    I placed an order on 12/25/2023 for 2 basketballs and wall mounted hoop. Paid for priority shipping for quicker delivery.January 3, ******************* ********** is now January 22, ******************************** transit.I emailed "when will this package arrive" but no answers.

    Ordered quiet bounce ball on 12-8-2023. When they arrived on 1-8-23 they are shaped like an egg instead of a basketball. Reached out to them multiple times, still no response. Also didn't receive the wall mounted hoop that was supposed to come with the order when you purchased 2 *****

    Ordered a QuietBounce basketball for my son in the hopes it would arrive by Christmas. Payment of $39.56 was made and all on December 15th. Though my card was charged for the amount, I never received an email with order number or by when the ball would reach me. When I contacted customer service the first time, they mentioned that it may take up to 20 days for me to receive my goods!! Its been a month now and I decided to write back to customer service. Was sent a tracking number telling me that my order was delivered on December 23rd but tracking info doesnt even come close to where I live in ******** (it matched an order placed in Nov and was delivered to **). When I pointed this out in another email the same day, Im still getting the runaround and nobody is replying to me. I just want my money back at this point.

    Ordered quiet bounce and hoop for Christmas on December 15, 2023. They immediately withdrew the money from my account ***** but never delivered the item. Phone calls and e-mails go unanswered. I think this is a fraudulent company who just takes the money. Im a single mom. This money is important to me. Thank you for helping me go after this company.

    I ordered one quiet bounce ball on December 11. Before I ordered, I confirmed that delivery would be before December 24, 2023. I would not have ordered otherwise. Order went through with no issues, but within a few days, I received an email stating that there was a delay and there was no estimate of time of delivery. I called the number in the email and the number on their webpage. I also emailed them through their website and used the SHOP app to email them. The phone number went unanswered after many attempts, and said the person was unavailable. There has been no response to multiple emails. I received an alert on the SHOP app that the item had shipped on Jan. 5, almost a month later! However, the tracking showed the item in one location for about a week. It then updated to show it was in my state, but has been there for almost a week. With all attempts to communicate being ignored, I respectfully demand a full refund.

    We ordered a basketball from them and after 6 weeks, have not received it. They don’t respond to emails. They said it was shipped but provided no tracking info. This seems like a scam; others on social media report the same

    I ordered a quiet bounce basketball from this company on December 3rd. It was promised to be delivered by December 23 at the very latest. The company sent an email after I purchased the item, which contained a faulty tracking number. It was not real, it never updated or tracked anything. On January 2nd, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute against the charge because I hadn't received the product. I emailed quiet bounce at the email they provided as customer service twice before I called my credit card company. I never got a response. Then, when they saw that I stopped the payment to them, I received an email that said they would appreciate I not stop the payment and to take away the dispute when I receive the item. Two and a half weeks after the basketball was supposed to be delivered, I received an orange piece of foam that was misshapen and had black sharpie lines drawn on it. Obviously, not what was advertised. So, I emailed customer service for the 3rd time to get a return slip because I was definitely not keeping a piece of trash that they sent to me. Their return policy says you only have 30 days to return it and customer service will reach out to you in 24 hours to get you a return label. I've emailed customer service now 4 times and have never gotten a response. This business is a scam. I hope they can be shut down.

    I ordered 2 basketballs in early December and didn’t get shipping notice until January and have supposedly been in transit for 15 days this is a scam they won’t respond to emails or and the phone is turned off

    I purchased a ball from Quiet Bounce on December 4th, and my account was charged that same day for $31.48. I got an email with shipping confirmation, but this is as far as I've gotten since then. The package has been sitting in the same warehouse in LA since 12/27/23. I have contacted the company numerous times and have yet to get a resolution. They offered to give me a 40% discount, but have not applied that to my account. I have asked for a full refund three different times and to just cancel the order but they never respond that they will do that. It's not really the money since it's not that much, I don't want them to continue to scam other people. They are a horrible business with terrible customer service.
