This company sold me a faulty car. I bought a 2012 vw 2.5 beetle. *** tells me brand new AC unit clutch in perfect condition should last me a few years had a fully inspection on the whole vehicle had no issues other than small cosmetics. The first week of having this car I was driving down the freeway when my break pad came off. I called the dealer ship. Informed them. They told me bring it by today! Youll have it back tomorrow! Dropped it off on a Wednesday. Called late Thursday told me oh sorry it got busy we haven't had the chance to give it a look yet. Friday. Same thing! Tells me call back on Saturday it should be ready by then. Calls Saturday and tells me they got a lot of cars in at that time and have been going down the list mine is next. They were closed Sunday and by Monday I felt I was harassing them. They refused to give me a rental they kept my ca way past the time. I had to call the dealer who sold me the car to have them even call me back. I didnt get my car until Wednesday a whole week later! When I was promised a day over a breakpad. I got this car cause I needed a car with AC I am heat sensitive. I live in Tucson *******. Three months having my car. My AC goes out. I get it checked and its gotthe Black Death 4000$ replace. 6 months clutch went out. 4000$ my battery then went out. 300$ at this point I was past fine with this company. They called me up asked to buy my car back. I asked why? They said they need more of my car in the lot. I come by and they offer me 2000$ for my car. Try to tell me a brand new ********************************************************************************************************************* No matter how many times I said. No. He tried pressuring me into buying a much more ugly car then mine. Cause it had AC. Tried pressuring me to sign the paper. I walked away. He set the appointment for the next day. I politely declined. And the dealer texted me harassing me throwing in my face my laundry. 1year 20,000$ later

Larry H Miller had my Jeep Rubicon from 4/16-6/12/2024 due to hybrid battery going out, along with recalls. My vehicle completely under warranty. Absolutely terrible customer *********************** throughout the whole process. For an almost 70k vehicle they should absolutely offer a loaner especially when theyre aware youre not going to have a vehicle for at least 2 months. Initially (which I wasnt told until I called the service department) Larry H was going to have my jeep until July 21. It took them a month to order the battery. I just have absolutely nothing positive to say about Larry H Miller. They take advantage of the public & the consumers trust in car buying. Theyve officially made me never buy a Jeep again. Ive been buying Jeeps since 2002.

A year ago I had my AC serviced here at a cost of $750. Last month I brought my van in because it's not blowing cold enough for me.Instead of this being warranty work, they wanted to charge me over $1600 for a compressor which they claimed to have failed, plus another $500 for 2 small services it really didn't need.My change oil light had just started coming on a couple days ago but this was not addressed (probably not as profitable of a service) not to mention the fact that they never got under the hood and really checked things out even though they sent 3 pictures to me implying these were components under my hood.At the time of inspection, my engine compartment had a considerable amount of road dust that would have been disturbed had they actually taken those pictures of my actual components.Larry H Miller has lost my trust and I will never do business with this company again.

Took my car in for service and when I got my car back another light was on and I had to take it to a second location. I was told the installation was done incorrectly and they did test their service to see that it was done properly. *************************** is the manager there and he refuses to answer phone calls make appointments or respond to emails. Looking at reviews on all websites he has done this multiple times over years.

Made appointment with Larry H. Miller CJDR dealership for a special $49.95 synthetic oil change on my 2016 ********************** Asked that they adjust the headlights as both were aimed too high. That total was $241 as I stood shocked but paid in order for a return of the vehicle.Complained enough to get a promise of a return of all but the oil change. The refund was done but again short of expectations. Still out $40 or so. Complained to their representative online but nothing done. I think you should think before going to Larry Miller for any service. They are not honest.

On March 29, 2024, I bought a 2020 Jaguar ****** this dealership only cares until the check clears. Almost 40 days had passed when I contacted the *** to inquire about my being able to register my vehicle, and I was told the dealership NEVER submitted the paperwork. I called the dealership a few times and was either transferred to someone who would not return my messages or the one time I got through to their department that handles these issues the person said theyd get back to me which never happened. I had to go into the dealership and talk to a manager and the finance guy to handle this. My next major issue is dealing with a cracked sunroof that the dealership promised to get repaired after I purchased my vehicle. I was originally told their Jaguar dealership would be making the repairs; however, I was given the information for a small locally owned body shop in ***************. On April 9, 2024, I confirmed the repairs and they stated they received the request but had no idea what repairs needed to be done. I told them the sunroof needed to be repaired and brought my vehicle up the same day and a gentleman came out took pictures of the roof and said it would be a few hours and to bring the vehicle back on May 28, 2024. I dropped off the vehicle and I was told the glass would take a few hours and the repairs would be done. Around 2 pm I called the body shop and was told the repairs were a lot more involved and their glass guys looked at it and left for the day. When I arrived the RECEPTIONIST said what repairs needed to be done, however nothing was written down and what she said made no sense. On May 29, 2024, I went back to the dealership and asked to speak to a manager I wanted to be reassured that they would get my vehicle repaired by a competent company. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes while the Manager went about his day and blew me off as if it didnt matter that I had a valid complaint.

I scheduled to bring my '09 Jeep Wrangler in to Larry Miller Colorado Jeep for a recall issue with the clock spring/airbag issued by Jeep. Brought it in on 3/26/24, got it back the same day but the horn no longer worked. Called them back and was able to get another appointment on 4/30/24. Mechanic *********************** was extremely rude to my wife, expressing that when they did the initial work that the horn would work "temporarily" and that they would need at least 48 hours to just run a diagnostic. When my wife asked about a loaner rental, ***** yelled "No! Nothing!" and my wife left a little rattled. Now having an independent shop having to look at the clock spring/airbag/horn because we don't believe it was done correctly. Called General Manager *********************** in regards to this experience, never received a call back. Now my vehicle is LESS SAFE than it was before and I am having to pay for a recall repair on my own. Terrible business.

After paying an exaggerated amount of money for a Jeep whose Factory Suggested retail price was 38K, and they charge me more than 47K. I have a problem with the Jeep, and the dealer does not want to help me. They want me to pay more.Ok, I bought a brand new Jeep Gladiator; it was inside the showroom of the dealership; an excellent looking vehicle; it came with lift suspension of 2" high and 35X12.5X17 tires; what I noticed is that the spare tire does not match the other four tires it is a smaller size making it unsafe in case of a flat tire situation < I mentioned to the dealer the say I have to pay for a new tire, all vehicle when you buy brand new cones with a spare tire that when you used the vehicle is leveled in my case the vehicle will drop and would not be leveled or better said unsafe to drive. on the other hand, when they lifted the vehicle, they did not lift high enough; therefore, the passenger front tire rubbed against the chassis and damaged the tire.

Bought my ******** took it home and left on vacation. When I came back I started to drive it and realized it had a dent up next to the windshield and a ding underneath the passenger side window called them and they said did you purchase the dent protection and I replied it is bran new should not have a dent. Was told they would not do anything for me. Would not even look at it. Every time I drive the truck I look at the dent in my hood right in front of my eyes and think do not deal with Larry H Miller. Was treated rudely and manager would not talk to me. I called Chevrolet customer service and was told I had to resolve any issues with purchasing dealer so will not by Chevrolet ever again.Have owned eight Chevrolets over the years no more for me.The truck was in the garage when I was gone no way it got the dents there. It came into the dealership on. Transit the day beforeI bought it and had not been cleaned that is the reason I probably did not notice the dents. New truck with dents not cool..
