Ordered on December 2 2023. Spent $45.06 which was taken out of my bank account
I've emailed two times, no response. I've called the phone number which isn't in service. I went on their ******** account and there's hundreds of complaints from people who said they've never received their items and can't get a hold of anyone.

I have ordered products from their website and have not received my products yet. I tried to contact the company to change my shipping address via email, phone and their website. The phone is not in service and they are not responding to my email and online inquiry. On their ******** page, there are many complaints of not receiving their product and not being able to contact the business. There are allegations that this business is a scam and seems to be operating under a different name as well. I no longer want their products and would like a refund.Initial Complaint

December 16,2023 I placed an order for $39.56 for a quiet bounce ball with express shipping to ensure the order would be delivered before Christmas. The payment cleared my bank account but I have received no confirmation and the website says it has no record of my order. I have tried calling the number on the website but it is not a working number. I have also tried sending a message on their website and on their ******** page as well. Ordered two basketballs from this company on Dec 1. Monitored order confirmation for tracking and there were never any updates. As of last week, the website can’t be reached and no way to get in touch with the company. Ordered 2 quiet bounce balls and a rim for $87.92 with priority shipping. So far no product received. I have tried to contact them by email and no response. Also called the number on their website and says the wireless number cannot be reached. Then I found a ******** page and I am one of many who are going through the same thing with this scam company. I have no tracking information, only an order number of 34229 that says order is ready and we cannot determine the appropriate carrier for your tracking number. I purchased a QuietBounce basketball from QuietBounce website on 12/2/23. I followed up with them on 12/8/23 because their website says that the product should ship within 1-2 business days and I had not received a ship notification. A tracking number was created but no item has been received so product has still not shipped. I followed up again 12/17/23 because I have not received any response from my follow ups. I ordered the QBounce™ Silent Basketball 2.0 - Indoor Basketball × 2 plus Priority Processed Shipping + Insurance × 1 from QuietBounce for $74.63 on December 4th (Order #******. On December 10th I went through their Contact Us form on their website to inquire when it would ship. I explained that I ordered it in plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. I never heard anything back from that inquiry but on December 12th I received a generic email from the company stating that any orders placed after November 24th have been delayed and they offered 10% off their products. On December 19th I tried to call the number listed on their website and it said 'the wireless customer you are calling is not available.' I then looked up how to request a refund and it again asked me to fill out the Contact Us form. I did that but I do not expect a response since I did not the first time.
