      Service canter never has appointments unless one month out. Bought new car to have complimentary service but can hardly use. The Service center never has coffee or waters or snacks for the long waits on getting car serviced. This has been a very frustrating experience and makes me think twice before buying a new Hyundai.

      I visited this dealership for service on 7/22/23. At the time, they recommended a recheck on next visit or the side cam carrier leaking on a a/f sensor. I took my Forester back in on 12/5/23 for an oil change. Nothing was mentioned about this recommended services from 7/22/23. I had rescheduled a recheck of the cam carrier leak on 12/29/23. The result, an estimated $3,813.65 in repairs for an oil leak on both sides and replacing the sensors that had oil on them. I asked the representative that I spoke with why this was not addressed during my 12/5/23 oil change and to help me understand why it is all of a sudden a significant issue. They did not have a response.I took my vehicle in for a second opinion and quote on 1/8/24. They said no repairs are needed and I do not have an active leak on either side. This dealership used to be great. I will no longer be taking my car for service. They have lost my trust. I would give them zero stars if I could.

      I went to the dealership to try to help a friend. Get a call we signed the papers they told me I was not qualified. I did not have enough credit numbers.I left the business. A day or 2 later, they told me that they got a Car without me, but it ends up. They put my name on the car to buy the car. Now they're saying that I have to pay the bill of eighteen thousand five hundred dollars which I knew nothing about after I was deny it my credit. My friend that got the car told me that he knew the guy that sold the car to them. And they were supposed to put $2000 down on it. And that never happened either and my friend told me. He gave the guy $2000 but never showed up on the paper. 3 months later, I found out that they put it in my name. I never you put my address on it. So I got information about it. Then they never made any payments. They had a church make a $1800 car payment to keep them in the Van a little longer.They repossessed the Van and told me. I needed to pay eighteen thousand five hundred dollars. In my eyes, that is a fraud case. Because I never agreed without my address. I didn't even know anything about it until 3 months later.

      I had a very terrible experience buying a vehicle from this . Very unprofessional did not handle business in a business like Mentor. Inconvenience Spent time and money for a product, and the circumstance never came to flourishing to where I was able to keep and deal with the product in a business like Manor

      This service department don't deserve even a 1 star. Took my mini van in for a regular oil change in Feb. 2022, nothing wrong with it no leaking spot on my driveway, no check engine light on. And they told me I had a transmission pain leaking. Took it back in sometime March 2022 to get it fix with a transmission flush, shortly after my check engine light came on brought up 5 different codes, but was running fine. Took it back in they told me that the transmission pan is leaking again, argue with them to re-fix it for no cost. They told me that was the problem but no my check engine light was still on, but the van didn't act up. Every now and them the light will turn off for a few weeks and then it will turn back on with the same codes. I have taken it to a different shop for them to look at it and they can not pin point the exact problem. Fast forward to July 2023 check engine light is still on and off every now and then. Different shop has looked at it and still can not pin point the problem. In Aug 2023 talk to the warranty about it, they say ask them for a couple of the invoice of them re-fixing the transmission pan. They send me that invoice but it didn't say transmission pan like they told me, it said oil pan. I've tried so many times to get a hold of them to figure out what exactly they fixed on my van. Because they are the one the ruin my van and not taking responsibility. Never take your vehicle here for even a simple oil change it will come back in a lot worst condition.

      Initially I took my truck in for service, thought about trading it in. ended up backing out of the deal because it didnt make sense for me.. The experience was so bad that I wrote a 1 star review while my truck was there, big mistake because not only did they chew out the sales associate that had nothing to do with it.. My truck has been running like absolute garbage since I got it back from Repairs. I actually had a terrible encounter with their finance department. Thought about trading it in because of the issues. So bad that I wrote a 1 star review. Well my truck WAS getting ****mpgs emissions intact, I get the truck back and its getting ****mps, loses boost on takeoff, smells like an electrical fire on a cold start and the dead pedal is insanely worse.. I call the manager *********************** to clear up the first issue and let him know about this.. He isnt there but **** answered and when I very calmly started explaining what was wrong with the truck he pretended he lost signal and hung up on me. I called back several times and was screened and sent to voicemail. I go out to inspect to see if anything is out of place and I notice the shiny new parts.. but the defuser tube that you have to take off.. TO GET TO the new part wasnt cleaned.. A brand new EGR cooler and you shove a dirty defuser tube in it. Then I look over at my air filter that is clogged and its RED. I use S&Bs BLUE oil, so I am not even sure whos air filter this is. Something is extremely wrong here especially with the way the dealership is avoiding me. This seems like a classic case of retaliation of a bad review.

      Ive received nothing but consistently bad customer service from here. The staff are less than useless and dont care about your questions or concerns. Once I was trying to get service and was told to leave a message for the service department. I did this three times over the course of 2 weeks and never received a single call back. I recently came in for a diagnosis and the technician was incredibly rude and dismissive. He took no time to explain what was happening with my car and actually got rude and angry with me for daring to ask him to tell me what was happening with my car. If you need service for your car, go literally anywhere else. If you have to drive to another city its absolutely worth it, thats how bad the service is here.

      I took my truck in November 7, 2023 to have a service light taken care of. On November 8, 2023 they told me I had an issue with one of my wires underneath the drivers chair, I gave approval for them to fix that. November 9, 2023 I called to see if I could stop by and pick up some things, because this issue was taking longer than anticipated. No more than 30 minutes later the Manager ended up calling me stating that while his tech was doing the maintenance he had touched a wire in the truck and it blew out all of our airbags in the vehicle and that it would be considered a total loss. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to file a claim with my insurance. I called my insurance for advice, because in all my days I have never had this or even heard of this happening in a service center. My insurance said by no means was it our fault, it was under their care and they were the ones who had set them off. They need to file through their insurance company and give us the case number etc. My husband and I ended up going over later that evening to figure out how this even transpired. The Manager went through a whole process, told us this actually happened the night prior to us coming in. Whos to know when they would actually tell us if I hadnt have told them I was going to come in to pick up items earlier. He then told us he was under the impression from his GM that they were not going to file through their insurance, but that he would talk to him the next day and call and let us know what they decide on their end. November 10, 2023 I ended up calling the Manager at 3:01 PM since I didnt hear anything during the first half of the day. He said that he just got off the phone on his end on what he needs to do. He said that Larry H. Miller is a wealthy corporation and that they are also self insured. He called in and told them the situation, but told me later they probably will not help. Im still trying to contact people to get this resolved.

      My name is ********************* and I cannot believe the kind of service this company thinks is satisfactory. Ive had my car in there so many times and there is a pattern with these guys. They claim to fix your issue but every time Ive entered my car after a very expensive repair (luckily covered by my extended warranty) or replacement something else is wrong. The first time it went into get a new starter and ground wire and I get it back and turn it on in there parking lot to find that my gas tank sensor is failed with a check engine light. The second time they claimed to fix my a/c unit but my back a/c no longer worked for my kids at all. The third time they fixed my back a/c but now my passenger side heat does not work. Its a nightmare because I dont want to bring my car into them again knowing that Ill get it back with another issue. Their staff and management refuse to help and find a solution instead they just give excuses and make you feel incompetent. Dont take your car here for anything seriously!
