      I have asked ******** to stop throwing their trash advertisement on my yard for two months now. Ive emailed and spoken to someone on the phone. I keep getting this litter in my yard. I never signed up for whatever they are selling and am not interested. I want it to stop. In fact no one on my street signed up for this. How can they be allowed to throw trash in peoples yards.

      I ordered checks and mailing labels from https://www.walmartchecks.com/ on October 13, 2022.The receipt states ******* check printing is not responsible for my order and it is fulfilled by Harland Clarke, INC.Order # **-111500976 for the amount of $30.67.The items were shipped separately, I received the labels. I did not receive the checks. Tracking the checks via DHL shipment tracking: ************************* The last tracking status was at my local post office on October 19, 2022. I spoke to DHL customer service on October 21, 2022 and was informed that the package should arrive by the 24th and if not to contact the merchant. I waited until the 24th, and contacted ******* and DHL and my local post office. **** stated that there should have been a **** tracking number provided when DHL handed my checks to the post office for delivery. I called DHL back and was informed that the shipping merchant (*******) did not setup the shipment that way and that my personal checks with my personal account information is untraceable. I contacted ******* checks customer support and they offered to replace the checks and also suggested I contact my bank with the range of check numbers. I do not feel comfortable ordering checks again, as the same issue may occur. My bank placed a stop payment on the check range, there was a $30 charge for that service.

      I ordered checks from Harland Clarke on Sept. 1, which never arrived. This order was for Guardian Safety ***** Duplicates, Quantity 80 (1 unit), Price $25.60. I was notified by Harland Clarke that this amount would be deducted from my checking account on approximately 09/12/2022, and that the order had shipped 09/07/2022, by "Standard Bulk Non-Trackable," delivery, arriving in 7 - 10 business days.As of Oct. 13, the checks have not arrived. I have contacted the company twice by email, and received no response. I also attempted several times to reach a customer service representative. There is no way to speak to a human representative at either ************** or **************, nor is there any way to report electronically that an order did not arrive. I am concerned that the order never actually shipped; or shipped to a wrong customer, thereby creating a security issue for me. Because I can't wait any longer for the checks, I ordered some from a different company this week. I would like, and believe I am entitled to 1) Information as to the whereabouts of the initial order 2) A full refund of the amount paid. Moreover, Harland Clarke be accountable for its business practices, provide human customer service representatives to deal with complex issues, and create an option in their automated system that would enable customers to report that an order did not arrive. Thank you for your help.

      Harland Clarke contacted Ms. ******* financial institution directly and advised that her order was shipped bulk, non-trackable delivery and is considered lost in the mail.  It was agreed to credit Ms. ******* account in the amount of $25.60 and submit a reprint at no charge. Ms. ******* financial institution communicated to Harland Clarke that it would reach out to her as well.

      Although I had my actual mailing address officially removed from its direct mail marketing list in order to stop receiving Vericast's "save" junk mail (or save.com), Vericast is now delivering its unwanted, unsolicited junk mail to me addressed to me as follows: xxxxECRWSSxxC-011 **** DEL 10/11 ***** B1 C011 ***** Of course, the above is not an actual mailing address and this is how the company can apparently get away with mailing its unwanted junk mail to my house even though my actual address has been removed from its mailing list for months. I wish for this company to cease defying my demand to be removed from its mailing list and stop mailing its junk mail to me at the above "non" address.

With respect to the consumers request to be removed from [Vericasts] direct mail marketing list, we have processed that request as a do-not-sell request under state privacy laws. This will remove the consumers Personal Information from mailing list products that we license. This is a separate process from our do-not-deliver requests, which relate to our Save mailer product. 

      Please be aware - occasional postal delivery errors could result in receipt of Save.com/Valassis mailings intended for other mailboxes.

      Harland Clarke refuses to allow me to talk to a representative. I have tried 3 different menu choices and been hung up on by the computer 3 times. My check ordering problem cannot be solved unless a human being fixes this.

      Hello:Despite numerous requests to be removed from this company's mailing list, we continue to receive newsprint advertisements each month. Our most recent mailings have arrived without a street address at all - they are simply addressed to "********, ** *****." This indicates to me that opt-out is not an option, which I suspect is against the law. At this point, after so many repeat requests to be removed, these mailings are a form of unwanted solicitation and harassment. I'd like our name (********************************, and/or "Current Resident") and address removed from the mailing list permanently. I do not wish to remove these mailings any longer.       Vericast is distributing unwanted marketing materials to my residence by throwing a plastic bag of fliers and coupons onto my driveway. I personally have opted out both online through their website and via telephone. Distribution of the marketing materials stopped for a while; however, it has begun again. I travel frequently; as a result, this poses a major security risk. What do I have to do to get this to stop? I have even spoken to a carrier, and that person told me that there was no opt-out list. I do not want someone breaking into my home because he/she realizes that no one is home because of the collection of plastic bags containing fliers are in my driveway. I am concerned. I should not have to ask a neighbor to retrieve the bag of fliers/coupons; it's not my neighbor's responsibility. I'm VERY frustrated to the point that I may need to seek legal counseling. Also, retrieving that stuff is a huge inconvenience, especially when it is cold outside.

      I placed an order for 80 checks July 22, 2022. I still have not received the package when it was shipped July 25, 2022. **************** contact won't get me in touch with a person to resolve this issue. DHL cannot track the package anymore.

      9/28/22 Harland Clarke, a Vericast company, contacted *********************** to discuss her check order concerns.  She confirmed non-receipt of her July 22, 2022, order.  Both imprint and shipping addresses were verified.  After further research, the checks are considered lost in the mail.  We suggested she notify USAA and request a stop payment.  A reprint was issued with a rush delivery and a credit ($34.91) was issued for the July order.  
      10/3/22 We contacted ************** to advise her that her reprint should be delivered tomorrow, 10/4/22 via FedEx.

      Reordered checks in August and have not showed up....I called DHL and the package has supposedly been picked up by ***** However, the **** cannot track the package because no tracking number is provided......the shipping method you use, doesn't allow DHL or **** to have visibility to that number. My account was charged on Aug 31, 2022. Its the same issue that many others have reported as well and your customer service is BS .... can't reach anyone. (like everyone has already stated). Given these are checks, the need to be found and delivered...by you.
