      We are new **** customers. Today we placed only our second order and it was even worse than the first! First they ordered were cancelled and reassigned many times, they were so late both times, and they were wrong both times. To make matters even worse their employee was texting me wanting more money! That is so unprofessional and made us feel so unsafe. It is absolutely unbelievable they wanted to offer me $20 after spending over $100 and getting late and wrong orders and worst of all our safety being compromised by their employee texting a customer about wages and more money?! The first order number is **************** and the second order number is **************** in the total amount of $52.24. We want our money back

      I added money to the 7 eleven wallet to save 13 cents a gallon. I reserved pump and it took my 40 off the wallet but pumped me 0.00 in gas I tried 4 times to use but no gas came out. I went inside spoke with employee that informed me sorry we outta gas. When do I get my money back I need gas. Manager stated 24 hrs up to 10 business days to get back. I waited nothing. Finally reached out via email only to be told I gotta dispute with my bank say I didn't authorize I don't understand why 7eleven told me to do this. I did contact my bank and filed dispute but my bank said they should give refund not dispute. I called back and emailed 7 eleven no response. If I got gas and didn't pay and left you would put me in jail for theft of services. But what you did was in fact that. Keep giving me runaround I just wanted my gas. Went to store today and they told me they can't help me I have to contact my bank the employee even remembered me from the day 7eleven stole my money and didn't give me my gas purchase. I have no gas and no $40. Make that make sense???? This company is stealing right in front of our eyes. How can this even happen? Yall got to do better. The manager did offer me a slurpee of any choice for my troubles. How is that even right?

      I went in to make some food purchase and to get gas today 7/25/2024 around *******pm cst. After paying for my items (using my debit/credit card) I was attempting to enter my email address to have the receipt emailed to me but the cashier quickly cleared the purchase from his screen preventing me for getting that email. I didn't think anything of it and went about my business. When I got into my car I wa *** to check to see if my poi is had added to my app. While looking over the transaction history in the app I saw the purchase details for the store for today and notices there wasnt anything showing purchase of the $20 gas as requested but it showed "Item not in file" and the amount of $20.38. That is when I realized that was my gas request but they added an additional $0.38. I'm aware that when getting gas there are 2 steps that has to happen, 1st is the financial transaction of the sale & then the info entered for the pump to activate it to be used. I only distributed $20.00 of gas into my car. Therefore if they are doing it to me there are others thet are STEALING from as well to profit their pockets. This puts a very bad ********************* against 7-eleven. Very bad business ********************** $31.65 should have paid $31.27. I'm not stressed over the $0.38 it's the fact they are stealing and if there was an issue of me having the exact amount for my purchase in my account and they charging extra they i don't have it can cause my account to be overdrawn causing $36 in overdraft fees over $0.38

      I am constantly placing orders I am providing specific instructions and my orders are being returned to the store: it occurred 2 xs in one day: I advised the 7Now delivery customer service they tell me I will recieve an email in 24 hours no email is ever received. I show looking back they refunded one since this issue. I took photos and have a copy of my call log this time because Im not sure if they dont believe me but I told them I will provide proof every time after the last 2 . I am signed up for the Gold pass spend a nice amount of money VERY OFTEN. This has been an ongoing issue for the past month they continue to say a refund is coming and I and up placing the order again as you can see . This is unnacceptabpe. The items clearly show returned. When Im available I have no vehicle to go anywhere so when I place orders I expect to recieve them . Photos have been provided of me standing speaking with the last driver as I will begin documenting it moving forward

      I reached out to the company twice before in a matter of six months. My dilemma is that your company offers the 7th cup free after buying 6 cups of coffee. The first time I called, they said that there was a glitching system. The second time I called the representative told me to scan my barcode following these instructions. I have not seen any redeemable options for free cup of coffee. I also talk to the store manager, and he says its a corporate Program I need to contact you so please

      I have an issue with the 7-11 app, it wont take any payment options loaded into the app.I contacted support at 800-255-0711 several months ago, the service department at 255-0711 states they send the issue to a support team that will resolve the issue. I called support several time and no one can answer any questions and the app issue was never resolved.I recontaced 7-11 again about two weeks ago and the same thing is happening, I am told someone will contact me which has never happed again, support is no help with any resolution.I am trying to spend money with 7-11, you would think they would want to help and get the app working so I can do so?Please help resolving my app issue.*********************** ************ case *******

      7-Eleven continues to refuse to delete personal data, even after 45 days. REQUEST ID: 7DAM86Z4DEZ1QPG was submitted on June 21, 2024 to delete personal data for the account associated with *********************** They have not done so, and refuse to explain why after multiple inquires. This may be breaking CA state law.

      I have tried for 2 months to cancel my subscription for the gold rewards. I tried to follow the explanation but couldn't locate where to cancel. I texted their customer service was told to do the same following instructions. Still couldn't locate to cancel. So now I've paid 2 months and can't seem to get it cancelled.. the date to cancel this month will be the 11th August.

      On July 30th I came to the location of *****************************************************************. I purchased the money order for $397.99 this is not the first time I've done this. Did so to pay a bill but found out later that day that the bill was already taken out of my checking account. I tried to deposit the money order with my bank but because I had already made it out they refused to accept it. I brought the original money order with the receipt to the same 7-Eleven that I purchased it from spoke to the owner the franchisee. Didn't know this was a franchise they had been presenting themselves as a corporate store from the very beginning of their grand opening. He refused to take back the money order or refund me my money I just paid less than 24 hours before. Extremely upset about this didn't have any issues when I constantly give them money but have a problem getting a refund back for something don't understand why. I need to get back my $397.99 that I spent with this establishment. Why did they have no issue taking money from you but when you go in and expect them to give you the same service that you giving them never the case.
