    I ordered from this company on December 8 2023 for a Christmas present and never received the product. I have emailed them multiple times and they offered me 40% back to make it right and I obviously refused.
    Every email I send them is an automated response with no resolution.
    I just want my money back.

    On 12/17/23, I purchased (2) Quiet Bounce Balls. As advertised on the website, with the purchase of (2) Quiet Bounce Balls, you’ll receive a free hoop. Not only did I make sure to reach out at the time of my purchase to a customer rep to ensure that my order would come with the hoop, I sent numerous emails inquiring about this prior to the shipment date. This “Christmas” present didn’t arrive until January 12th. It didn’t arrive with the free hoop as advertised.I would not have purchased 2 basketballs had I known my son wouldn’t have a hoop to use them with. On, 2/1/24 I finally received an email stating: Hello Joi,
    I hope you are doing well.
    As I have checked your recent purchase with us the free hoop has not been included which is why it never came along with the ball that you ordered but you do not have to worry because I already processed the free hoop on your account and rest assured you will not be charged with anything. Please wait for the confirmation email once your order is processed and ready to ship.
    Thank you for your kind understanding.
    On February 7th and I sent another email inquiring about when to expect a shipping confirmation. Only to finally be met with an email from a new customer rep stating:
    Hi Joi,
    I would like to clarify that your order number #57145 has already been delivered. Unfortunately, based on the order number, there is no record of a hoop being included in your order. maybe you didn't add the hoop when you placed the order. For the free hoop, you need to add the hoop to the checkout it's clearly mentioned on the website.
    No regard for the experience, time, or disappointment of a first time customer.

    I purchased 2 basketballs and a door hoop in December 2023. It turned out my husband had already purchased these items from another company so I emailed per their instructions on the website within 2 days of receiving them to return. I finally heard back weeks later and they offered me 20% refund and to keep the items. I declined the offer and they will not respond to me now. I have emailed them every couple weeks since December 23rd and have not heard back and there is no phone number to call. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have emailed them at least 20 times justasking to be heard! I paid for insurance on the delivery and they just ignore me I Wang either the ball I ordered or my money back!

    I ordered from this company well before Christmas with expedited shipping. I did not receive the product until mid January. Upon inspecting the product, it was not as advertised and was misshapen and unable to be used as intended.

    I reached out to their customer support via contact form as instructed requesting for a full refund. They did not respond and after multiple attempts, responded weeks later offering a 60% refund. This business is a scam and is not in line with business practices of the United States.

    My complaint is regarding a company called QuietBounce, which conducts business at quietbounce.com. This company has received many bad reviews/complaints on trustpilot.com, from people who have a similar experience to mine. I ordered a "silent" ball on 12/4/2023 with the expectation it would arrive by Christmas, but I did not receive the ball until 12/31/2023. The ball was extremely shoddy quality and did not perform as advertised.

    This company appears to be a direct-from-China business that is pretending to be based in Houston, TX. When I was wondering where the ball was and whether it was going to ever arrive, it was showing as shipping from a port in China, where it sat for the better part of a month. I sent an email to [email protected] on 12/14/2023 when I became concerned that the product hadn't shipped, and received a reply from "Cha" at [email protected] saying that the ball would come. I sent additional messages on 12/19/2023 and 12/24/2023, ultimately asked for the order to be canceled and my money back, but did not get a response to those two emails. I eventually tried calling their phone number (346-257-8703, registered in Katy, TX), but it was out of service and has since been removed from their website. There is no longer a phone number listed on their website at all.

    I placed an order for these "Quiet Bounce" basketballs on Dec 6th, 2023. At the time they were running a special promo where if you purchased 2 basketballs you would get a free backboard. I also purchased "priority processing" for an extra $4.99 that was suppose to guarantee delivery before Christmas. The balls did not arrive until Jan 5th, 2024 and were misshapen, cheap, and would not bounce. I immediately contacted the company and provided pictures of the defective basketballs and was told to wait for further instructions on how to return them for a refund. Now I just keep getting thecrun around. I've attached the original receipt, as well as tracking and delivery confirmations, multiple email exchanges as well as pictures of the balls. I also never received the free backboard as promised. I would like a full refund.

    Items ordered and paid for was finally received after 30 days had passed. At time of ordering, the website said that items would be shipped 2-3 days after order. The items are no longer needed as they were intended to be Christmas gifts and they were not received until January. I have reached out to the company numerous times to initiate the return process, following the instructions on their website for returns and they have yet to respond, which is cutting into the "allowable" days one can return an item. I should not be held responsible in my allowable return period days for their lack of responsiveness. The items are in the condition and packing material as received so they are in returnable condition and I should be allowed to return them and receive a full refund, but they will not provide instructions on the return process.

    Ordered deal for 2 quietbounce balls and free hoop on Dec 5 for Xmas gifts. Not received by Xmas as promised. Sent email to customer service. Reply came several days later saying order was received and it would ship soon. It was already after Christmas. Received 1 crappy foam ball with lines on it and a pile of tangled rope (I guess that’s the net?), and no hoop on January 15. Received an email from company saying ‘the last item of your order has been delivered’. Cool. No it hasn’t. I have replied to that email asking for a full refund and have yet to receive a reply. Total scam. Oh. And I have 2 disappointed children wondering when they are getting the gifts I had promised them for Christmas.

    I purchased 2 Quitebounce balls on 11/4/23. The balls I ended up receiving were not as advertised per weight or size. I reached out to the vendor and when I got no response, I filed a dispute with my Discover card. The vendor then agreed to a partial refund that would be processed when the dispute was closed. I closed the dispute on 12/28/23 and have yet to receive a refund and am told I can not reopen a dispute due to insufficient documentation. I am extremely disappointed in how both the vendor and credit card company have handled this situation and looking for resolution.
