      This company is a joke. Ive had multiple repairs done at this facility. Their customer service is poor at best, craftsmanship is shoddy, and not someone I would recommend. I decided to offer one more opportunity to this company. I booked a 0730 appraisal on their website. I showed up at 0730 and got a call as I was pulling in that they do not do anything before 0830. When I asked why the website allowed me to pick the time the caller stated it wasnt her fault it was a function of the website. Please let me ask you, who controls the website? Caliber or the customer? This place is a waste of time and effort and I would deter anyone from using their services. GO somewhere else.

      That big and nice business its a big scam. In the beginning, they told me that its gonna take them maximum one month to fix the car in the end Took them three months to fix a bumper and a fender And after three months, return my car with disconnected parts broken parts and glue sign all over my car.Not professional!Bad customer service!Shitty job!

      The worst body shop experience. It took several weeks to get a minor rear-end damage fixed. They didnt completely fix the damage and took several trips to complete all the work after arguing with the shop manager. The bumper didn't line up correctly and had grit in the paint. The manager told me black was hard to paint and he couldn't control dirt in their paint booth so that is the way it will be. Once the truck was completed to their satisfaction, not mine, I was asked to come pick it up; I noticed the truck had new damage to the door at the shop. Shop manager denied the new damage and said it didnt happen. Refused to pull camera footage to see if anyone had backed into it while in their lot. I had to call the police to report. Once police got involved, the shop admitted fault of the new damage. Very unprofessional shop manager.

      If your car or truck is over 10 years old, they will declare it a total loss. They will use various tactics to achieve this, such as inflating prices, initially quoting low amounts and then increasing them after a teardown, undervaluing your vehicle, and even being dishonest. Their primary allegiance is to the insurance companies, which are collaborating with California to encourage having newer cars on the road.

      Your shop in ****************************************** badly run. My experience with this shop is unexceptional compared to other caliber collision shops I have been to.!! He is rude & a flat-out lair. Any questions call me please. He was to call me when the insurance adjuster set a time to be at the shop. But he didn't call . And I called in the evening & pretended I didn't show up . He is now on Vacation. The carpet is falling apart, hood won't open, trunk is broken, and smell of mold is making me sick. Thank you Mr. ***** *******

      I brought my car to this shop for a small crunch on the side panel. They initially said "about two weeks." Two weeks later they said "four weeks." Another week later "six weeks." Now it's been 4 weeks, and apparently they have not done any real repair work on my car.They seem to have overbooked way beyond their capacity and is failing to perform. They took hostage of my car and and randomly delay to fit whatever schedule they are dealing with. This is an unethical business.This repair should not have taken more than 2 weeks at the most. 6 weeks is outrageous. I feel lured in by lies about the length of the repair. This is causing me undue financial damage for having to rent a car much longer than necessary due to their *************** has been the worst service I have had anywhere.

      ***** was friendly, answered all my questions, explained every step, and kept me informed regularly about the progress! I admire her knowledge, she put me at ease. I picked up the repaired car much earlier than the estimated time. Its easy to see the repairmen are very skilled and talented.. ****** arranged every step of my rental car. Enterprise brought the car to the shop,. And filled out the paper work on the spot, which saved me time. When the car was done I left it with ****** who arranged with Enterprise to have it picked up. This again, saved me time and hassle Because I didn't need to find someone to drive me to and from the shop.I highly recommend every person involved in the process. The repairs made my car look new, and no one can tell it was wrecked both front and back. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on third street in Nampa, ID to everyone who needs a quality repair. Their honesty and integrity are an A+SM

      The people at ******* Collision on ****************. was kind and friendly and went out of the way to make sure I was happy with the end results of my repair. Also I got my Jeep back before the estimated time that was set. I would most definitely recommend this place and would be going back if needed.

      I was in a hit and run Sept 21 and my car was delivered a few days later to their location. I do not live in ********* and told them if they could get this done in a timely fashion because I had to renew my tags back home.They had been working on my car for about 3 weeks when I finally told them I need to take my car because the risk of being pulled over crossing 5 states increases by the day. ***** claimed that everything was done and they were just waiting for my front bumper to come in. I paid my deductible to receive my car. After I drove my car back to ************* I had to get a safety and emission test on my vehicle. My vehicle FAILED the safety test because my wheel was still turned off center, even after ***** my *** claimed the wheel alignment had been done. The wheel alignment was not completed, After driving my vehicle back to the location today I explained to them the situation, ***** kept insisting the wheel alignment was done until I made him look at ***** times was there a problem with the decal guy either he left early, he wasnt in that day, and the best one yet the decal shriveled up. They claimed to have done a wheel alignment one my vehicle, yet my wheel was still crooked. THEN once the decal supposedly shriveled I was informed that they would have to order another decal and it wouldnt be in till next week.I advised them to call a dealership locally to see it they have it.They finally found a dealer ship IN ********* they said it would have to be shipped.Why does a small decal from a local dealership need to be shipped. I explained to them since this was such a bad service that they should go get the decal so it will be placed on in the morning. After ***** kept going back and forth with me about it being delivered I finally asked to speak to the general manager. Once I spoke with him he advised me that they will call the dealership to pick it up and they will call me back shortly. I never received a call back and now they are closed. Horrible

      Wouldn't return here. No matter what. Don't argue with me about the placement of my soft top back window. It was stuck. I had conversations with 2 people when I brought it in that it was stuck. The zipper wouldn't move in the middle. You got it un-stuck, for which I thank you. HOWEVER, I'm not going to believe you about my other windows having either been taken or thrown out when I'm 100% sure that you're already claiming something that isn't true. My car was in a wreck. I had entire discussions about anti-slide wheel light not turning off and the cruise control not working. I get in to leave, the light is still on and the cruise can't work with the light off. They started saying how the scanners weren't detecting the problem. Then, why is the light still on? 10-ish minutes. The manager goes and apparently asks in the shop, and some old geezer (said affectionately, I liked this guy) comes out and takes it for a drive to reset something. Success, but they failed to tell him to check the cruise control. Another 10 minutes. Took their time doing it, but that's common.
