Playful Pals , 150 Font: Collegiate - K 3. Let Freedom Ring , 300 Font: ******************* I got the first lables my last name was MISSPELLED. I called and spoke with agent on Novemeber 7th. It was crazy as she tried to tell me all letter are lower case. Why do you ask me how to spell my name and then change it. She told me they would fix and resend. Also, they would make sure the Let Freedom Ring lables were correct. Yet yesterday after getting them AGAIN my name is not spelled correclty. I have stll not received the check which should have been here on the 14th. I will NOT pay for a legal check and anything for that matter when a company choose to change the spelling of my name. I do not understand why it is so hard to have two capital letters in my last name. I need checks and lables and will order from a company which can follow the correct spelling of my name.I want a full refund of $109.48 as I will not use a label with my name NOT spelled correclty.

      Thank you for advising of *************************** concerns.  In our review, October 31, 2023, *********************** placed a total of 4 orders:  a check order (#***-310), 2 set of address labels & a checkbook cover.  On November 7, 2023, ****************** contacted HCs **************** to report her address labels arrived incorrectly.  Reprints were issued with the correct spelling *******.  In our contact with ***********************, she confirmed receipt of 2 sets of address labels, which contained a printing error, along with checkbook cover. Her original check order had yet to arrive, and a reprint was issued with the correct spelling *******.  As a business courtesy, we requested a credit for $109.48 on November 16, 2023.  The credit will post to ***************** account within two weeks.  On November 18, 2023, ****************** confirmed receipt of her original check order along with reprinted address labels and checks.  Thank you for allowing us to respond and help with *************************** concerns.  We apologize for any inconvenience she encountered and continue to review our internal processes for improvement opportunities.

      I ordered checks, the order came, however the printing job was very messed up. I have tried to contact Harland ***** but I am unable to get through.This morning I replied to a response that I had just received. I followed the instructions to the letter, three times. I was never able to speak with anyone to discuss my problem.I sent another email to them requesting help. This was my 4th or 5th attempt.I simply would like a replacement or a refund.

      Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns expressed by our customer ****************************  We submitted a replacement order for him on 11/16/23 as he had mentioned for resolution in his complaint.  We also submitted a credit for him in the amount of $17.85 back to his **** card for the inconvenience he experienced.  We were able to connect with **************** on 11/21/23 to let him know of these actions and to discuss his concerns regarding the ability to reach customer service via our toll-free number.  We are still in the process of researching this issue, but it appears that an incorrect phone number is referenced in some of the order confirmation emails.  We will move forward with the necessary changes, and we will also follow up with *************** to confirm that he has received the replacement checks and that they are to his satisfaction after the order ships next week.  We apologized to *************** and told him we really appreciate him taking the time to let us know of his concerns and suggestions.  His satisfaction with our products and service is important to ****** Check Printing.

      I purchased checks on Harland Clarke's website. I paid extra for tracking. I used the tracking by email to find out that my checks were delivered, but I did not receive them. I believe that they may have been delivered to the wrong address. I do not have them and now am worried that someone else has them. I was not able to find a number to call Harland Clarke and actually speak to a person.

      I ordered checks from a local BOA branch as I have many times over decades. I am also a ******* ***** customer. I ordered ************************** sent in 5 packages each package containing 40 checks in prior Years it was customary to receive 5 checkbooks in one package on 2/5 packages made it to my home. There is no way to track checks mailed to me, as I just learned this piece of information today. This has got to be one of the dumbest policies in place. With all the fraud taking place in the world all checks mailed should be 100 trackable and no one should receive 5 packages with two checkbooks in it. A waste of resources and time for everyone.

      Thank you for advising of ****************** concerns regarding her recent experience. Research was conducted and found the order was produced and shipped as the order was submitted. Industry standards have changed for the quantity per package since her last order. The delivery method selected by the bank was non-trackable, this method ships each quantity separately and can arrive on different days within approximately two weeks. If all 5 packages have not arrived, they would be considered lost in the mail & it would be proper to report the missing numbers to the financial institution to determine appropriate security measures for the account. The bank has assisted with placing another order.

      We have several delivery options available. Since ******************** preferred method of ordering is through the bank, we respectfully suggest that those options are discussed next time she visits the branch and/or during her next order request. Alternatively, she is welcome to call our customer service to order and select which option best suits her. We apologize for any inconvenience she may have encountered and appreciate the opportunity to respond.

      Harland Clarke's website states while editing personal check information under OneLiner, "OneLiners are text phrases you can have printed on your check. Print your personal motto, your favorite saying, or make a statement".Harland Clarke's website only provides a selection of uselessness and which non are my motto are given as an option. There is no method to add a personal motto of "Destroy All Billionaires" to checks. There is also no live operator for their support line to perform the task.The company is clearly making false advertisements about product procurement.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company has stated will protect all billionaires are all cost. No way is "Destroy All Billionaires" as threatening. No way have they stated why or given reasoning. "Destroy All Billionaires" means take their money through economic means. Example, I take ******************* money buy currently selling solutions to Amazon without spending a dime at Amazon. This is how one destroys billionaires, by not spending money on their companies / products / solutions. I am actively living my motto. 

      Their statement also neglects the initial issue of not allowing for customized Mottos / One Liner on printed checks as advertised on their web site. This is pure false advertisement.

      Harland Clarke does allow the printing of customized OneLiners on printed checks as advertised; but we have the right to deny requests that we deem inappropriate. While we appreciate Mr.******** dissatisfaction with our response, it does not change our view of the threatening nature of his requested one liner Destroy All Billionaires. The definition of destroy means to put an end to the existence of (something) by damaging or attacking it, ruin (someone) emotionally or spiritually,or to defeat (someone) utterly.These definitions are threatening and the reason why we have chosen to deny this customization request.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Just to confirm and clarification of Harland Clarke's business practices. Harland Clarke is opposed of having "Destroy" in the subject matter of an OneLiner / motto? Meaning "Destroy Racism", "Destroy HIV", or "Destroy all Cancers" would not be allowed?

      Harland Clarke, where do you print, display, or communicate about your "right to deny requests" of OneLiners / mottos on your website? Even Apple is smart enough and that US law states any axioms for publishing on their Store must be fully disclosed to the clients. Where does Harland Clarke discloses this information to their clients to bind their actions to US laws?

      Contract laws, such as those that protect the rights of customers, always applies ruling of ambiguity to the plaintiff / the customer. ********************** continues to apply ambiguity to their products and services they for their customers. This re-enforces the statement that "Harland Clarke is actively engaged in false advertisement practices" by not disclosing their polices or axioms. This his highlighted by the fact that "Harland Clarke" does not even state the maximum characters allowed for OneLiners.

      Attached are the only declarations that Harland Clarke, and their parent company Vericast, advertises on their website about this subject matter. Which none of them contains the words "OneLiner" or "right to deny requests". Copied verbatim.


      Please place "Billionaires are economic and social saboteurs, dismantle them" as my OneLiner / Motto as an alternative to "Destroy All Billionaires".

      This company changed me 21.99$ for a service I never had requested or researched. Wtf is this about and how do they do this I want to let others know about this and I want my money back

      Check order, no tracking no way to contact person at business just recording saying you will receive in **** days. When that time has elapsed. The bank cannot even contact them that ordered for me.

      Hello - On behalf of Harland Clarke, we apologize for any inconvenience Mr. *************************** may have encountered with his recent check order experience.

      On September 7, 2023, Golden ******************* placed four boxes of checks (range #****-5325) for **************** which shipped bulk, non-trackable delivery. Please note all four check orders will arrive separately.  Delivery time estimate for bulk mail is two weeks.  If ****************** orders do not arrive by the end of next week, then they are considered lost in the mail.  If this is the case, it is suggested to contact his local branch and request a stop payment.

      Harland Clarke contacted ****************** financial intuition directly and advised his order has not been received.  It was agreed to credit ****************** account in the amount of $69.46.  The credit should arrive back into ***************** account in the next two weeks.

      Paid $144.00 for an order of personal checks for my checking account. The order included tracking numbers with DHL. None of the tracking numbers or customer numbers from the confirmation of ********************** are recognized by DHL. The customer service phone numbers simply repeat the information on the order confirmation that was sent to my EMail. Cannot get a tracking number from Harland Clarke that is recognized by DHL. I don't believe that Harland Clarke has a customer service department. Period. There is no way to track my package, and Harland Clarke offers no help.

      ************************* placed his check order on September 11, 2023, which shipped via DHL trackable delivery tracking number 9274899996357768617129.  DHL confirmed they routed his order in error to their ******* facility,resulting in a longer delivery time and September 25, 2023, is the estimated delivery date.  A goodwill credit was issued in the amount of $152.51 and should arrive back into ***************** account in the next 2 weeks.

      Further,we recently implemented a change with our contact center consumer phone line that **************** would contact for inquiries and reorders. The line directs consumers whose orders fall within a recent timeframe to our digital channels (web or phone automated system) and/or his financial institution for order status. Thank you for the feedback as we continue to review our internal processes for improvement opportunities.

      5/4/23 i Placed order for 80 checks the *** TRACKING SAYS THEY DELIVERED THE ***** ON 5/11/2023 . WE NEVER RECIVED THIS *****. .       I was shocked to discover just today, that Harland Clarke checks had reported me on ***xsystems 4 times.Today, I registered an account on ***xsystems and seen this on there. I never was contacted by Harland ***** checks nor my bank that there was any problem.I was NOT informed of this, nor that there was any problem.I had lived at the same address and used the same bank, for 8 years. I still use this same Bank of the West, same checking account number, routing number since 2011. This is all I know. A number of years ago, as usual, I had directly called Harland ***** checks on their automated system, and ordered some checks. I waited long weeks, my checks never came. I called Harland Clarke checks. I asked why they had not sent me my checks.They said they did not know why and to call my bank, to order them. I went down to my bank. They said they did not know why ****************** said to contact my bank for my check order, as they seen no problem. They said that was unusual. Time went by, once again- I called Harland ***** checks and ordered checks through their automated system. When I again did not get my checks I called them directly. Again, they said they did not know I w why my checks did not get ordered nor delivered. This time, they added- they did not f8 d my order for checks. Again, they said to contact my bank for my check order. I against to my bank. Again, they said there was no problem, and they did not understand, why I was told to go to my bank to order my checks.. Went to my bank and ordered my checks, which is the same Harland ***** Company.This went on a number of times. Now, today after registering and getting a ***xsystem report, I see on my report, that Harland ***** checks had falsely reported me 4 times, with no reason why or for what, yet again. Harland ***** checks made these 4 reports to chexsystems- everytime I had called their telephone automated system to order checks.These 4 false reports needs removed off *** systems.

      **** Systems shows on all 4 of the reports to them, that it is Harland Clarke Check Printing that made all 4 of the reports on **** Systems. 

      I also confirmed with **** Systems, as to who made all 4 reports to them- **** Systems told me it was Harland *****. 

      Harland ***** Check Printing has not contacted **** Systems, that I am aware of, to investigate the 4 reports made by them, not has asked **** Systems to remove the 4 reports. 

      I have made a formal complaint with **** Systems to investigate these 4 reports made to them by Harland Clarke Check Printing. I am awaiting their response on this.
