      When Mr. Lane arrived, I was greeted with a smile. He was very friendly and upfront about what services he was going to complete that day. We continue to be pleased with the services we receive from Moxie Pest Control.

      Salesmen not reaper multiple "no soliciting" songs and ringing doorbells and bothering households. This is bad business and would never recommend hiring someone that doesn't know how to read and respect a sign in a private home.

      I dont see you listed as a current customer. While I understand and respect that you may not agree with our door-to-door approach, Id like to clarify that our team operates with the appropriate licensing and permissions.
      The No Soliciting signs typically apply to individuals or organizations that have not gone through the proper channels. Since we follow the required legal procedures, our representatives are permitted to be in the area.

      You're on private property with "no soliciting" signs so I'm not sure what legal or proper channels your business is following, please share legal statutory that allows this for your business to disregard signs placed on private property.

      Horrible seevice. I was told I had a free service, when they came, they tried to charge me. I have been having ants issues and had to call them to come out and spray and it was not working. **************** is horrible.

      Our service includes unlimited warranty visits. Ant treatments often require consistent follow-up applications, which unfortunately was not the approach you chose. We're sorry we werent given the opportunity to fully meet your expectations.

      Moxie pest control has been coming to my house almost a year. Almost canceled my contract before but they talked me into giving them another chance. Big mistake!! I had them treating for ants. It has done no good whatsoever. I call to cancel and they want to charge me a cancelation fee even though there service is so bad. I would in no way recommend this company

      Thank you for reaching out. Wed like to clarify that the cancellation fee applies regardless of whether the service resolves the issue, as outlined in the agreement. Nowhere in the agreement do we claim to be exterminators; instead, it clearly states that we provide pest control services. Additionally, Section 11-C of the agreement specifies that if a customer decides to end the agreement early, they are responsible for 80% of the total cost of the remaining services. We do not force anyone to stay in the agreement, and to avoid the early termination fee, we recommend continuing with the scheduled treatments and cancelling only after all five services have been completed.

      I was approached by a sales person from their company to my home and said that they had signed up others in our area and was wondering if we would be interested. I did like that they treat the yard to kill the eggs of pests and not just the house. They came the next day right on time and the service team was knowledgeable and professional. They even explained the things that Orkin was doing incorrectly and why we should never have bait boxes put in our house with the "hopes" the mice would just wonder outside to die instead of in our walls. So far Moxie has done everything they said and it seems like they do have a good process in place to show transparency.

      Worst company to work with. I requested Aeration 4 times through their lawn care service and never got it. Today I was sent a notification that they were going to come and service my property and they never showed up. One of their workers discarded a brand new sprinkler head in front yard that he was too lazy to replace and they still charged me an exorbitant amount. I also used their pest control service and although they would come to service my property none of the pests they were supposed to control died and I had to call them out multiple times to reservice. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I want. NOTHING to do with them!! Absolutely ridiculous. To anyone who sees this please never use this company for any services you will surely regret it.

      After reviewing your account, it appears that your lawn care service was successfully completed, including the application of soil conditioner, pre- and post-emergents, fertilizer, and fungicide. Our technician also left a note advising proper watering within 48 hours to ensure best results.
      We understand your frustration regarding the aeration service. While you've requested it multiple times, we have no record of a confirmed aeration appointment beyond the initial start. Wed be happy to address this immediately if youre still interested.
      Regarding pest control, we do offer unlimited warranty services, and you're entitled to call us out for reservices at no extra charge. Weve noted that while multiple visits have been completed, its important that any persistent issues be reported so we can fully resolve them.
      We take concerns like the sprinkler head very seriously. If theres been any damage, please contact us directly so we can assess and correct it.
      We truly regret that you felt the need to voice your concerns this way, especially since we hadn't received prior communication about your dissatisfaction. If you feel we are not meeting your expectations, you are absolutely free to cancel your services at any time though we would appreciate the chance to make things right.

      Beware! I signed up for Moxie, fulfilled my contract and tried to cancel. Each time I try to call (I've tried daily), they say the person I need to talk to is unavailable. And now they are sending emails saying my account is still active, and if I need something I should call. Shades of ****************!!!

      Alajuan came to the door before providing any service. He asked if I had any issues and I informed him of bees on my front porch. After completing the treatments around the outside of my house, he came back to inform me he was finished and provided some instructions for the next few hours. He was very friendly and helpful.

      If I could leave a negative star for this company, I would! Do not let them treat anything in your house or yard. Please read all reviews on this company.! They are a total scam how the Better Business Bureau is giving them an a minus is beyond belief! We signed up to have our yard traded last summer on a day that a young man showed up on a Segway. We ended up letting him treat the yard and it was supposed to be every three months with no lock in service. We did not see any change in bugs around our house therefore we only had it treated three times Now they tell us that we signed up for a full year and going to make us pay for the rest of the treatments. I ended up calling and talked to **** from **************** who was very rude and hung up on me. ! This company has services throughout ***************** and all of them have horrible reviews where this company treats, their employees, horrible and gives false information to homeowners! Once I started looking at reviews, I was appalled at how this company is still doing business but what they do is they get these young college kids too go around and sign people up and then you cannot cancel the service even if you tried! We had multiple people on our road sign up and we have spoke with several of them that have nothing but bad things to say about this company! What a shame they are taking hard earned money from people and being a scam business- BBB u need to do better and give them the f they deserve!

      After reviewing the account, we found that it is actually under the name **** *******, who signed up for the services. **** also completed the welcome video, which is recorded in our system, and used the email address ********************* during the sign-up process. During the welcome call, the system clearly states, "If you discontinue your agreement before the 12 months are up, you will be charged 80% of the remaining service charges." **** responded with a clear "Yes," acknowledging the terms. The signed agreement was also emailed on 08/08/2024 at 4:23 PM, which may be where the confusion came in since you weren't the one who completed the ********** help clear things up, well send you a copy of the receipt along with the footage for your reference.Please let us know if you have any other questions

      Moxie Pest Control in ***** is a total scam. I had a gentleman stop by a house we recently purchased to offer their service. He spoke as if he would be the one doing the treatment. I signed up for a one year bimonthly (every other month) service on January 28th. He said they would treat that day, then follow up 2 weeks later for a warranty service just to make sure they got everything during the first treatment. Then they would come out again in April. So an initial treatment 01/28, follow up treatment 2 weeks later (never happened) then to come out again in April. While he was at my house during his sales pitch I paid for the initial service fee . I then learned he is not the one who does the actual treatment, he is a salesperson. Just be honest dude! The guy shows up late in the day to do the treatment and asks for payment. I told him I just paid the the first guy. Well apparently the payment didn't go through their system. Also, the guy who is going to do the treatment calls, says he will be at my house in 30 minutes and 2 hours later no show. I call him, he said I was at your house but you weren't there and when I called you told me you didn't want service. Well that wasn't me he called. He was at the wrong house. So, no show on follow up treatment due in February. I receive an email on 03/05 that they won't be able to service my home as planned but will notify me once the appointment has been rescheduled. I have heard NOTHING!Now, I am fed up and call to cancel and they want to charge me a cancellation fee. Unbelievable!!This has just been a big ole mess from the beginning. Shame on me and shame on them!!Buyer beware!
