1 starI took my car to a local dealership in ** to have some repairs done. First, I didn't hear from them for days. I had to physically go down to the dealership to check on my car. They told me it was ready, so I got it. One of the services they performed had to do with my battery. A few days after I picked my car up from them, my car died and I had to get a new battery. When I asked them about it, they took no responsibility. Then, I had to go back again because the brakes were still squeaking, which was the MAIN problem i brought it in for. They told me wome fluid was still working its way through, it would go away in a couple days. It didn't. I had to go back 3 times and talk to multiple managers from different departments and they still took no reaponsibility and didn't give me a refund. Don't go here for anything!!Review fromLanie L

1 starThis business, Larry H. Miller Jeep of ******, **, had repaired my Jeep that had an Anti-lock Break System (ABS) light remaining on. They urged me to drop it off as during the only available appointment, which was a month in the waitline, was 10/23/23. I dropped my Jeep off on 10/19/23 at the suggestion of ******, the "Advisor" in the ******************* **** dropping it off, I most definitely had left 3/4 tank of gas in my jeep, and noted my Jeep had no more than ****** ish miles, but not ***** plus miles. **** I picked up my repaired jeep, the gas tank was at 1/4 tank gas and ****** Plus miles. ******* had either driven my jeep for a joy ride and used 1/2 tank gas, or stolen the gas from my jeep somehow. No one had explained that my jeep would be driven that many miles nor the gas used. Having called the General Mgr, "****," he seemed sincere about resolving the issue, but he called the Manager of the ************** ******, who I finally spoke to. ****** said he was suspicious of what I had found because it was not customary for them to do that, which was my initial understanding. But I most definitely noted the use of 1/2 (one-half) tank gas Gone, with ****** plus extra added miles on my jeep. So they are LYING and obviously do not want to replace my gasoline nor ADMIT that someone on their staff unethically and DISHONESTLY used my jeep to drive around while I was out of town. I highly Recommend NOT taking your jeep and leaving it with them for longer than a day if possible. As to me, I HATE being deflected and accused of making up a lie when calling them out on exactly what happened, what I found when I picked up my jeep. They Stole my gasoline and don't want to admit it, and refusing to admit dishonest person on their staff used my jeep during repairs for JOYRIDE that had NOT been authorized, nor mentioned they would need to drive it extensively and use 1/2 tank of My gasoline I had put in my jeep. 1 starThey sold me a 2017 Jeep wrangler unlimited , needed fixing out the gate , 2 months gone by no call back been trying to get in for servicing no one will return my calls , ************* , front end work the whole 9 now they wont return my calls . 1 starMy wife was bullied by four men in the service department. She is 64 years old. They didn't like her attitude so they wouldn't change her oil. She was so upset, she couldn't go back in and I had to take the car home. All men, younger than her, yelling at her telling her she needed to change her attitude before they would change her oil. Elderly abuse! We have purchased two cars from this dealership and we're looking at a third. No longer, do not go to this crazy place. My wife has never complained about sexism, she was absolutely devastated when she got home. The men in service should be ashamed of themselves, the general manager is a scaredy cat because he won't call back. We have filed corporate complaints with Larry Miller and Hyundai. Terrible, terrible people at this facility. A very dysfunctional workforce. My wife already had PTSD due to an assault. It is very likely she will have to start counseling again based on the way these men treated her.We may even seek legal counsel. Talking with her sister about it right now who was the district attorney for 16 years.Do yourself a favor and never let an elderly person walk through their doors. *************************Review fromBlair R

Last Friday 9/29/23 Larry Miller Dodge repaired the air suspension on a 2015 Ram **** (4WD) at a cost of $4,174.32. When driven off the lot on that day the air suspension appeared to be repaired. However, less than a week later the air suspension reverted back to its pre-repair condition and did not function. After turning the vehicle off, waiting a moment and restarting, the air suspension seemed to improve. Then again this morning (10/5/23) when starting the vehicle for the first time of the day, the air suspension again did not function properly. The ride is rough and unstable. This costly repair fail is obviously very disruptive to anyone's schedule. For this I give a poor rating. The bright spot is ******* who helped me, *****, was very knowledgeable and professional. I will gladly improve this rating if the vehicle is repaired correctly and in a timely manner.Larry H. Miller Dealerships

1 starI took my F150 in to have a module replaced in the steering column. Was told 1 day service. Took 5 days and when I went to pick the truck up.. the entire truck had been sprayed with some sort of brown oily substance as well as a deep 3" scratch and also a paint chip in another area. The inside of the cab was covered in black grease.. the console lid cover was black, the handle to pull yourself up in the cab was covered in black grease. The steering wheel was covered in black grease. I brought the tech out to show him. All he said was "Huh thats interesting" and walked away. Driving home I noticed that the air bag light was on!. Took it to another dealership and discovered the techs had messed up 6 things per the electronic analyzation results. I sent all the pictures of the damages and notes of what happened on an electronic digital thumb drive to the **** *** who did NOTHING... He actually just sent the thumb drive back with no note or anything. Im DONE with ****. I will never put another dime into a **** product of any type. If the *** doesnt care about the company then its no wonder the service centers could care less. Look at the rating and reviews of *********************** **** Dealership in ***** ****... Although I think all of the **** service centers are now getting horrible reviews..I have all the pictures and documentation to back up my review if anyone is interested.Review fromNick C

1 starLong story short had an appointment for a tire fix and transmission. They could fine any issues with the transmission but it took them two weeks to fix a tire. Finally after I was able to pick up my vehicle, I got into my vehicle I noticed there was a massive crack going through my windshield right over the view of the driver and new rock chips! I went back to the tech and asked them where to report the vehicle damage that they did and he didnt answer apparently they dont have a damage report form or anything. He did go move my vehicle to the side and take pics of the damage. He then was informed his manager was busy in a meeting and couldnt be bothered with this from his meeting. So the tech told me I was good to take off, I said no I want something in writing saying that this happened before I leave. The tech put it in writing that the damage was noticed before I left and gave me a statement saying it most likely happened on the test drives for testing the transmission. As I was about to leave I saw the manager back in his office so I went and talked to him since the tech didnt. The service manager then came out and took more pics and said he would look over their security video footage and call me in one to two days about the next steps. Never heard from him again. I have called several times over two more weeks and still no call back.Review fromBrit T

1 starworst place ever..... if its not one thing its another. save yourself sometime & ******. they dont give af & just give you the runaround. weve had an issue not once not twice if we didnt have the maintenance plan we would never wver come back. they sell you warranties they dont respect or can do. first time they changed my oil they didnt properly put in the filter leaked all the oil. second time made me wait 2hrs just to come tell me they couldn't do an oil change cause they didnt have a part. also have warranty for my tires told them to replace the tire. got told they have to order it never got a call that my tire was in shop got sent back. they rescheduled me again no tires again no tire rotation. they claim they rotate tires but never do thats a lie. 3rd time in for oil change. they ordered the tire again told me to come back on the 25th of september. also told me to come back on the 25th for a diagnostic check. got there on the 25th noone was aware of what was going on noone put us down. noone has touched it or even put in the tire. i just get told they cant do nothing. no loaner car no rental nothing. never got told my car was even staying overnight this long. worst unprofessional place ever. i've been calling wince wednesday to speak to **** the service manager and i havent got any call back and its friday. no updates nothing just we havemt touched the car.Review fromKate F

1 starThis is all over a request to be picked up at a car rental agency only 6 minutes away from this dealership and to be denied that request. The reason for the rental car for 2 days is due to Arapahoe Hyundais service department. This dealership is unbelievably smug. Their attitude is if you dont like our policies go elsewhere. However they know they are the only game in town for servicing in the south Denver ***** area.Their rating is listed as a D- which is being kind! If it was up to me I would give them a F. The only way for the consumer to raise awareness is to boycott these types of dealerships so as to hit them where it hurts. Its the almighty $ for them. What has happened to **************** being the No. 1 priority???????Im a small fish in this pond but in the future I plan on going to a different pond.*****************************
