    I bought two quiet bounce basketballs with net. Advertised as a basketball that bounces inside without making noise. After being late on delivery ( they did not respond to emails and shut their phone number down), they arrived. This is a complete scam- it is a piece of junk and not what was advertised. This is a large foam ball from China with marker drawing to make it look like a basketball. It does not bounce. Piece of string for a net with plastic hoop. Their company guarantees returns so I sent an email and have yet to hear anything. Spent $71.94 and would like my money back.

    I made an order on December 3rd. I was told it would ship in 3-5 days. 7 days later I was told the order shipped. When I try to track the package it says it wasn’t shipped. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times with no reply.

    Around 11/27 I place an order with QuietBounce. Recieved an order number to track shipping.
    2 days later, my order updated to processed and waiting on carrier. Over the last 2 weeks there have been no updates to my order, I emailed them and have no been responded to. Today I put in my order number and the site states there is nothing under that order number. Order number is #*****

    Order was placed 12/11 and the website said it would deliver by Christmas

    The order has still not shipped. I have followed up via their website twice with no response. The number they provided is invalid.

    They continue to advertise but have not fulfilled orders. There are many others complaining as well.

    I ordered this product on November 25th in hopes of getting the QuietBounce basketball for my kids. I have the order # and I have sent several emails through their site and no response. I called the number listed on the site and it says the number is no longer available.

    I placed an order (#*****) on 12/10/23. I paid for priority shipping and this produce has not yet been shipped. I reached out to the company via their website inquiry system with no response. When I try to call them, their number has been disconnected. Upon further research via google and social media, many other people are also not receiving their orders and the company is not responding to inform anyone about what is going on. This company took my money and I would like it returned. The trial came to $36.47.

    I ordered 3 basketballs from Quiet Bounce on 12/7. They state to allow 1-2 days for processing and then 10-20 for shipping. When I contacted them about why they hadn’t shipped yet they responded with the shipping policy. I tried calling their customer service number but it is discontinued. After the first response from them I haven’t ever heard back from them. I’d simply just like a refund at this point.

    I purchased a QBounce Silent Basketball 2.0 Indoor Basketball size 7 & QBounce Wall Mounted Hoop on December 4, 2023. Card was charged for $65.04 and I received confirmation email that order was placed.
    I’ve heard nothing else regarding my order. Instead I kept getting more marketing emails from the company. I keep checking the status of my order and just see “ordered” & no updates.
    I reached out to the company using their contact us email…******************** and got 1 response 4 days later saying that the order will arrive by Christmas & then 2 days later i get another email saying that any orders placed after November 24th will be delayed 3-4 weeks on top of there 1-2 weeks for shipping. I called their customer service number ************** & nothing so then i ******* this number & address & come to find the the phone # is to a Neurologist in Texas & the address is a post office in Texas,
    This company is a scam and i emailed them to cancel my order and request a full refund which I don’t expect for them to give to me. Now since I emailed them with the refund request I haven't gotten any marketing junk mail. No product was received at any time after making this purchase.
