      I ordered checks June 7th 2023. I have no idea where my checks are. Cant speak to a live person. This is ridiculous!! Im beyond livid

      I placed an order to Harland Clarke for checkbook registers on June 22,2023. Supposedly my items were shipped on June 23,2023. Harland Clarke received their payment of $35.92 on June 28, 2023. Its been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I have yet to receive my order. The customer service number provided is truly a waste of air time. After successfully following all the prompts given the call disconnects. I have tried calling 210 exchange number to reach a service representative but the call disconnects after following the prompts. Harland Clarke this is a horrible way to do business. Please refund my money!!

      I ordered checks from Harland Clarke. I called to ask a general question and I was on hold for 44 minutes. This is unacceptable. And on top of it, I had to call 3 times to finally reach a live person by going through the different prompts and finally pressing "cancel my order" so I could talk to a live person and not listen to their various recordings. I plan to find another vendor next time I order checks.

      **************** is awful I've used ********************** for a number of years without problems. But this order was done incorrectly and getting it fixed was torture: Two phone calls that went on and on only to have the first call end (the staff member hung up without a word) and the second call took sooo long that it began to seem like it was purposeful. I have learned that ** does not value quality customer service and to maximize profits wastes its customers' time. Will not use them for anything complicated -- they can't handle it.

      I recently ordered checks from "Harland Clarke". I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. When the checks arrived, they lacked information. There was a notice that said, "Please inspect before using" and "Immediately call our customer service department if you find and error." No phone number or email were given. After multiple phone calls and internet searches, I finally was able to find a number to call, however, after giving them the required information, I was informed that they could not help me. Don't use this service!

      I would give them a zero if I could. I wish I would have read these reviews before I spent over an hour on hold. Recording states they are experiencing longer hold time than usual. I just needed to change something very simple. Then suddenly music stopped and dead silence. Then call was disconnected. Seems like no one was even there and was just hung up on. I called back and spent another hour on hold and same thing happened. I couldn't even just cancel my order, it tells me to call the customer service number. Ha!! What a joke. Can't get through even just to cancel the order. I will never order from this company again and plan on contacting my bank to tell them of my experience and suggest to them that they should find another company to have their customers do their check ordering business with. Very unprofessional for an institution to treat their paying customers this way. I will be warning all my friends and family. This is unacceptable. Wasted my whole morning just to be treated like I was an annoying customer. Well people you have just lost my business. I would rather pay a few extra bucks to get better customer service and at least be able to talk to a live person if I needed to make a very small change before they printed the checks At this point, wonder if I will ever get the checks. Also I just notice that they are not BBB accredited. Should have done my research. Good luck to the next fool who tries to order from this institution.Signed,Very disappointed and frustrated former customer.

      If I could give a 0 I would. It is absolutely unacceptable business practice to not allow customers to speak to a live person, especially regarding financial situations. My checks are floating around somewhere right now. The online "help" is not helpful. The automated system is not helpful. After reading through all of these complaint responses and seeing that they believe they respond to customers "effectively and efficiently"???? The email order confirmation specifically says to report when checks have not arrived on time, but it is impossible to report anything. I have called numerous times over the last week and keep getting hung up on. I ended up somehow getting on "hold" by pressing 0 repeatedly, and it's been over 30 minutes with no one answering. I cannot believe when a business is handling banking information, they are permitted to continue to do business with these many complaints on lost orders. How are you protecting people?

      HORRIBLE. This company makes it impossible to talk to anyone and find out why they screwed up my order. Called and got disconnected 3x. Found a new number ... and sat on hold for 40 min and never got to talk to anyone.
