      I received a lawsuit and civil complaint from ********************** representing the Creditor EZCORP EZMONEY. Accusing me of owing the amount of $1,740.37 from 2012. I have never taken a loan out from this company. I have never received any notification for this loan to be collected. It also says that I received this loan while working at or for Diamond. I have never worked at such a place in my life.

      **************** called me (4 times in one day and my husband once, same day) stating they are trying to recover an installment loan made to me from EZCORP and my amount due today was $375. If I failed to pay this, then I would be prosecuted and the bill would jump to $2,000. The address they gave me was one that I haven't lived at in 14 years!! I do not recall this loan amount or company at all. I spoke with a "manager" and when I asked for validation of the loan, she refused to send me anything without me paying first. I then stated I wasn't paying anything that wasn't verified to be mine/ real since I had no recollection of this matter. May I add, that this apparently was from ************************************************************* any sooner to validate this? ******** Statute of Limitations is ******************************************* for something their 'recovery' team won't prove is actually mine/ real.

      I received a call from a "mediation" company threatening legal action if I do not pay a loan. I asked for any documentation, as I have no recollection of ever having taken this loan. This was denied and she stated she would proceed with court hearing. This does not sound ethical or legal.

      There was no answer at the number provided.  I still have never seen an actual loan document or any proof that I have a loan with this company. I still believe this is illegal or spam.

      Went to purchase computer at ezpawn in ******** ********. Purchased computer from ***** inside the store . Didn't mention anything about 24 hour return policy only wanted to force sell a protection guarantee. (( Protection guarantee is only way to get money back from store)), I didn't have extra money for protection plan. Next day computer started to have an annoying black line appear which makes it hard to see the screen ... They will not give me my money back has been 72 hours... Tried taking it back during 48 hour period. There's is a federal lemon law in ******** on not only cars but computers...I really want my money back or I'm sueing.

      I received a phone call today and was informed that EZ Corp has referred me to their mediation **** and that they are going to take me to court for fraud on a loan I allegedly took out in 2016. I was told there was two complaints/ charges pending and that the total owed was $1,260 but if I'd settle today it would be $537.22. I requested proof of debt which was declined and I was told the only documents I could receive are an exoneration letter upon paying. I called an attorney and while I was on the line, he called the number and when asking for the website, he was hung up. The company told me they are the ************************ but answer the phone as Recovery Services and stated they are in *******. He did not find an active company operating as Recovery Services. I'm unable to reach anyone at EZ Corp to validate the debt.

      I was reached out to from a collection agency pos services(sounds odd) about a loan I supposedly took out from ****************************** for close to $4000 but was told if I settled with them over the phone it would be reduced to $1500. The loan supposedly happened in 2014 it is now 2023. Over 9 years I have never heard anything about this loan or received any kind of colle **** notice or anything. I even pulled up my credit report and nothing remotely close is on it. I know for a fact t in 2014 I did not go open any loans. The name of the person claimed to be *********************** with phone number **************.

      06/26/2023 6:54 pm Value **** **** ******** ************ ** location of issue. I show up at 6:54pm they are advertised to close at 7pm to needed to buy baby formula and had and item to sell or **** and the employees had the door locked before close of business, looked at me through the window and shook there heads and pointed to there watches and it was 6:**** at the time. I understand that it was last minute but the employees care more about going home then doing there job this was a big issue as I needed that formula. I also have a picture at 654 showing doors locked. I would like a regional manager to contact me about this situation.15+ years as a customer and never has this been done to me.

      I have never had problems with this **** shop for the many years I have done business with ************ other location until today 6/22/2023. I paid on my gold medium sized hoop earrings May 22, 2023 due 5/18/23. Indeed someone called to remind me my item was due. But this month, no one bothered to call me even though the agent said someone left a voicemail. Nope. I decided to check the **** EZ Pawn app and my item was gone. I then called the store at approximately 6:52pm. The lady was busy so I was on hold for 5min, and that's fine. She told me my item dropped 2 days prior & that someone called and left a voicemail. There aren't any calls or messages from EZ Pawn at all because I have their number saved. I am usually given 4 days after the payment is due to pay. I ask the agent to see if my earrings were still there. She said they were sent out yesterday 6/21/23 to be melted down. This is not cool. I have paid on this item for a while now the same way and never had an issue. The lady apologized but this was a gift from my partner, and because they broke a part of the clamp the prior time I had to **** these same earrings they sent it off to scrap? I'd like at least $150 back or some other resolution. I am now no longer working and disabled pending SSI. But I always kept my bills up! The image is showing the same date a month ago and my item was still active.

      A representative of the One ******************** named ***** (*****) **** called stating that he was in the process of contacting my employer for wage garnishment regarding a supposed payday loan that I never repaid. This loan was from approximately 15 years ago (it is currently 2023), and I never took out a loan from this company. Because of my profession I got talked into settling out of court for $503 + ***** in fees, and the only documentation that was sent to me was a receipt. The receipt says at the bottom that by signing it I forfeit the right to dispute it in the future. I am completely unsettled by this but was scared into paying. From what I'm reading, it seems this is completely fraudulent.
