Hello. I had purchased this product from quietbounce.com on Dec 8th and finally received it Jan 22nd. This was supposed to be a sphere shaped ball but due to being wrapped in a clear looking trashbag and then packaged in a white mail bag it arrived miss shaped. I messaged the company the date received but no reply as how to reshape product. Again messaged Jan 24th thru website, no reply and also called customer service line which is no longer available. I would like to receive the actual product I ordered but if not, I'd like a refund.

Purchased 2 basketballs mid December. Took over a month to receive. Realized the same items are way cheaper elsewhere. I contacted company before order shipped to cancel and they said they could not refund or cancel order. I received the items. Order #***** was placed for a QuietBounce Basketball on ********** for my sons birthday in early February.Subsequent order confirmation and tracking was received by the company some time later. However, tracking showed a shipment received in my hometown but no delivery was ever made to my home address. I reached out to QuietBounce via email on 1/21/2024 as to the whereabouts, and expected delivery date of my order. No response from the company. I then reached out via email again 2 days later on 1/23/2024 to advise that tracking has not updated and to please refund my money. Again, no response from QuietBounce.There is no known customer service number for **********************. The phone number I found online is not in service. The tracking now shows that the order has not even shipped, and I have received no credit back to my credit ******* this point, I would like to receive either my money back or my ordered product, and we will never do business with this company again.Initial Complaint

I ordered a silent basketball from the company and paid for priorty shipping. The package is clearly lost as when I use the provided tracking number it just says that it is awaiting item to arrive. 12/10/2024 I placed and order with QuietBounce and my card was immediately charge for $53.05 with the promise of delivery my Christmas. Shortly after I received an email stating that the company was back logged and the product will not arrive in time for Christmas. I tried to contact the company to then cancel my order because it was intended as a gift. I never was able to reach anyone. The product did finally arrive 1/11/24. It was an absolute joke. The "ball" was so disformed and misshapen that there was no way it could ever be used as it was intended for. I also paid for a basketball hoop which arrived broken. The Quiet Bounce was order on 5-December, I continues to try to call the company with the phone disconnected and send emails on the status of my order. I did not receive any updates until after Christmas which I did finally receive, but it was not what I ordered and the quality is extremely poor. I purchased a Quietbounce basketball from this company in December. The product arrived defective, as it is not round as a basketball should be. It is misshapen and therefore useless as to its intended purpose. I reached out to the company on January 11, 2024, and again on January 18, 2024. Neither of my inquires have received a response. Initial order was confusing and oushed a second order now button, generating a second order. I immediately reached out to cancel but was ignored. After this I asked to cancel entire order since it was not shipped in time. This were also ignored until a shipping number was generated where I was toldni could follow return process when I received it... it didn't ship for another 5 days. I asked daily for a the return to be processed where I was offered a discount to keep it but most emails were ignored. The phone number also does not work and they have not replied to texts. Overall they never helped process return and responded to 4 out of 20 emails, never addressing the desire to process my return.Initial Complaint

On December 24th 2023 I ordered from Quiet Bounce. Approximately $74. When ordering it says it would arrive by Christmas. My kids were coming the week after Christmas so it still gave me a little leeway. I contacted the company by email when it didnt arrive and I was assured that it was being processed and I should receive a shipping email soon. On December 27 the item supposedly shipped. Since then it has been in at least three locations, all say pending **** pickup. It has never been picked up by **** and I still do not have the item. The company no longer answers my emails nor do they answer the phone on their website. The website makes it look like they are in *****, so buyers think that is where they are ordering from. Reading other peoples comments, I now believe this is a fake business coming from *****. What can be done about people who do this taking advantage of innocent people , either sending poor quality products from ***** or not receiving anything at all??!!
