    Ordered on December 5th and still we have not received as of December 26th. We are disputing the charge with the credit card company. Quiet Bounce is a Chinese company claiming to be an American company based in Texas.

    Never received items paid for. Someone responded when I wanted to cancel because it was taking so long saying that the item was in route to ship and gave a tracking number. 8 days later the item is still waiting to be given to the postal service so the tracking number was basically a ploy to try to save face a little longer so they could take more money thinking it would keep me from writing a bad review.

    SCAM! Do not order! You will NOT receive your item, they will immediately take your money and they will never respond to emails. SUCH A RIP OFF!

    Placed order December 6th. Was charged for the order. Item not shipped. No reply to several emails. Phone number can not leave a message - never answering phone. Do not order from this site even though looked looks legit.

    Scammers. Definitely feel like I got played out of $55. Ordered about a month ago from an ad I saw on social media (big mistake), still no delivery. Tracking number doesn’t work, contact phone number doesn’t work, the address is fake. Wish I could pull payment back but the money is gone. I don’t typically purchase from social media so I take accountability for the chance I took on this product. Beware of the scam here though. Don’t waste your money on this! Zero stars would be a more accurate rating on this business. They need to be brought up on fraud charges and class action lawsuit for every one that suffered financial loss.

    Credit card charged tracking number an email received. Website states unfulfilled and I paid for expedited shipping. It has been one week. No response from emails, and the phone number does not work. There is a social media page full of the same complaints, in which someone still is keeping active. I started a dispute with my credit card company and I have been told it can take up to 90 days. I really would like my 74 dollars and change back, and I’m sure others would too.

    This company is a total scam. So sad. I ordered in the first few days of December for my nephew's birthday and my son's Christmas gift. DO NOT ORDER. I'm going to try to stop payment through my credit card.

    I placed an order on December 7, 2023 because the website advertised the basketballs would be delivered by Christmas. They did not process the order until December 18th and shipping and tracking information still have not updated. I would give this company zero stars if I had that option.
