When I call 711 at the store locations in the ***** area code and surrounding area at least 7 differnt Stores it just rings and at the end there's this loud dial up tone then the phone line disconnectsInitial Complaint

I have been going to this 7-Eleven to buy 500ml box of Vendange Pinot Griggio tagged at $3.99. After purchasing this product about 5 times/week for over a month, I realized on 11/22 at night that I had been charged $4.99. I went back later to the store to buy another box and it rang at $4.99. I told the cashier who responded that all prices couldn't always be right. I insisted on showing him so he can honor the price, and removed the tag. He refused to honor the price and did not removed the tag. I did not make a purchase and thought the cashier would remove the tag later on. I came back to the store on 11/26 and the item is still inaccurately tagged. The lack of effort and follow up are indicators that prices might be purposely inacurretely tag to mislead customers....Initial Complaint

On November 10, 2022 I purchased two $500 **** gift cards at 7-Eleven **** NY-52, *************, ** ***** and my credit card was charged $1009.90. The gift cards did not activate and the receipt INSTRUCTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to REFUND the $1009.90. The store manager (****) REFUSES to refund the money. He also refuses to give me the contact information for the regional manager to rectify the matter. It has now been 10 days and I have no gift cards and I'm owed $1009.90. My credit card bill is due Dec 14, 2022 and I will soon have no choice but to charge back the purchase with ***************** I am attaching the receipt from 7-Eleven and the **************** statement showing the posted charge on Nov 10 (Sunoco). In return providing business to this location received horrible interruptions at the store requesting for coffee to be made resulting with irrational display of anger and dangerous physical motions from the employee when leaving coffee pots uncleaned when making fresh coffee pulling the coffee glass carafe from the customer asking to rinse it out becoming violent Reporting this to district management resulted with no explanation and has ignored these issues keeping employees to act this way towards customers. I have tried to resolve these problems with inexperienced and unprofessional rudeness leaves ignorance and has concluded disrespect towards customers. I find all 7elevens in this manner allowing to cause domestic violence. I understand that you are hiring cheap labor which is nothing wrong with that and you are not training them hiring criminal black people from the street. 7 eleven is paying cheap to power the industry.Reason why they treating customers this way. I have complained to corporate headquarters in ****** ***** and seems to me that they do not care. First of all coffee stations are always left with old burning coffee leaving the carafes stained and dirty. When ordering coffee selective I was told they stop making those after certain hours. Usually I wait until there are no customers in the store for employee to make coffee ignored still after requesting again to make the coffee. Station is never filled requesting for sugar or cream. My family and I wanted to use the restroom locking them down from the public. I cannot change these issues as it is very discriminating as you are treated very unkindly in ****% of these stores. The last district manager that was spoken to verbally attacked me over the phone calling me vulgar names and attacking me with verbal madness telling me not to come into all of the 7 elevens that he owns. He had represented himself as a owner with a disturbed mentality frustrated with himself his employees and his management.Initial Complaint

7-Eleven, Inc. ********************************************************** Number: ************** Fax: ************** Attn: *********************************, CEO Subject: My 711 Purchase of $2.00 not being taken out of my account yesterday de to the machine not working and concerned I will get charge multiple times because clerk said the machine wasn't working I went to that 711 this morning at 6:07 am on ***** ******, ***************, ** ***** and I spoke with the 711 female Teller regarding that. She said she remembered me from yesterday. I informed her that my bank 5/3 sated that nothing was showing that I made a purchased there. That the bank implied that maybe I utilized another bank card. That really made me felt I wasn't being honest.She said that maybe my payment didn't go through and she informed the owner that the machine wasn't working that day. Here's that conversation from this morning with the 711 clerks.Here's the conversation:********************************************************************************** But yesterday at the bank at 3:29 pm, I feel like that teller was questioning my integrity about being at the 711, using my debit card. I think a part of you believed it too. She asked me, did I use another bank card there. Why would she even have asked me that in the first place? I'm just worried that I can be charger later with multiple charges of $2 since the Clerk swiped my card multiple times. The Clerk said I want. But who knows. Is this location pulling a scam? Date-On Friday, 11/12/22 at 8:30am-ish. Location-7 Eleven on ******************* ***** *****. My 79 yr old mother and I are one of the 22ppl that won part of the Billion dollar NYPower Ball posted earlier that same week. According to the NYLotto.org winning tkts need to validated at the retailer where tkt was purchased. On 11/12 was our first chance to go back to that retailer-7-Eleven. Instantly we were yelled at by the owner (first time ever meeting this horrible person) that "they do Not validate at that location and what is it that we what want CASH!!" No one should ever be yelled at and for a simple even toned question. Also having my mother and I disrespected in a loud cruel way was beyond shocking. I clearly informed him all I needed todo is follow the lotto website guidance never did I expect or ask for cash at all from him. He continued to yell over and over the same thing. I had enough and told him to look at my ****** page for directions. Then he screamed at us to GET OUT OF HIS STORE. I said no and to pls call the cops to get this sorted. He then promptly turned and left the register area to a room behind. I in turn called 911 for help. It was the police that showed who informed me to write a complaint to you the BBB. Please have this person removed from this retail altogether. His employee who was standing next to him at the time informed me that he is always like this. I have lived in this town my whole life and never experienced something so horrible. On Monday, November 14, 2022 the employees Sherry and Brittany verbally assaulted and threatened a customer to *************** all because the customer was pointing inside the store at something she thought she wanted. She walked in the store with me, I am an ex assistant manager of said store, she pointed to the register and asked if that was her for some reason. I told the customer, Kim, it wasn't a person it was an item and the cashier, Brittany or Felicia, I don't know her real name, proceeded to tell Kim that she gets off at 5 o'clock, and then she can come back and get her *** ******* if she has a problem with her. Brittany/Felicia told her coworker not to sell Kim anything because they were now refusing service to her and the cashier proceeded to threaten Kim the customer that she may have one arm broken right now, but she can still *********** with one arm! This is ridiculous. I contacted the owner of the store and he said that it's out of his control that the company is taking care of it , so I asked for his company's phone number I got a response of bye!!!! I do not appreciate what is going on in that store. It is very inappropriate that the employees including the store manager are threatening to whoop customers asses and verbally threatening and verbally assaulting the customers!Initial Complaint

I entered the store, 7-11 at this location, **********************************************************************! Um, clerk, a white, chunky and over-weight female had an attitude already...before I walked in. She was not pleasant at all. Then, I had asked if they had the chicken wings at incurred the special on the Big Gulf which would have been $0.49 (cents)! So I did'nt get the special. It's Veteran's Day and this hef-fer felt some kind of way and I felt jealousy and racial undertone. I was at the coffee area and she comes over. I had already finished my coffee and getting yogurt with three bananas and went to the counter. I then paid for my purchase and had a redeeming of a discount on my purchase (7-11 points for rewards)! She didn't even mention it...I looked at the screen and entered the zip code to complete my savings on my coffee. She was rude and I felt racist towards Black people and when I had asked for my receipt. she couldn't produce it after 3 transactions the manager claimed when he came over. He's a racist himself; stating the clerk was not a mind reader and so forth that I had commented on the fact that she should ask as well. So, yo no avail I walked out with a bag but couldn't retrieve my $4.90 receipt for my purchase. I would want to go back after being watched like I wanted to take something out of that store. I mentioned that's what cameras are for and she stated, the white clerk, "what cameras"! I said, I'm a retired m, **** Army Gulf War Veteran and anything thst I want in this store; I CAN PAY FOR! I felt stocked like a horse in there and I require an apology; moreover, otherwise they can cram their hate, beliefs, and stereotypes...I was dress in all black leather and thin as I am an ******** Indian, Black female Vet and she was highly envious. With treatment like this, their nasty-a$$ attitudes; I would want to go back. I'm reporting racism because if I was a person of a different race then this story would not have heppened to me. On November 7th at approximately 10:25pm I saw 2 women enter the 7-eleven. I attempted to enter behind them 20 seconds later and the store clerk looked the door. He was helping the ladies and he looked at me and he would not let me in the store. I rang the doorbell, he still would not let me in the store. Another African American man came up behind me and the clerk made us wait outside in the cold for 5 minutes. As soon as a white man came up he let the white guy in the store. But he was not going to let us in if the white man had not wanted to get in the store. 7-eleven clerks should not have that much power. I attempted to purchase a ******* Energy Drink priced at $3.99. When I went to the register they attempted to charge me $4.75 with tax. Upon questioning this, the cashier was extremely rude especially when I brought up that false advertising is illegal.
