      I ordered checks from Harland Clarke in April of 2022 and never received them! repeated attempts to get a person on the phone resulted in a robot hanging up on me. IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone. I am also very nervous because the robot indicates that the only way to pull up your order is to provide your complete checking account information which I did then the robot told me to call my bank for security purposes. WTH?!? also, there is no email confirming the order, no order number, no confirmation that the order was shipped or received.

      Thank you for advising of ************************ concerns.  In our review of Ms. ********* order placed on April 8, 2022, it was confirmed the order was not returned to Harland Clarke. As a business courtesy, a credit was requested for $34.94 on November 29, 2022. The credit will post to ************************ account within two weeks. Harland Clarke respectfully recommends for the security the account; ******************** contact her financial institution, San Francisco ****************** if this has not already been done for help with stop payment on the check order not received and or any other precautionary measures her financial institution may recommend. We recently implemented a change with our contact center consumer phone line that ******************** would contact for inquiries and reorders. The line directs consumers to our digital channels (web or phone automated system) and/or her financial institution order status updates.

      Harlande Clarke not held to a fiduciary responsibility to our business in the packaging of their "secure" checks wherein the glue used on the box was insufficient to hold the contents in place. Shame on Harland Clarke for doing business this way and having the consumer deal with the anxiety this causes.

      On behalf of Harland Clarke, we apologize for the recent check order experience. On November 14, 2022, ****************** reported to Harland Clarke the condition of her delivered package. We immediately took appropriate action to review the details of the opened package internally. We confirmed that the package left our facility properly sealed. ****************** confirmed the package appeared to be sealed at one point but that allegedly the glue had loosened during shipping, resulting in the package being open. None of the checks were reported missing. We understand the importance of receiving a secure package due to the sensitive materials being shipped. Consequently, Harland Clarke requires its carriers to return such orders for review and further processing. Regretfully, the carrier failed to meet this expectation. Proper documentation has been completed to address this opportunity with ***** As a business courtesy, a credit for the order in the amount of $218.58 has been submitted to deposit to ***************************** business account, ************************* ending in xxxxxx1174, within the next two weeks. We also requested that she notify ***** Fargo of the damaged package to discuss security measures necessary for the protection of the account. We truly appreciate that ****************** took the time to voice her concerns. It is through this type of feedback that we can evaluate and improve our products. At Harland Clarke, we are committed to providing outstanding service and support to ***** Fargo and its customers.

      I ordered checks through this company and paid extra for a tracking number. I continuously checked the status of my order through the *** tracking number Harland Clarke provided. After a week went by (I should have received my checks by now) I checked the status of the order and found they were still in *****, per ***. I contacted *** and was advised that although the tracking number is for ***, they turn over the shipments to the local postal service and do not provide a tracking number. I attempted to contact someone at Harland Clarke 4 times and each time was routed through a phone tree that did not allow me to speak to a live person, and hung up on me each time. I called a 5th time and pressed the option to cancel the order, at which time I was placed on hold for nearly 30 minutes. I finally spoke to a representative who said that the checks are trucked over to *** but that *** does turn over the checks to the postal service that *** or *** not provide a tracking number. This is extremely misleading and in my opinion fraudulent. Harland Clarke knowing this information should NOT be charging extra for a tracking number they know does not track the checks throughout the process until they reach the consumer. She offered to refund the extra charge for the tracking, so it remains to be seen if I actually receive the refund.

A credit request has been submitted for the delivery as a business courtesy and will be posted to ***************** CU to deposit into **************************** account within the next two weeks. We offer CheckProtect as our lowest cost trackable shipping which is tracked while an order is enroute with DHL to the local Post Office.  After the package is given to **** the order should be delivered within 3-4 days. Allowing consideration for the Veteran's Day holiday being a nonoperational day for ****, we request customers allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to their mailbox. The final tracking scan via DHL's website (https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home.html) confirmed that on November 14, 2022 the order was expected for delivery. ************************ was provided this clarification about the delivery method and estimated delivery date when she spoke with our customer service on November 14, 2022 and the same explanation was provided to her **************************, who called on her behalf later on that same day. Regarding the call-in experience, the automated system has been enhanced to refer order status calls to our website (www.ordermychecks.com), if within an established delivery timeframe, for quicker information.       We placed an order for checks for our condominium association, with expedited shipping, on 21 October 2022. I have tried several times to contact the company about the order, which we were charged for but never received, to no avail. i called our financial institution and was told they were undeliverable and destroyed. We had to order more checks, and would like to be reimbursed by Harland Clarke for the first order.

      Ordered checks from Harland clarke. Was told twice on phone order would be *****. I was charged *****. Tried all numbers online to question the billing. Go thru all the menus and they just disconnect you when you get to the end of each menu. Even when they say they are going to connect you. Cannot do online billing questions no matter how you try. How many people are they overcharging that can't spend hours on the phone trying to reach them.

      On May 31, 2022 I ordered ****************** Custom - Duplicate, 80" and paid $29.00.I never received the checks. Every time I contact them regardless of the options I choose it always ends in the following: "Let me get someone to help you. To complete your request, shop our full catalog online. Visit us at ordermychecks.com. Thank you. Goodbye." Then they hang up. Filing these complaints seems to be the only way to resolve problems. It seems they would try to avoid these public complaints by having a way to contact them in a way that doesn't end in "Let me get someone to help you. To complete your request, shop our full catalog online. Visit us at ordermychecks.com. Thank you. Goodbye." Resolution:1. Instead of claiming you shipped the checks, ship the checks. 2.       Harland Clarke made a first attempt to reach **************** via phone *************) to discuss the concern on 11.18.22.
      As we did not receive a response, we did reach out again on 11.28.22. A final attempt was made on 12.8.22 by mail with a letter confirmed by ***** to have been delivered that date.
      We are asking for **************** to supply his account information so we can process a refund per his request.

      They claim that can't lookup orders by name and/or address. They need account number AND routing number. Real backwards pathetic incompetent system if true.

      I called again and recorded the call. No human again. This time the call ended in "Visit ** online at ordermychecks.com. Thank you for calling." Then hangs up. They really want people to go to that site that does nothing but take orders. It would be nice if that site provided a contact form.

      To resolve, quit being idiots. Simply...

      1) Write a check/money order/cashier's check for $29.00.

      2) Mail it to *********************************************************** 47714

      Then it's resolved.

      BBB don't want me providing that info in this form or else I would. I absolutely know that you can lookup the order by name. Just do it. If you can't, hire a competent software programmer to code your accounting software in a way that makes sense. Or perhaps actually answer the phone and stop sending me to ordermychecks.com. Or provide an email address. Or.... just send the refund.

      After attempting to contact **************** via phone, Harland Clarke contacted the customers financial institution, ****************** who was able to help provide the order history details to issue the credit. Old ************* supplied the business name and account number for TLC Investing LLC c/o **********************
      A credit was issued on December 30, 2022, for $31.03 which will post to the business account within two weeks. Old ************* will be in contact with **************** to discuss any further security concerns about his missing order.

      i was ordering checks for 100 checks i orders them on 11/02/2022 but decided to cancel the order from their website because i could not fine the order i put in their website said to cancel order call this number ************** to speck to rep agent all i get is a recording that said im connection you to a rep. *** i was on the phone waiting about 2 hours no rep came on. i sent email have not got any repsonse when placeing a order which was directed to by ***** fargo i done the order by phone order the number was ************** when you go to their website its also say login to get order status when you try to login it just go right back to the page that say login, you cannot login to get order status, or to cancel order. this place do not seem right and they have my account information i want this order check if it was process to cancel it i never recieve a confirmation of order and a recording said processing

      First of all, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone. I placed an order for 80 checks on September 14, 2022 and was charged the FIRST time on September 21, 2022. That order was supposedly shipped on October 19th. After a few weeks of no update or delivery I see there is a SECOND charge on my account for the same order on October 26, 2022. Again, called over and over and was hung up on by the automated account over and over. It's absolutely ridiculous that they can continue to take money out of my account but provide ZERO update. I won't be surprised if I see yet another charge on my account soon. I'll be calling redstone tomorrow to stop any future charges and refund the duplicate charges. I will never ever ever order from this sham of a company ever again.

We confirmed that the September 14, 2022 order was returned and destroyed due to a change of address, as orders cannot be redirected to forwarding addresses for security reasons. The duplicate charge was from a reorder placed by Redstone FCU in October after the September order was returned. We contacted ****************** to advise further on this matter and issued a credit for the September 2022 order and entered a corrected reprint rushed at no cost.  Regarding the call-in experience, the automated system has been enhanced to refer order status calls to our website (www.ordermychecks.com), if within an established delivery timeframe.       I never received the checks I ordered. The shipment tracking # shows not delivered/en route. I cannot reach anyone on the Harland Clarke phone line for assistance. I would like my money back from goods I never received.

      I have called Save.(child company of Vericast) 5 times since July to request to be removed from their mailing list. Every time I call they say I will be removed and should stop receiving mail in a few weeks. Its been months and I still receive their mail, every time I call they tell me the same thing.
