    EXCELLENT PROGRAM!! UPON ARRIVAL THE INTAKE SPECIALIST KISHA RECEIVED ME, MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND AT HOME. NP R*** DID MY EVALUATION I FELT VEVY SAFE DURING THE EXAM VERY PROFESSIONAL MADE ME FEEL AT HOME AND RELAXED. AWESOME NP ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE ME LOTS OF INFORMATION THAT I WAS NOT AWHERE OF IN THE ** SYSTEM WHICH NO ONE HAS DONE BEFORE. WISH EVERYONE WOULD BE AS

    Absolutely terrible morons. They demand they veterans provide their entire schedule of availability for a month in order to schedule an appointment. They refuse to work with veterans to schedule appointments.

    The interactions started out well. I would receive multiple notices about upcoming appointments by email, mail, and phone, and I was treated well on the phone. The appointment notifications did not explain what each appointment was for, so I was often surprised by what was covered during the appointments. It was very difficult to prepare for an appointment without any information ahead of time. Eventually the notices for my appointments stopped coming, so I didn't know I had anappointment. I was marked as a no-show for multiple appointments that I didn't know about. When I called to complain, they said they had just learned that their appointment reminder system had been down for 3 weeks, and that they only knew because customers like me were calling to complain. I am now 2 months into my retirement and still waiting on my VA claim to close out. I can't make medical appointments and will not receive disability pay until this is resolved. When I asked to speak to a manager, they did not seem concerned about me or the other customers waiting on their appointments.

    called them to found out about there service and to see if I had an appointment with them the girl on the phone trying to give me one of those alert things when I asked what company she was with she would not answer the question I just hang up on her I wouldn't call them again the closest VES to me by Google is 238 miles if VA is using them they need something better

    EXCELLENT PROGRAM, APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING WAS GREAT. NOTIFICATION BY EMAIL, USPS AND TELEPHONE. INTAKE SPECIALISTS,JACOB AND DWAYNE, GREET YOU AND MADE YOU FEEL WELCOME. WAITING ROOM WAS HOMEY NOT LIKE A DRS. OFFICE. BIG SCREEN TV WITH TROPICAL FISH AND CORAL MAKE YOUR BLOOD PRESURE GO DOWN. LOTS OF SNACKS ON THE TABLES IF YOU WANT THEM. DR. NATWG DID MY INTERVIEW AND WAS UP ON MY HISTORY AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY MEDS. THE WHOLE INTERVIEW TOOK LESS THEN 45 MINUTES. PARKING WAS COMPED AT GARAGE SOUTH OF OFFICE. ALL IN ALL
    THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, VERY PROFESSIONAL. I DIDN'T NO WHAT TO EXPECT BUT WAS SURPRISED AT HOW EASY GOING THIS WAS.

    V.E.S. was very professional. The process was very convenient. The evaluating physician did not rush me and I felt safe throughout the exam. This service is great for veterans!

    Some of these examiners treats the veterans like trash,I never felt so low in my life and discriminated and treated like a criminal talk to so rude and judged

    This should be illegal! The VBA has considered the opinions of a VES contractor (practicing family medicine with no knowledge of cancers or toxic exposures) that has been found guilty on multiple occasions of theft from jewelry stores, lying, and has tried to move from state to state to avoid the findings and restrictions placed along her by the medical board of various states. And has disregard the findings of my medical records, findings and diagnosis of my oncologist, hematologist, radiologist (who are all teaching professors and Phd's in the fields of study) that I am currently seeing from 45+ years of health issues from my time at Camp Lejeune and the association with the contaminated drinking water.

    I had several interviews with VES set up by my georgia veteran representive ,had exams ,xrays ,interviews ,I was pleased by all of them they all were nice ,they seemed to care and keep me focused on my ailment claims,back,knees,feet,tumor ,I also had a good bunch of my records which helped alot,i came out with 30 % , 30 years after service ,i cant conplain except for lifetime cronic pain i will have but most of all it was validating for me to get something ,im pleased with how i was treated,but there are so many others that need help sorting things out and this was the second try at a claim for me so ,my advise is to never quit and stay positve ,there are folks that care

    This contractor the VA has gotten is the absolute worst company and shows how the VA continues to not care about the veterans.
    I have been dealing with the VA and trying to get a pulmonary issues related claim along with several others in to the VA for a year now. They handed the evaluation of my claim off to this so-called medical company. Issues from this company are:
    - Claims they do not have material from the VA regarding, and required a repeat of the test performed not even a month prior at a VA hospital.
    - Claimed they had reached out multiple times to contact me via phone, which the never did
    - Call center reps (after long wait times to get ahold of one), would ask to put me on hold so they could look up information then hang up on me.
    - Did not put call notes into their file, and when I would call them again would say they have no notes of any previous call, then attempt to gaslight me saying I never called them.
    - Tells veteran to just "email" HIPAA related information and tests to random email address for "their records"
    - Randomly changes appointments, does not inform veteran of changes, then closes open case file and sends it back to the VA without notifying the veteran.
    I have many more issues with them, but do not have enough characters left to expand on the poor performance and issues of this company. This company, by their very actions gives more of a scam for money vibe than anything else. Even to the point the VA agent I talked to afterwards stated the numerous issues she has seen from other veterans with this company.
    I am leaving one star, because there is no option for anything lower.
