      This company has NO customer service. Non-existent. Call and enjoy literally HOURS of voice menus telling you how important you are. I will tell my bank I refuse to do checking until they find a better, more competent check provider. Im done with these clowns.

      Unbelievably rude people on their end, and you cant get through to anybody unless you have a routing number and account number. I told them i had an order number from the internet, but no that wont work. Must be routing number. I called trying to get ahold of someone for an hour. Once they answered, i was on hold for another 30 minutes at least, with the music on hold so loud, i had to set the phone down feet away from me. I ordered checks online, and printed my order form off once I was done. OOPS!!! apparently the order forms automatically defaults to duplicate checks. So I tried for three days to get a hold of someone, including calls and many emails to tell them that I DO NOT WANT DUPLICATE CHECKS. A lot of good that did, because no one even read them. When i finally did talk to someone it was too late, the checks were already printed and shipped. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

      Worst customer service experience of my life. In fact, there is no customer service. Their shipping charges are highway robbery, they messed up literally every change I made on my new checks, sent them 8 days later than they said they would and THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER A PHONE CALL. Zero integrity, zero customer service, zero chances of a satisfied customer. I’d sooner draw my own checks with crayon than go through Harland Clarke again. Dumpster fire of a company.

      They cut the amount if checks they send in half from the last time I ordered. Impossible to get hold of a human on the phone. Buy your checks elsewhere. Horrible customer NON-Service.

      Absolute worst customer service, as in there is NO customer service. Impossible to speak with anyone directly & website is useless. Ordered checks two weeks ago, no info is available on the order. Currently waiting on an actual person to speak with-for 26 mins, no response whatsoever. Absolutely will NEVER do business with this sham company again.

      I have bought checks and supplies from them many times. The problem that I ran into is when you are ordering an ink stamp, it says on the page you will be contacted to change the font before the stamp is made. Next thing you know the stamp shows up with a tiny font and an almost worthlest stamp. Sent an email and they said that's as large as they can make.Very disappointed

      Harland Clarke is by far the most frustrating company I have ever worked with. it is nearly impossible to speak to a person, and once you are able to talk to someone they are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Talking to a supervisor is even harder to achieve, and if you want to talk to the person you were talking to previously, you might as well give up now. I do not think ANYONE should work with this company ever!

      Ordered my checks at the end of February. April 3rd and I still don't have them. They said they shipped but I do not have them and no one knows where they are. Terrible customer service.!!!They did take my money. Won't do business with them anymore

      This has to be the worst web site and customer service I have ever experienced. The web site will only allow me to order 80 checks...not more, not less. Those will last about 4 months. After rooting around for 15 minutes, I tried to call. You cannot change your order quantity with their automated attendent, and you cannot get to a customer service rep, no matter what buttons you push. I have now wasted over an hour trying to buy checks. I will NEVER try to buy checks from these morons again. There has to be another solution. I bank at Huntington and these morons are their default check supplier.
