    I ordered a ball and nothing was shipped they were completely unresponsive. The phone number has been disconnected SCAM!!

    This should be a negative star rating. I placed an order on December 8th. On December 9th $73.94 was charged to my credit card. I ordered two balls and was supposed to get a free hoop. They were for my grandson"s Christmas. When I thought I should have had the order, I tried tracking it. At first it said the shipping agent couldn't be located. Then it said fulfilled but I never got it! I sent them emails but never got a response. The phone number they have listed does not work. I have since disputed it on my credit card. Now I am submitting this to the Better Business Bureau. From now on I will check out any website I order from to make sure it is legitimate. They must have had fake reviews on the site. I should have known something wasn't right when almost every review was five stars. I don't know why this site hasn't been taken down yet.

    This company gets zero stars. I placed an order on December 2nd. I got an update on the 14th that said order ready with a tracking # that doesn’t actually let me track anything other than showing my home address. It still has not arrived! I’ve emailed a couple of times and when I try calling the number it says wireless customer is not available. So zero communication from them! I’m wishing I would have just went with one sold from Amazon. I’m assuming all the quiet basketballs come from China. My granddaughter was the most excited about this Christmas gift. So frustrating!!

    This company is a total scam They immediately took the payment for my order and never provided an order number All the information on their website is bogus The telephone number as well as the address.

    Placed an order on 12/10. Have not received anything other than an order confirmation. I’ve emailed the company 6 times with no response. There is no way to cancel my order or speak with a live person.

    SCAM. Straight up SCAM. Orders are fulfilled and never shipped. They don't answer your emails. Phone number does not work. I wish I had looked into this company and seen the hundreds of terrible reviews before ever ordering.

    Same experience as everyone here. I ordered 2 basketball and priority shipping. Emailed several times, tried calling. Now having to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Total scam.

    I made the unfortunate decision to purchase the QBounce™ Silent Basketball 2.0 - Indoor Basketball on December 8th. However, my experience has been disappointing. On December 18th, I received an email notifying me of a delay in my order. Despite reaching out to the company for clarification, I have not received any response. The order status, when tracked, indicates that it is ready, yet no tracking information is available.
    This situation is disheartening, and it seems like a scam, especially given the lack of responsiveness from the company and the absence of genuine tracking details. The reviews on their website appear to be fake, adding to the suspicion. While I understand that delays can occur, it is disheartening to see families being taken advantage of, especially during the holiday season. I hope those responsible for this situation reflect on the impact they have on customers and reconsider their actions. It's unfortunate that a child's Christmas wish list item has become unattainable due to these circumstances. May those behind this experience the consequences of their actions.

    I purchased a basketball for my son on 12.16.23 and paid extra money for priority processing. Their website claims that orders are normally processed within 1 - 2 business days. I have sent multiple messages and tried contacting the company at their email address as well as their contact forms and they will not respond to messages. When I go on social media, I noticed hundreds of others have been scammed as well and they are not responding but are still posting a lot of advertisements for their products, continuing to scam others everyday. This company is a scam as they do not ship their product but they take your money.
