    Awful service. Ordered 2 for Christmas and they never came. Sent several emails to company and no explanation. Asked for refund but said I would have to return and I never received them. Poor service and so unfair to leave me hanging.

    I ordered on December 6 and nothing was delivered nor did I receive tracking info. I reported this as a scam to my financial institution and started a claim to get my money back.

    A week after ordering, I tried calling because it said they could not determine a shipper. The number was disconnected. I tried emailing and got nothing. Then on Thursday after Christmas the website had been taken down. This was a complete scam.

    It’s just a cheap foam ball that barely bounces. Completely false advertising of quality and capabilities of the ball.

    Ordered beginning of Dec and still have not received the product. Sent multiple emails and no response. Have order number and tracking number but item did not ship.

    Ordered product on December 9, 2023. As of December 30th, product has not been shipped but credit card transaction was completed on the day of ordering. I have emailed several times for update and later to cancel the order but no response. Phone number listed is not valid number. I feel that I was scammed and never had online order that collected payment prior to product being shipped.

    Wish there was negative star choice Sent email after being let down by another company called court master
    And it seems these two companies may be run by the very same people
    The phone number says the party is not available
    Straight to voicemail
    We didn’t have these problems with brick and mortar stores
    Evil is everywhere but it’ll catch up with them if not now, the RAPTURE is coming
    Stay far away from both of these ‘companies’

    I ordered 12/9 with priority shipping. It is 12/29 and I have still not received my order. I contacted the company 12/30 and had no response. This is a scam.

    The order did not ever show up and my bank account was charged. I’ve tried contacting the website multiple times with no response. The phone number on the site is a non working number. DO NOT buy from this site it’s a scam!

    This company is a scam requested my order to be cancelled and for a refund of my money. Item was never received because it never shipped. Stay away!!

    This company takes orders it does not fulfill. It doesn't respond to customer service requests but keeps its social media pages active. The website has all the markings of a real website but the product never gets delivered. Do not send them your money. This is a scam.
