Caliber Collision ( *************************). I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Bad customer service along with not being honest about details of your service especially with date of estimated completion date. When requested a return phone call from the representative dealing with my claim; ***** claimed he didnt get the message. I called 4 times on Friday about my vehicle after being told it would be ready and never received a call back. This place is not reliable when it comes to customer service; to make matters worse when confronted the representative lies. Bad place to do business with.Caliber Collision Centers

I was in a wreck several months ago. I was contracted with this facility due to my insurance and it was ************* car was kept for 3.5 weeks. I was NOT able to get a rental due to their policies. After getting my car back my front dash has still not be resolved. I have been in touch with ********. I have not been contacted by anyone other than to say my part is " on back order" Its been months now. My car dash continues to have the same issue and needs to be fixed ASAP. Even the parts that were replaced are not fastened securely. the people who work there seem nice but my car needs to be properly fixed..Caliber Collision Centers

I took my van to this location as it had 5 stars with my insurance company. When I got my van back, all they had done was paint it and pull the frontend over and put a s**** in to hold it. They didn't even do I walk through with me. Just handed me the keys and the guy literally ran away. I took it back several times and they said they fixed it. I ended up taking it to *********************** that then called the insurance company to come out and look at what they had done. Caliber Collision did such a HORRIBLE job and didn't even fix the issue, that the insurance company totaled out my van. The van was FIXABLE but Caliber Collision did such a botched up job, it would cost more to re-due what they had tried to fix and then fix all of the stuff that they had just skipped over. This company should NOT still be in business as they do not fix the issues but cover it all up. I am taking them to court as I had to hire an attorney for the ******** job they did.Caliber Collision Centers

"A **************************** ********* referred me to the ******* location in ************ for repairs on a driver side rear bumper and the quarter panel. after 2 promises to fix correctly and a month of not having my brand-new car only having only had it for four months. I arrived multiple times to pick up my car and find the repairs were not done. Between them saying we are so sorry we had our "kid" working on your car I was fed up because who in their right mind would have a kid work on a brand new 2024 premium vehicle. They never replaced the bumper as stated in their invoice and have new damages leading to the front windshield all the way from burnt paint and overspray to the gas cap to the passenger bumper side having visible scrapes into the paint. I'm literally in despair trying to find a correct body shop to properly fix my car. This establishments needs drug testing and insurance fraud investigations ****!Caliber Collision Centers

Worst experience evernot for the repair delay itself, but for the unkept promises after. On May 30, 2024, I had a hit-and-run accident. My insurance suggested Caliber for repairs, expecting a seamless experience. Unfortunately, it wasnt. First, they delayed the repair time and when they finally said it was ready, I couldnt get the car until the following week. When I got the car, I noticed a small dent on the bumper with exposed black material. ***, who managed the repair, apologized, admitting it was likely their fault. He said they could replace the bumper, as painting wouldnt match the surroundings. He asked me to return in 4 days. When I called after 4 days, the part hadn't arrived; after 10 days, it still hadnt. Instead, *** painted over the area temporarily.Another week later, he called me to come for the repair, but upon arrival, nothing had changed. *** said they dropped the part and needed to repaint it. Another two weeks passed without a call. When I followed up, they needed another week. After that week, the part was the wrong size. This cycle repeated: delays, excuses, and more waiting.I had to go on vacation and instructed them to have it ready upon my return in August. Yet, when I returned, *** again asked for more time. After two more weeks, the same excuse was given: the bumper was dropped and needed repainting. I confronted ***, recognizing the same lie, and he requested more ******* September, frustrated, I asked for a refund to repair it elsewhere. *** promised to call back with a quote but didnt. When pressed, he cited power issues at the office. Finally, he offered $250, far less than the $1250 estimated by another shop for a proper repair. *** refused to cover the full amount and said hed consult his GM, but I never heard back. This is how Caliber treats its customersby not addressing damages they caused and failing to honor their promises. They wasted my time for four months for a simple repair they caused themselves.Caliber Collision Centers

"Terrible experience with this body ******* insurance company referred me here to replace my car bumper, but after the repair, all the lights on my dashboard turned on. I returned to the shop, and they sent me to a dealership. The dealership found extensive issues and quoted me $5,000 for repairs. The body shop refused to take responsibility or fix the damage, despite their work causing the problem. I feel completely let down by their service, and their refusal to correct their mistakes has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they want reliable service and accountability."Caliber Collision Centers

I took my car to Caliber Collision in overland Mo. In February 2024.I was quoted 2-3 weeks to repair my vehicle. I did not get my vehicle back until August. Everything I checked on the vehicle, they had another outlandish excuse as to why they weren't done. I was very patient as a customer. Did not complain. When the vehicle was finally done, I asked if Caliber could waive their $500 charge. My insurance company paid them $13,000 and I was out of pocket for well over $1200 in rental car fees. Insurance paid for the quoted 3 weeks plus one additional. Caliber advised me to pay the $500. They spoke with corporate and they would reverse the charges the following Monday. October 9th after many phone calls Caliber issued me a $500 gift certificate. I expressed to them emphatically that I needed to put that money back in my account. I don't believe the local office contacted. Their corporate. It makes no sense that they would not just cut a company check. When asked they had no intelligent answer to give. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH MEETING DEADLINES AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUFFERS TREMENDOUSLY.Caliber Collision Centers

1 starWhy is Caliber Collision sending out checks for supposedly Band Lab making payments to individuals that write a song and they "buy" it? It has Calibers name, address etc on it. The check of course is already endorsed on the back by 'someone.' Sounds like a scam - and I can't imagine this place is reputable in **********, ** if it is involved in this. I would appreciate an answer back. Seems odd also that Caliber Collision Centers isn't BBB accredited. If you folks are In auto body repair and painting maybe you should see who on the office side is sending out scam checks - on the pretense of 'buying a song.' If it isn't you then you might want to check into why the check has all of your data information on it.Review fromWilliam W

Got my truck back beginning of August and heard noise from my bed. Took it back to caliber collision and even the manager heard the noise. He supposedly took it back and put it on the lift and said everything was secure and was probably the shocks. So the next couple days I get shocks put on and still heard the noise. Had to get diagnostics done and come to find out not only was the stabilizer bar for the rear panel not attached but 3 out of the 4 bolts to the bed were barely on and the mechanic could literally lift my bed with his hands. Caliber said they would give me my deductible and the diagnostic fee back and I still haven't seen anything 2 months later.Caliber Collision Centers
