      Hi I went to 711 in ******* ******** went to purchase gas and some drink went to use my door dash card and the cashier said the card was denclined my husband tried again same now there was money on the card looked on the app and it says that the money was taken out for this purchase meanwhile I had to use my debit card to purchase the products So this means I actually paid for these things twice !!! I DoorDash n that door dash card is used for gas so therefore we couldn't work because we couldn't get gas we lost almost 200 dollars between the purchases and and now work please help

      The 7 eleven now circle k here In ****** ** has not yet fixed the problem with have expired product on their self's as I once was an employee here at this establishment and I can assure you that I was off for 3 days and the same coffee in the filters were sitting on top of the coffee machine when I got back after 3 days rather just recently upgraded to a circle k and they've got product in there shelves that is over a month old almost I have pictures to prove it I have said something to them over and over and over again it's time to go above them and do something about it now

      At 9:59 pm my boyfriend had stopped in 7 eleven to get me some gas for work tomorrow he prepaid $***** and got some. Fountain pops . Because he did not pump fuel within 3 minutes the pump would not turn on so he went in to see wat the problem was and the cashier and night manager said he will have to prepare again cuz 3 mins the money goes back on the debit card and so he has to pay a second time. I get alerted everytime a transaction is made with my credit card. The first one was ***** and then a second transaction for $***** now he gave a receipt that shows a transaction for $2.52 and a receipt for $***** I go to complain and ask for my money back and the manager **** wants to talk to me lik I'm stupid and thees a problem with my credit card. Then *** I ask for a different manager he tells me to look up the number and figure it out.. I did not get a refund for ***** and so they just stole $***** off my. Credit card and says it's my problem .

      Business posts inaccurate prices on several items in order to trick customers into buying. I took up 3 price tags and was not grated the price displayed. After I declined the transaction the employee (by the name of *******) put the wrong price tags back up on each item to falsely advertise prices that were incorrect.

      My **************** Prepaid Gift Card that I got for Christmas last year was fraudulently used twice at 7-Eleven in ******, ***** on September 10, 2022. Once at 10:05A with a transaction ID No. ************ for $75 and once at 2:17P with a transaction ID No. ************ for $20. After going round and round and several calls later with 7-Eleven and Amex, I got no where because each company was saying it was the other company's issue, so I filed a police report with the ************************ and still have gotten no where because the companies are not cooperating with the investigating officer. I honestly just want my $95 back.

      I tried to tell the manager about how his store is not up to satisfactory of **************** told me he was going to call the cops on me. I was just trying to let him know how the bathrooms are always nasty & that the store has a bunch of flys in there. & they server food. pretty nasty when you walk in & got flies flying in your face when your trying to pay or even get coffee.

      I worked at 7/11 for approximately 2 days and was never paid for it and I've tried reaching out I worked here around September and I keep trying to reach out and no response i didn't work for free

      Bought several coffees and products from 711 and all of them were half empty. In addition, they caused me to throw up. Terrible and very unhappy.

      I worked for 7-eleven located on ************************************** ******** for 3weeks my start date was 9/1/2022 and quit 9/18/2022 due to unreasonable working conditions along with verbal abuse coming from the acting manager and owner they're refusing to give me my paycheck I've made numerous attempts to retrieve my check and have reached out to the owner he reads my messages and does not reply I've sent him proof of my the days I've worked and the money that is due to me.

      I purchased a pepperoni pizza and a bag of Lay's potato chips from the 711 app/store: 711 Redondo Blvd., **********, **. *****. The delivery driver ******************* (Uber delivery) delivered the bag of chips minus the pizza. I was charged $16.90 for the full order ($2.29 chips, $2.99 delivery fee, $0.10 bag fee, $0.32 convenience fee, small basket fee $1.99, courier tip $3.00, total $10.69 (adjusted?). I contacted the 711 store and spoke to ***** who stated that my money would be refunded to me. However, I received no receipt stating I was only charged $2.99 for the chips only. I was charged all of these additional fees listed above for a canceled order on 711 end. I was basically charged $10.69 for chips only. ***** stated that the pizza oven does not work but the order went through without issue. I was told by ***** (711) to contact Uber eats even though they are only the delivery service. ***** (Uber) stated email will be sent to 711 through (specialized team?) to help resolve the issue. The problem is too much of a hassle considering I am mentally ill and 711 should have voided the order instead of confirming it and charging me full price. I think 711 corporate should know about the incompetence of their store/employees.
