      Last night I noticed I am missing nearly ****** points from my 7-Eleven rewards account. Hey large portion of these points were awarded as a settlement because of an issue I previously had with a company. After I contacted the **** a 7-Eleven representative reached out to me. Other points for awarded from my purchases. In any case I am urgently asking for the assistance of 7-Eleven to restore the missing points.

      7-11 has a reward program in which customers acquire points to use for purchases of their products. The requirement was to use your cell phone # to accumulate points, and then use that same cell phone # to use points. 7-11 later encouraged customers to use their app available on iOS and Android. However, this app often does not work, and for the last 2 months has not functioned at all. On various website customers have complained and yet nothing has been corrected. Today, I learned the website has been down for more than 11 days. After a phone call with 7-11 **************** today 8/11/2022 at 11:30 the ** confirmed that the website is down. I requested that the app be fixed or allow customers to use the connected cell phones to use and acquire points. I was told, I would be contacted in 1-7 days via my e-mail.

      Was refused service at 7-11 because I have ebt even though it is accepted by 7-11 this employee refused me service.

      Employee was rude with earphones in and disrespectful and unprofessional. He claimed to be the supervisor. He refused to speak to me or give me any service.

      Hi, my name is ************************* and I have called in yesterday within the hour of me visiting a **************** 711. I went to the 711 that is located at **************************************************************************I went into this 711 and it was 2 male non black workers there. I wanted 2 big bites so I went to the hotdog area to get 2 beef hotdogs. I noticed that the buns were removed. I informed the workers that they had ran out. One of the workers spoke to me and seemed like he was irritated. He is short, between 40s-50s years of age, between 5'4-5'5 height. He had on a black tshirt and jeans. I went into this store between 2pm and 3pm yesterday.I ignored him being irritated & bought my food. The other worker was touching & moving boxes around so I said I didn't want him serving me the buns since the boxes were dirty and he was picking them up off the floor. The irritated guy picked up a clean napkin to get my bun which was fine, then he said something like you will get what we give you. He was getting more irritated & rude. He put down the clean napkin to put on gloves. He said you can use your link card if you want to, I will charge you more. I believe that this is theft, I told him this. I tried to pay anyway but when I found out that I was charged over **** for a hotdog. I said I didn't want the hotdog but a refund. He told me to leave & wagged me away. He also said something like you don't have anything but a link card. I told him don't talk to me like that. He kept trying to control the conversation by being rude and loud. The other guy grabbed him & told him to stop. He would not stop. He kept being rude and kept telling me to leave. I told him no, give me my refund. He kept arguing for me to leave. I stood there and he had no choice but to refund me. He threw $4 across the counter. I told him I would call the cops because he owes me more. He then threw $3 across. He called me fat, said f*** you to me and gave me the middle fingers. I asked him his ***** **** ignored me.

      I stopped at this 7-Eleven while traveling from ************* to ************. Purchased BAD GAS. I have had no response from the business. 7-Eleven Corporate has sent a registered letter to the franchisee telling them to submit my claim to their insurance company. The BBB in ******** suggested I reach out to BBB in **. I am seeking reimbursement for all of this. Letter attached. I have sent copies of all receipts to the business. Certified mail. May 25, 2022. It is time to have this resolved. Thank you.

      Yesterday around 4:00 I go to 7-Eleven to purchase a prepaid card so I can pay my phone bill. I sit in the parking lot and try to activate my card and I couldn't do it. I go back into return the card and the clerk said that he didn't know how to do it and called management. Management told me because he was not there that is nothing he can do about it till sometime today. Now I'm out $97.50, no Communications and my grandbaby was born yesterday. Not only did I get robbed out of my money but family values that you cannot put a price on. This is totally unacceptable and a person like that should not be in management position. I run my own business and I would have took a short drawer to satisfy my customer. There is not a value that you can put to my frustration or aggravation. And it saddens me how these big businesses can rob from the little people and it's okay somehow

      Hello how are you doing? hope I'm not taking up too much of your time this is a loyal 7-Eleven customer. My is Katelyn G********, I've been on the phone with 7-Eleven for over two hours, that's just today. I was ALONE in my ATTEMPT to resolve the NERVE RACKING ENCOUNTER which still frightens me. It happened at 198 Broad st. 7-11 Keyport There is a case opened already I have called headquarters, supervisor from the NJ corporate office, began explaining some thing, offered some thing; before I could answer the SUPERVISOR HUNG UP on me, Which nulled the offer.
      Problem: 711 employee started flailing his hands, YELLING AT US and I feel this worker is a threat, being a woman, I am scared. My boyfriend Jimmy & I were promised $25 gift cards each Originally via email. This has escalated: next the same situation occurred when supervisor at HQ hung up on with no conclusion that all they can do is give me some coupons WHILE AT same time they shared our personal cell phone numbers with the 7-Eleven that was harassing us.
      THE ORIGINAL PROMISE, of a $25 gift card never came. A NJ corporate male employee Promised the gift cards & just Asking a supervisor to listen to first convo they refused to do it. I feel like I'm being either lied to, or worse, manipulated, just so "Customer representative" could get me off the phone. The very first time I called Corporate in NJ IS when I felt ok, to complain, First call I made which should be the first recorded conversation tape where I was promised a $25 gift card and so was my BF Jimmy, one $25 gift card each. headquarters specifically the ************ number as well as the ************ phone number because the first number I called they lack patience with no concern for my questions, or the problem that I was going through and I still am. I'm doing most of the talking although it's my boyfriend's accounts that we were using to try to get a free coffee that's all at 7-11 ******************* 3 locations unsatisfactory CS

      Around June 18th I went 711 in ******** ,TX to get some gas. I paid for my gas. I went to the pump and it was timed out. I asked did they put it on the right pumped which it was wrong. I asked can they place it on the right pump they said they can't do it because the money will be refund in 48 hours. At this this time I couldn't make it to work without gas
      So one employees young lady paid for my gas after i declined but she insisted. I told her I will be back with lunch and her money. Upon returning back to Oak point area the Supervisor harassed in the store by call out my name and saying I stole money from her employer infront of everyone in the store. Her actions made it okay for other employees to gain up on it because im black and they are middle eastern. I have never felt so embarrassed and humiliated in my life. She even told me she doesn't have any buns for my two all beef hotdogs I am going to purchase. They made me feel less than a person. Customer is coming in an out hearing here yelling defamatory remards towards and ordering me like I'm a slave.

      On 08/22/2022 between 12-1230am I WALKED INTO THE 7-ELEVEN AND WAITING FOR A RUDE , DISRESPECTFUL, YELLING EMPLOYEE WHOM WAS OUT FRONT SEVERAL MINUTES BEFORE COMING INTO STORE. AS HE APPROACHED WITH AN ATTITUDE AND LOOKING TO BE HIGH ON SOME SORT OF SUBSTANCE AS IT LOOKED AS IF HE BOIGHT SOME FROM OUT FRONT OF STORE. I ASK FOR $25 IN GAS AND 2 LOTTERY TICKETS.HE IMMEDIATELY SHOWED HIS DISCUSS AND IGNORANCE BY MAKING SARCASTIC REMARKS AND STATEMENTS TOWARDS ME AND MY ITEMS I REQUESTED. HE TOLD ME THE TICKETS I WANTED WERENT AVAILABLE SO I ASKED WHICH WERE IN WHICH HIS RESPONSE WAS COMPLETE SILENCE AS IF TO IGNORE ME SO I ASKED AGAIN SINCE HE WASNT RESPONDING AND IMMEDIATELY HE GETS AN ATTITUDE STARTS TO SAYS ********* SLICK THINGS TOWARDS ME OUT HIS MOUTH I IMMEDIATELY TOLD HOM TO CALM DOWN ITS TO LATE AT NIGHT FOR HIS NONSENSE IM JUST TRYING O MY GAD AND TICKETS HE THEN KEPT GETTING SPEAKING DEROGATORY STATEMENTS AND PARTIAL RACIST STATEMENTS SO I INTURN LET HIM KNOW TO CALM DOWN ONCE AGAIN BECAUSE 'YOU CANT BEAT ME UP" SO STOP ALL THE YELLING AND FOOLISHNESS HE THEN THREE MY MONEY BACL AT HIM AND YOLD ME TO "LEAVE HIS STORE" ALL THIS BECAUSE I WANTED SOME GAS AND LOTTERY TICKETS. NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT PROPER CONDUCT FROM AN EMPLOYEE TO CUSTOMER. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED
