  I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision on *****************, *******, **. I took it mid morning and it was repaired before 2:30 pm. The manager and the receptionist were very friendly and courteous. The work was done and it looks just as it did when the car was purchased (new). I would highly recommend this body shop to work on any vehicle. I will take mine back if I have to have anything further done. Thank you very much for a job well done.

  My moms car was vandalized at our apartment complex. We filed an insurance claim to get the car repainted. Once we got her car back her window was cracked & her car is now 2 different colors because the damages was on the hood & both driver, passenger side of her vehicle. My mom notified them of the issues they offered to call her back they did not so she called her insurance ************** said they would take care of the issue. We received email stating to give them a review I did the review stating the following, however a gentleman named ***** called my mom was very rude to her about the review & hung up in her face. She called them back to apologize & he was still rude. My mom is a disabled veteran that has dementia. They said they would call her this week to give an update on when to bring her car in to look at the paint job & fix the window she still has not received a call from them. This happened at ********** or ********* ** location.

  Good afternoon
  My experience with this company was horrible, first I received a rental car with bad tags, then they damage my vehicle.
  I have pictures of before & after and they still won't take accountable.
  I feel that I' ve been taken advantage of,
  Due to my race and age.

  If I could give them a zero, I would. Elder abuse, liars - they tried to get in good graces with insurance company by taking a picture of dirt on floor mat and saying car was in poor condition. They also lied and said car had oil leak. I will continue to blast them for the treatment of my elderly parents who hit a deer. Horrible management, horrible people. Please find another place for your vehicle. If your insurance company wants to use them, find another place.

  Caliber Collision has had my vehicle for 12 wks and just started repairing it. ****** ******* ********* and *** his gm are absolutely terrible to work with. ****** told me multiple times that my parts were on indefinite backorder despite me finding and providing a list of every single part he needed (which is outside of my client contract responsibilities). ****** continued to lie that he was calling on the parts. Once I contacted multiple regional managers on a Friday, Monday morning all of my parts had been order, and Wednesday they were delivered. This to me shows that ****** was clearly lying about the reasoning behind my truck not being worked on - either it was laziness, a lack of effort, a desire to mess with someone's well being and way of life, not sure.

  Caliber Collision in ****** filed false claims with State Farm. They also broke my fender flare clips and tried to hide it by super gluing them back on. Brought it to another company and they are replacing them through insurance. Such a horrible thing to do to a trusting customer.

  Initial contact with staff was very good. When my truck was finished it was discovered that the work was incomplete, but they insisted that it was finished. I took the truck and called to complain to the manager. I continued to leave messages and sent an email to the main office. It has been four months and no one has contacted me. The work was incomplete and was not professional. The staff was rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this business.

  They had my sons car for 2 months after a car hit on my sons right side. Now the car is leaning, not aligned and parts they said they used was not original.. The car now have to go to another body shop to get fixed, and this is a one year old car Caliber has totally destroyed instead of fixing it they created more problem.
