      We have given sales at this location multiple chances to sell us a new car. We are loyal Toyota owners, our family has leased 3 times in the last five years and we have always gone elsewhere. I have never been as disrespected as I was today. We were guaranteed that an SR5 qualified for a lease special but once the truck was transferred to their lot, suddenly, they didnt want to honor the lease special. The manager said he didnt need to honor it and wasnt going to. We went through credit check, etc. had car transferred and they basically lied to us. The manager talked disrespectfully to me and treated me like I was trash. We were well qualified and the Toyota website clearly states this vehicle qualified for special as well. Horrible customer service, treats customers like trash, do not attempt to purchase a vehicle here.

      We bought my son's first car last year, within a month, it over heated! He opted to pay extra to get coverage in case anything went wrong with the car, it took almost a month for them to fix it because they were denying payment saying that coverage didn't start until 60 days after we bought the car. They finally realized they had given us a bad car. Then several things have gone wrong, not covered by that extra money my son is paying monthly. Now the transmission needed replacement, has been in the dealership for 2 weeks and only covered some of it. Now they are telling me the *** is not working and needs to be replaced!!! My son has school and work and has been without a car for a month last year and for 2 week now. I would not even give one start to this dealership. They sold us a car that is a lemon. I do have to say the advisor has been very nice updating me with the progress, but still, a terrible car and I would never buy another car from them and would not recommend it to any body

      This was my first time getting service at a dealership. I thought that for higher prices I would get better service, but I was wrong. I made an appointment for drop off. When I showed up it took them 20 minutes to find the person I was supposed to talk to. There was a "glass guy" loitering around the drop off trying to convince me to replace my windshield. After dropping off I heard nothing for three business days, so I started calling everyday. Each time I called the service rep said he would call me back. He never did. After a week they finally get around to doing an inspection. I had two issues that I wanted them to check out. They give me decent quote for the more serious issue, a very expensive quote for the minor issue, and then quotes for regular maintenance that I didn't need or ask for. I accepted the quote for the more serious issue. 20 minutes later the service rep calls me (the first time he ever reached out to me). And he tells me they "forgot to include the price for the part," and tells me the price will be double what they quoted me. I mean I think every quote should have parts and labor so I don't know how they were supposed to "forget" the parts. I suspect that they doubled the price because I did not take the rest of their overpriced services. I rejected the new price and asked if I could pick up my car.When I picked up the car I was charged an inspection fee, of several hundred dollars which would be reasonable if their inspection was actually right. They correctly diagnosed the first problem, but were wrong on the second.I took the car to a reasonable mechanic who was able to fix both problems in a single day, for less than half the quoted price from the dealership, and with excellent customer service. It was nice to be treated like a person rather than a *****

      Worst customer service and their service department is laughable at best. ***** and missy need a ****** on how to deal with customers. Have repeatedly asked them to remove us from their mailing lists and emails and have removed ourselves multiple times only to get more and more emails. We have purchased 2 vehicles from them and will never ever use them again after our last experience.

      ?DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM.I sold them a vehicle and was told they would pay off the financing and then send me the remaining money within a week. A few hours later they say they missed a signature and ask me to come back. An hour after that they say they forgot another and have somebody come out to have me sign again. After a week I called several times and was told I'd get a call back but never do.1.5 weeks and 3 follow-up calls later they tell me they had me sign the wrong place and needed me to come in to re-sign. Apparently they did nothing for 1.5 weeks and ignored my follow-up calls. I went into the dealership and was told my check was ready and to head to the corporate office to pick it up. Drive there and am told not only is my check not ready, but that it would take 3-4 more weeks. At this point they have had my car listed for sale for 2 weeks but are refusing to pay me for it.A week later I message the salesman who has my car listed and asked why he's allowed to sell it when I haven't even been paid, and he lies and says they bought the car at auction. I call the dealership AGAIN and get told they'll call me back with a update.At this point who knows when I'll get my money, and nothing has gotten done without me calling and reminding them I haven't been paid yet. They have lied, ignored me, and mismanaged every single moment of this process. STAY AWAY!

      got an oil change a few weeks ago, then 2 weeks later got a burning smell, come to find out there's little to no oil in my car. They 100% guaranteed me that they did it though when they messed up the charges to bill me though.

      Took my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and inflation is part of it. Well, waiting two hours for them to change the oil and rotate The tires, no one checked on me, no one provided me an update, they a homeless person to wander through the showroom and stock up on free snacks. When I advised them, I was done waiting, and they need to produce my vehicle immediately, they then told me its finished. When they drove my truck around, the only thing they did was change the oil they never rotated the tires. They never check the tire pressure the low tire pressure sensor on the dash proving they never checked the tires at all. If you own a Chrysler product and need maintenance, I would strongly recommend you take it to another one or possibly take it to **** and possibly upgrade to a ****.

      If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst customer service! Beware I would not recommend them if your trying to purchase a new/used vehicle! Go else where. No communication. Liars. I can go on and on. Just go else where to buy a new vehicle.
