be treated like this.

    Returned a call from this company about a"status update on my appointment", which I don't have. Ended up in what sure sounded like a very loud call center. I could barely hear him and he couldn't hear me. He looked me up by land line # and found nothing. So I gave him my cell # and repeated it 4 times before he got it and repeated it back correctly. Then he said I wasn't in the system. That part was par for the course for the VBA but the fact they are sending veterans to a low quality offshore call center,especially one with bad phone reception, and expecting us to divulge personal info to set up appointments shows how little they respect us. Call your Congressional delegation and complain!

    I see where some Veterans says not to use VES, but I had no say in the matter about who would be evaluating me. I received an email stating that I would be receiving a phone call about an upcoming appointment. I attended my appointment on Thursday December 21st 2023 which went smoothly without a hitch and have yet to receive my travel reimbursement check, today is 2/14/2024. When I reached out the first time i was told it takes 10 days which I was 2 days shy of the 10 day mark so I waited until the following week for a follow up call. The second call i was told the check was sent out, but on the website my account showed a dollar amount with no date when the check was supposedly cut nor was there a check number. Call #3 I was told it takes about 5 weeks for them to process a travel reimbursement check. I checked the FAQ's section of their website which states a travel reimbursement check will be sent out in 7 to 10 days. Seems to me that is a bit of false advertising. I'm glad my appointment didn't go like my attempt to get my travel reimbursement. What a joke.

    I use to work here, big mistake all they do is micromanage every little thing you do only give 30 minute lunch, the reason I left was because the abuse back to back call center was physically and mentally exhausting like with all the infinite veterans that there are in the world there's literally no need to have a call center back to back with calls, the veterans call any, but they force calls on veterans and the veterans get pissed off at the agents f0r calling them when it's an automatic system that the agents don't even have control over just some asshole blasting calls all day, and the managers just retaliate against tje agents just cause we need a break from the call abuse saying we are not team players, do yourself a favor and don't work here it's a trap.

    Miracle was my doctor for the evaluation, she was very good at her job and she made me very comfortable with the process. In my opinion she could not have been more supportive of Veterans, great experience.
