      I hope the BBB is tracking the complaints with Harland Clarke. I'm not sure why they have not been forced out of business. I have asked *********************** in *******, **, to partner with another check-order company. Harland Clarke has no posted information about returning an item (not checks) that I did not order. Second, it takes forever to get through the layers of contact at the company. Third, and finally, Harland Clarke charged me $21.99 for a check order, telling me by phone that it's the only option now available. I WANT A REFUND OF $21.99 FOR A FRAUDULENT DELIVERY CHARGE I DID NOT SELECT. My bank said this is not the only delivery option. I will seek another company from which to purchase checks and am filing a complaint with BBB. Please take it seriously and get rid of the confusing "A+" at the top of this web page! Thank you.

      Personal checks were ordered without the account holders' permission. When the checks arrived, there were errors. ******-Clarke needs to refund money for these defective checks. They have been contacted regarding the problem but are refusing to acknowledge and refund the money taken from my bank account.

      Using online banking, I ordered two checkbooks 10 days ago from PNC Bank. The printing company they use is Harland Clarke. I received these two checkbooks on 7/24/2023; my business bank account showed a charge of $27.23 for this transaction. This amounts to $13.62 per checkbook. This is clearly price gouging and taking advantage of the consumer.I called PNC Bank today and asked for the charge to be removed, stating I will return the checkbooks to the bank. They claimed they were unable to remove the charge. The complaint was sent to a supervisor who will be in contact this week.I then called Harland Clarke in an attempt to speak to a company representative. Although I called two different numbers and examined the business website, I was unable to talk to a person or to locate a chat box or an email address for the company.I request a refund for the full amount paid for these checkbooks. The checkbooks will be returned to PNC Bank promptly.I will not use their services again.

      About 2 months ago and went to my bank branch and opened a new business account. At the time the teller ordered checks but without disclosing they were almost $100. I just let it be and waited for my checks to arrive. Once I received them two things:First - The business name was cut off so the checks are not useable. I ended up ordering checks from another company for a third of the price.Second - I can't beleive I was charged almost $100 for these checks which are so basic and not even correct.We won't be using these checks at all. I want a refund for these unusable checks please.

      It amazes me the only way to possibly get to Harland customer service to resolve an issue is to file a complaint with the BBB. Obviously, this company could care less about how many BBB complaints they get and has decided to use them as a cheaper customer service option. I reordered ********************** and they came with the secondary name on account misspelled. I contacted my bank and they gave me a phone number and told me I needed to contact Harland directly. I have been trying for 4 days, like others have said this is beyond impossible. I have called every number I can find and get caught ** in their automated system then hung up on. I went to their website and left several messages. They make you think they will contact you back by email but nothing comes of that either. This is insane and how this company is still in business is beyond me. Maybe, the problem is they are about to go under. I have been with my financial institution since **** and am now researching new banks who do not do business with Harland. I am also frustrated with my bank because I believe they know what a crappy co Harland is and should not have left me to try and deal with this mess on my own. This is a simple problem to fix and should not take the hours of frustration I and obviously many many others have experienced.

      I received email from company my new checks were shipped 5/23/23 and it would take 14 days. Its now five weeks later, 7/1/23, no checks. This is a conservatorship account for a senior. I called/text Bank of America and called Harland Clarke, no answers.

      The company did not fill the order and offers no customer service. I am unable to contact them for order correction. The merchandise I received is incorrect and incomplete.
