      I rented a lift chair from the McAlester OK location that I need for an upcoming surgery recovery. I rented weeks in advance so that I would be sure to have it but left it at the store until this week. When it was delivered I immediately noticed the chair was dirty and could see cobwebs on the metal frame. I began cleaning it up and found bed bugs all within the sides of the chair. I have now had to deep clean my home, throw out my vacuum & do not have a chair for surgery because they didnt ever inspect or clean the chair.

      Very awful customer service I was hung up on by a employee named *******. At the ******* location in *********** *****Then when I went to call back she hung up every time I called. I am livid!!

      The store ***** in Ft Worth requested all of my sensitive personal information, I sent it over via email. When I called back after they said they had it they pretended to not know who I was. It seems nefarious. Better business practices need to be observed.

      My debit card was hacked and I'm working with the debit company. Notified rent a center and they could care less. Today I received not one, but two registered letters from them starting they wanted there merchandise returned. They have not been helpful at all in trying to find a way so that I could keep the stuff. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dying dog.

      I went to a Value City in *********, **. I did my business with Acceptance Now and I was overchaged and the manager or the manager of Acceptance Now is never around to speak with. She is doing dirty business by customers. I have been paying on furniture that I do not have! My total to pay was $549.69. I have paid in total $857.35. They also tried to take another payment from me. I had to get a new bank card.When speaking with the manager there, I was told that would only get a check of around $120.00. Why? My items were paid off, you still tried to steal my money and I am actually owed $307.66. The interest was paid when it the items were paid off. I was told that I would receive a refund in about 30 days. It has been more than 30 days and I still have yet to receive the wrong amount.I have contacted them and they only see the first order in the system. They don't see the revised order. They are trying to charge me $2,789.93 for something that was only $549.69. Where is my money? This is ridiculous and I am very upset. I have all the receipts and my bank statements to prove it.

      I Recently Paid On An ******** Was Told By The Store Manager At ************* ********* Location That I Could Not Receive My Delivery I Was Like Okay Fine Ill Pick It Up & I Was Told That Nothing Can Go Out Im A Loyal Customer That Pays So Help Me Understand Why I Cant Get My Item I Pay On !!!!!! I Have To Leave One Start Because I Have To But If I Could Leave None Itll Be Just That !!!

      Went in to get a fridge, told them what model number i wanted (A black side by side) delivery was a white fridge, side by side. NOT what I ordered. SO delivery was to be AFTER 3:30pm as my husband and I work, he gets home at 3:30pm, I get home at 6pm. delivery rang our doorbell at 2:59pm. that most defiantly is NOT AFTER 3:30pm! had to have a conversation through the ring doorbell, stating No one is home and delivery was to be after 3:30pm. so that same day, they end up delivering a white fridge, and we had to send it back. poor communication if i must say! so I called the store to let them know what was going on. all they can say is I'm sorry. moving forward, I get a text today 8.10.24 saying my payment was late. I'm like no, my payment is on the 27th, thinking it was a monthly payment. so I call the store to talk to the associate, he then doesn't put me on hold, i can hear him telling untruthful things to the assistant, should probably mute the phone if you are going to talk smack about a customer! i said hello like 4 times loudly, and said let me speak with her, i told her that what he was saying was untrue, and i was under the impression that my payments were monthly. she then proceeds to tell me some other stuff, and I'm like no so then she said she can come to my work to have me sign a form? all this ******** for an over priced fridge with **** poor communication from the workers. i'd rather take the hit on my credit than pay them another dime!
