    I ordered from thier site and thought I was receiving a high quality quiet basketball. After, weeks of it not being shipped and many emails not responded to, it finally arrived and was clearly a very poor product. It was nothing more than a dented piece of foam with uneven lines drawn to look like a basketball in literal sharpy. Phone number is non-working and no one ever returns emails.

    During purchase the merchant offered an upcharge for priority processed shipping which I added to my order. Product never arrived, no response from customer service despite multiple attempts. No phone number to contact (email only.).

    Purchased in December 7, 2023 for around $40 to be delivered before Christmas. It was delivered January 11, 2024 and was completely deformed. It is oblong and shaped like a peanut so it does not bounce like a basketball. It bounces like a football.

    I purchased this ball online on December 5, 2023. Online the company is based in ******* but my order was shipped from *******. The shipping process did not start until December 20th. I received the ball 1 month after purchase date when online it mentions up to 20 days to receive your package. Upon arrival of my delayed gift, the ball smells awful. This is something I do not want a child playing with or something I would want in my home. Not to mention the product does not live up to it's promise. I have emailed the company twice with no response. I have called the phone number online and it goes straight to a message stating the wireless customer is not available and no option to leave a voicemail.I full heartly believe this is a scam product and someone got their money and ran!

    Purchased on 11/26/2023 after seeing several web ads for a "specially engineered" basketball designed to be silent when bouncing indoors. Did a brief internet search and saw several positive reviews and videos on different sites. Paid $77.94 to purchase two Quiet Bounce *****, that came with a free hoop. A couple weeks later received shipping confirmation and the tracking showed the package in ***** going through customs. I was alarmed because I had remembered the advertising claiming USA company. I finally received the shipment on 12/22/23, but it was missing one of the two ***** I had paid for. Additionally, the ball I did receive was a very cheap foam ball with sloppy black lines painted on to resemble a basketball. There was nothing special about this foam ball, and it did NOT bounce like a basketball. My 15-year old son laughed at it. I would expect to see something like this at the dollar store for under $5. The company's website claims "100% Money Back Guarantee - If you have any issues with your order whatsoever within the first 14 days, send it back to us and we will credit you with a full refund. No questions asked!" On 12/26/23, I emailed their listed support address to initiate a refund. I stated I did not receive my full order, and I am not satisfied with the one I received. I requested an address to return what I'd received. It has been 2.5 weeks with no response from the business. I tried to find a phone number, but the only number listed is a disconnected mobile number. I filed a dispute for the charge from my credit card company, and that is under review. Companies like this should be SHUT DOWN.

    On November 30th I ordered ****** ******* three items (Wall Mounted Hoop + 2 Silent Basketballs) for $82.93, which included $4.99 for priority processed shipping and insurance. According to their tracking, the items were delivered together on 12/22. Not true. To date I have received only one of the basketballs. I have sent two emails and submitted one note via their on-line system. Today I tried to call the number they list on their website to "leave a message" per their instructions. I get a response that the wireless caller I'm trying to reach is not available and there is no option for leaving a message.

    ******! ******! I ordered this item at the beginning of December. December 4. After several email attempts requesting the status, I did not receive any response. I then noticed my order was canceled without being refunded. I again try to email for an explanation and a refund, to no avail. No one responded. I went to their ******** page and all of the comments were complaints just like mine. People not receiving their item, trying to email the company with no response, canceled orders with no refunds. Suddenly, my order was in transit, but with a tracking number that would not track. Again, I attempted to email the company in this time I got a response. All she said was that my item was in transit. I asked for a correct tracking number and she danced around the question. I asked for a refund, but she insisted the item would arrive. It is now January 10 and I still have no item, no tracking, no refund. Ive tried reaching out to the same representative that emailed me, but she seems to have gone **** In other words, zero response from her. I think this company is a fraud! I have no product and no refund and no responses

    Purchased 12/7. For $35.07. Paid for 3-5 day shipping. Received email saying product was delayed. Received 1/6. Product arrived deformed and unusable. It is basically foam with permanent marker lines drawn on and smells terrible. I contacted the company and haven't heard from them. I checked their ******** and other reviews and this company has done this to hundreds of other people. I don't need anything from this company, I don't even care about getting my money back, my loss, I got scammed, but they shouldn't be allowed to continue scamming other people.

    I wanted to purchase a silent basketball on ************************. They had a deal to buy 2 and get a free hoop. I chose that option and paid $44.95 for the items and expedited shipping. I placed the order on 12/15/23, and my order number was #*****. When I received the order confirmation, it said that I purchased 2 hoops. I figured it was a mistake as I clearly chose the 2 ***** and one free hoop selection. The item arrived, but I received two hoops. I tried to call the company on 1/5/24 but got a message saying that "the wireless subscriber is not currently available." So I sent an email on the same day through the website and also outside of the website asking for help with my order. I have not received any response. I tried to call the number again today (1/9/24), but received the same message from the previous day.

    I placed an order on 12/16 for 2 basketballs and one wall mounted hoop for a total of $82.93. Order *****. It is not 1/9 and only one basketball has arrived the website is gone and there is no way to contact them. I want a full refund.
