Order placed on March 6, 2023 to receive new checks. The withdraw for this transaction was taken out of my account in the amount of ***** by Harland Clarke Corp. on March 15, 2023. The estimated delivery date, according to the ordermychecks website was March 23, 2023. I have not yet received my checks that were ordered. I tried contacting customer service but continued to get hung up on and there is no chat with a representative option on the website unfortunately. I contacted my financial institution and they said to contact Harland Clarke. I did not receive these checks and would like to cancel everything and receive a refund before my order is intercepted by someone else if there was a mistake in delivery. The checks were ordered on May 3rd 2023 and supposedly delivered to our address on May 9th 2023. We never received these checks. We checked the tracking and with the shipping company and they told us they cannot comment on this order, and we must contact Harland Clarke but Harland Clarke doesn't have a website that allows us to contact them. Our major concern after taking all of this time trying to figure all of this out is that I have a box of checks out there somewhere and no one knows where they are. I need help resolving this issue and cannot get ahold of anyone that wants to help. I am fine with the cost but need help with this matter ASAP.Business Response

5/25/2023 - The address has been changed with my bank for almost 1.5yrs. I access check order link in my bank account app and it routes me directly to account with **********************. I ordered checks through account with **********************. Noticed the address was incorrect before submitting, updated and clicked "update my cart" then submitted an expedited order (I need the checks quick).When I received the confirmation, the shipping address was incorrect despite updating the checks and clicking update cart. This address is a vacant property with no mailbox in the middle of ************. My personal information will be stolen if order is executed. The online account does not allow for online cancellation so I called immediately. After speaking with 2 reps that could not even query my order despite giving them the EXACT information that was on prior checks and offering to send them the email confirmation and screenshots (they declined to providing their email address so I could show proof), I was told only my bank could cancel the order. I confirmed my bank has had the correct address on file for over a year so their claim that the bank needs to update their record is not accurate. They said there was no way for them to cancel it because "it is on the bank's end".I called the bank. They could query the order, see it, but do not have any ability to make alterations to Harland Clarke orders. They tried contacting Harland Clarke and did not get any progress. Recommended I call back and said they could stop payment the checks for a fee. They said I would have to change my account number. I have a check that I need to send so they are going to help me and issue one and overnight it from the bank (likely for another fee). I called Harland Clarke again. Same thing, but rep ******** actually let me send proof that there is an account in my name (which she cannot query) and the order confirmation, which she cannot cancel. We appreciate ******************************* feedback on her experience with Harland Clarke and believe we have resolved this matter to her satisfaction. On 5/25/23,******************************* placed a check order online via Harland Clarkes website and updated the address printed on the checks to her current address in DE. However, her old address in ** was listed as the shipping address. ********************** called Harland Clarke (**)several times to cancel this order, however the Specialists could not locate order history with account number provided. ********************** sent 2 emails: screen shots & order confirmation to a ** Specialist in hopes it would help locate her order. The order confirmation email shows Account ending in XXX0, which is a slightly different account number than what ********************** provided. After contacting ********************** ************,they advised an ending 0 (zero) is needed when ordering checks. The incorrect check order was located under account ending in XXX0 (as shown on order confirmation email). ********************** was contacted and made aware the incorrect order was destroyed within the plant and did not ship. She was also informed that an ending 0 (zero) within her account number is needed when placing check orders, which was why the ** Specialists could not locate her order. It was suggested to contact her ************ to discuss this further. Since ********************** was in urgent need of checks; a rush order was placed with an overnight delivery via *****. The corrected order was delivered via ***** on 5/26/23. Fees for both (incorrect & correct) orders were waived as a business courtesy. We apologize for any inconvenience ********************** may have encountered and continue to review our internal processes for improvement opportunities.

I ordered checks from them and they sent too large of ones. Had to find a number online because all their phone numbers are automated voices. Cannot talk to anyone! And it says press 5 for help Press 5 , they hang up! I finally managed to get a number and reorder the correct checks. Now been trying for over a month to get ahold of someone to find out where the credit is on the first order. Finally found a number that worked today! They told me they sent the refund to my bank's ************ but my bank said there is no such "fund" and they have to research it and they'll call Harland to figure it out. My bank said that's probably not true because normally they refund the account that the funds came from initially. Horrible customer service!!! OMG!! On April 25 we ordered additional checks from Harland Clarke. They were to arrive 2 days later. The checks never arrived. When trying to trace the order, they said the checks were delivered April 27th. When tracking the package with ****** we were told the checks could not be delivered because they did not have the office # and the package was returned to Harland Clarke.Since then I have been trying to contact Harland Clarke, but they keep replaying the same message - checks delivered. We were charged $117.46 - which was taken out of our checking account, but still no ********************** and no way to get a hold of anyone at the company. You keep getting the same recorded message and then they hang up. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Very frustrating. There must be some way to rectify this.Business Response

I have been ordering my business checks for several years form Harland Clarke. They have all my information on file, such as my company logo and style of font that I use for my business information. I just recently received a shipment of checks and upon inspecting the checks, discovered that my company logo is missing and the font is incorrect. I tried several different telephone number to address my concern with the company, but there automated systems does not allow you to speak to a live person. I left an e-mail message under there contact ** section, but I have not been contact from the company, to see how they are going to rectify my delemma.Could you please have someone from Harland Clarke address my concern. I have a simple question - was my last order double billed. I cannot get the answer. IT IS DIFFIUCULT TO DETERMINE WHICH IS THE LEAST EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE - WEBSITE OR TELEPHONE. I order checks from this company through my bank. I ordered on Feb 14 ($52.90) and the checks never arrived. I called the bank and they stopped payment on the missing checks and reordered them on March 15. I was charged $43.25 for the second order but was refunded that amount on March 29. The second set of checks never arrived either.I called the bank this morning and the first **************** Rep told me he couldn't reorder them and to call the phone number listed on their website. I called the number and the automated system keeps hanging up on me and never lets me talk to someone.I called the bank back and told the second customer rep changed the story. She told me Harland Clarke destroyed the second set of checks because they were returned. ? I asked why they were returned because I have Informed Delivery and never saw the package. She them told me they were destroyed by Harland Clarke because I had an address change. I couldn't get a straight answer from the second customer service rep because she also couldn't get a hold of Harland Clarke.I asked the bank for a refund and she kept tell me I received a refund on March 29. I couldn't get her to understand that was for the second set and I wanted a refund for the first order that never arrived. It seemed to my the bank was covering up for the mishandling of the order.I can't get a straight answer or in contact with someone from Harland Clarke for a answer either.
