    This company should not be doing anything for our Vets. This is the third time I have had them get something stuck in QA. They were just asked to make an opinion on if I had a medical condition which I have two studies showing I do so it should have been super easy. I was not even involved it was just the Dr making the opinion which they did on 16 days ago as of this post yet VES has yet to send it to the VA.

    ZERO STARS! Garbage, incompetent, and employees lack integrity!
    VES has had most of my claims since 25 Sept '23 (today is 24 Jan '24). The latest I am told is that VES does not have any timeline to get a veteran’s medical evaluations to the *** I received my initial disability rating, with the majority of my claims being deferred ‘pending VA evaluation’. I drove to the VES office; they referred me to VES customer service. I spoke with someone (I did not get her name) who told me that my package was still with the provider. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she transferred me to an Alicia (she is in fact not a supervisor). Alicia tells me that my package is with the VES QA/QC department. She says that she sent an email ‘elevating my package’ to her supervisor and the overall supervisor and that she would call me back that day (Friday 19 Jan 24) or Monday to let me know the status. Today I called the number Alicia provided as her direct line and spoke with Venessa, who told me that VES is pending the results of two other tests from 28 Sept 23. This is when my frustration begins to get the best of me. Venessa transfers me to Alicia, who tells me that she will elevate my package (which she ‘already’ did last week). I feel I that I am not getting the complete story, so I ask to speak with her supervisor.
    NOTE: As I looked through old emails I found presumably the only individual at VES with integrity, Kaela ** I called her direct line (that she gave me months ago); she answered and immediately remembered me. She looked through my package and said ‘these comments are all over the place.’ She said, she would speak with her supervisor and willingly provided her name - ** *****) and would call me back at a specific time! As far as I am concerned she is the only shining light in this organization and should be promoted to a supervisory position. She can ensure that veterans are treated with integrity. Her honest and calm, confident demeanor was extremely refreshing.

    I arrived early and was seen within five minutes. Angela, Nina, Krystal, and Kisha were all very polite and very professional. Their smiles were genuine. Doc ******* was very professional and competent. He took his time with me and was very thorough. Overall, I was impressed with VES. Keep up the good work !

    This company is a complete joke, I've had numerous consults with them and all have been subpar, today I called for the second time about mileage reimbursement and was given a completely different story then 2 weeks ago about why I haven't been paid,bottom line is this Valerie ********* was the customer service representative and has no business working at this company, any service member reading this should steer clear of this company as they could care less about the Veteran! Also the VA should look at terminating there contract with VES as i will refuse to take any consults with them again.....and 7 weeks later still no mileage reimbursement!

    This is the most useless scheduling I have seen from a company. First they call you from an automated line that puts you on hold to speak with someone who will answer the phone with "what is the reason for your call today" You called me.
    The biggest issue is they think it makes since to call and get a 30 day availability so a scheduling team can schedule you at some later date in the next 30 days with as little as 24 hours notice and maybe you have to travel up to 100 miles for the appointment. This concept would only ever work in government. common sense seems to continue to dilute itself in 2024. Company leader evaluate your services and how the idea that may have looked good on paper applies in your company and the real world.

    Ves is a company that makes and give false information about Veterans claims information just to brush them off. You talk to several different customer service representatives pertaining to your situation and get different and non factual information. The VA needs to evaluate these contracted companies services and perform audits periodically for the Veterans well being and hold them accountable for any wrongdoings.

    This company is a complete barrage of laughter. I just truly don’t understand. When you ask for updates as to why haven’t your medical information was sent to the VA, they make you seem like the crazy person but instead they aren’t organized and have no knowledge. I am fully aware that there’s a queue but there shouldn’t be a reason to not know or understand when asked for an update. They tell everyone the same thing, we will expedite your claim” and yet still nothing . Company needs to be canceled

    I had an appointment today with provider Pearl ******* She is fantastic. With the questions and to make sure she didn't miss anything. The Ves team was great, signing me in and asking questions, as well as privinding refreshments and making me feel like I was at home, waiting for my appointment.

    VES is incompetent. Their contract with the VA should be terminated for default – based specifically on their inability to serve the veterans in a competent matter. They have screwed up every effort/task that they have been involved with. VA---please take care of the veterans and get rid of these clowns.

    I went to my appt 30 minutes ahead as required and was very happy that I was seen 20 minutes after my arrival. However, after a couple question the tech took my BP and after 3 automated a 1 manual try I was told it was to high. I was instructed to sit in the lobby and wait. Well it is now 1 hour and 15 minutes later and I'm still waiting. This is not because of customers as this place is empty. I inquired at the 1 hour point and still nothing. Finally after waiting for 1 hour and 16 minutes to retake my blood pressure I was told I would have to reschedule. No thanks I will contact the VA and go somewhere else. This place is the worst joke I have ever experienced. Not helping Veterans here at all!
