      Hello my name is ***************************** I was 17 when I started working at 7/eleven I was working there for about 6 months before our store was token over by corporate I would work 10 pm to 6am in the morning almost everyday just to be make a check of 300 or less I would do the whole truck that came in on night shift bye my self witch was most of the time because the employees didn't want to come too work I always had my store right and ready for the next day some say I was on of there best They had I was wrongfully fired from an other employee who called my friend phone to tell me I don't work there no more I have tried so hard too see what can I do to get this situation at hand but just didnt know how into a older men told me about yall I was selling Tabasco and alcohol ***** tickets and everything when corporate arrived like that next week and a hafe in the month of January I was still working there I did my last truck for them and once more had too do that bye my self because my teammate never showed up and the next day I got the call saying I'm fired I trued too talk too the new owner but he was so rude about it I been at a stand still for months now but I know it's something someone can do too help me seek justice

      This gas pump business charged my credit card on the 16th of August 2022 for $171 dollars. I disputed this with the credit card company because this is equivalent to 39 gallons of gas and I have a *** SUV. When I charge gas in a pump is automatic and no one is present. I assume this is the case with this place. As you can see on this receipt that they sent the credit card company I used 39 gallons of gas. I was never in this gas station. I live in WESTCHESTER and did not go to this area this date. THIS IS FRAUD. I'm attaching the receipt they sent the credit card company.

      This is the health hazard issue that the 7-eleven store at ********************************************. ***** is creating in our community by refusing to dispose of there garbage for months already.

      I have complained several times to Mangement about game leaf prices. The 7- eleven on ********************* ********* ** ***** is selling this product $4-$5 higher than other 7-eleven's in less than 7 miles from them. Shell gas station and Royal Farms are also cheaper. I called the corporate office the first time they gave me 8k points instead of correcting it. The second time the manager told me in the store that his product is real and laughed. I contacted corporate again and that same manager called me and said "so what we can charge what we want" I believe this is a violation of consumer rights and it should be correct and the manager should not be there. Franchise company should have standards. I want it fixed and a call from a General or Regional Manger not the store so called owner.

      This is my second encounter buying a prepaid*************** and unable to activate card and loose my funds. The first encounter I didn't get a receipt, therefore, not much I can do without proof of purchase. This second encounter, again $ 100 GD prepaid ****. The clerk took my receipt and immediately threw it in the trash. I clearly demanded for my receipt in which he provided a re- print copy. Unable to activate card, being that it was after hour's, I wasn't able to speak to a live GD agent till the following day, when I was informed that the card was activated by another party. I opened a fraud claim investigation. Since there was no funds left therefore there's no funds to recover and closed the investigation. Unsatisfied about the decision I contacted GD again for clarification. I was informed that only two way activate card, physically having the card or with original receipt. I immediately contacted 7/11 headquarters and filed a complaint questioning the behavior and actions of employee. I I received an email from corporate with update that unfortunately I wasn't going to get my refund. he confirmed that funds were officially added to card and confirmed that he viewed customer service team looking for information related to my GD purchase. I kindly replied, if after witnessing 7/11 service team looking for information, was that not questionable? There's no reason to look for something they knew nothing about. Secondly, I didn't even know I was facing an issue, not till 24 hours later. I understand if they were in search for information if I had complained directly to the store and within the the timeframe. Headquarters investigates and confirms the transaction and views team searching for information within the same period of time and has no concern of why are they looking for GD information if I didn't even know I had encountered a problem. Now I'm questioning headquarters lack of investigation or is this something they simply ignore.

      Refused to hand count 50 bottles and cans for 10 cent reimbursement for recycling. I patiently waited, but the cashier refused to count my cans, despite being within the 50 count limit that is legally required of them. His excuse was that there was limited space "in the back" for the cans and bottles.

      My truck broke down and I had told them I would have it picked up by noon the following day on 9/14/22 I had talked to an employee and left a note on my 2006 dodge Dakota. The next morning I had arrived to pick it up and it was already gone. I went inside to ask why it had been towed already and they said the prior night employees never told them. Now I don't have income to get my truck back and northernlights towing wanted $455 for 2 hours on being held. I just purchased the truck a few weeks prior. I have chronic liver disease and can't work. Now because of selfish lieing employees my truck was towed n I have no way of paying the bill. If this does not resolve is*** I can proceed to going to court to *** to them

      Several products ring up at the register at different prices than stated on the shelf. This is not just a one-time event but a repeating pattern. Some products such as **** and *** confectionaries are charged $0.20 more at the register then on the shelf($2.79-$2.99). That however is one of the smaller inconsistencies in price. Some of the more glaring ones were the six White ****** sliders priced at $5.99 that rang up for $7.99 as well as the meow mix original **** lb bag that on the shelf stated cost was $9.99 but at the register ring up as $11.59. I have had several discussions with multiple employees and nothing has been done. They say it's too much work to switch the prices. They are robbing not just me but everybody they are charging an extra tax at the register please help.

      711 customer service is horrible I have been denied managers I have been hung up on My complaint has been forwarded to **************************** Which I have also launched are complaint against As I have been told by the insurance company it is in 711 chance and I've been told by 711 it's in the insurance company's hands well I'm getting tired of the ring aroundIs customer service agents at 7:11 needs severe training Telling me that I am not allowed to have the address to 711 head office ********************* Well no longer deal with my matter So I have called 711 and now I am finding your complaint against them here Under the ******** Digest **** when an employee cannot justify why they are not doing their job properly it is considered misconduct I've had to tell agents that they cannot deny me a supervisor it supervisor they asked me what is the issue I say I don't need to speak with you I need to speak to the supervisor and it takes me over 7 2 get a supervisor Is all agents need training All 711 stores need training did not s**** up order And this is all due to 711 not reading or understanding in order or abiding by skip the dishes orders and I have filed many complaints to 711 and 711 just says it's not gonna happen again skip the dishes says the same thing but how do you get the wrong meal completely and how do you get the wrong order when they still phone you while I'm done planning the ring around now it's your turn Better Business Bureau
