    On 6/28/23 we signed up to get solar panels and they promised that this would take up to 3 months for installation and hook-**** That by winter or even before then we would see results. As of 4/2/24 (9months into this) we are still in the installation process. I keep asking for cancellation and they dont say a word. My next thing to do is to call ********************** that G3 uses) and cancel loan if possible!

    We are working diligently to get this customer's panels turned on.  We are very close.  Unfortunately when we have to deal with NV Energy on trying to get a main panel upgrade ( which we pay for the customer) it really delays the completion of the project.  We spoke to the customer today and will have upper management give the customer a call.

    I was sold the idea of going solar with G3 Solar. They installed solar panels and they have not completed the project. Getting in touch with this company seems impossible, no one answers my phone calls or replys to my emails. I feel cheated, at least an update on my projects status would be amazing. Also, my email is no longer registered on their website so I cant sign in or reset my password.

    I had G3 solar install solar panels and they have not completed the project. Project started in October and I now owe my second payment. The company has promised reimbursement for payments but has not followed through. They also rarely respond to emails.

    When we were first pitched solar with G3, they explained that their engineers would determine the number of panels needed to produce enough credit to reduce our electric bill to zero in the summer and save credits for the winter months (plus the small monthly charge from RMP to stay on the grid). We have had panels installed for 10 months now and they have not produced hardly anything to cover the electric bill, and now we have to pay for the panels and our electricity (doubled our monthly payment essentially). If we had known the panels weren't going to produce, we wouldn't have installed solar to begin with! So now we are stuck with a huge monthly payment and a loan on these panels that dont even work. I've attempted to reach out to G3 solar multiple times over the last 10 months, with little or no response. Last they said was there was nothing they could do about it.I request additional panels be installed at no cost to offset the remainder of my power bill as promised, or financial compensation to cover the cost of additional panels from another company.

    We have communicated with the customer several times over the past few months.  We also installed more insulation and an aeroseal product which will help reduce their electricity and cost of Gas for the winter.  In our install agreement the customer signed states:

    R) Accuracy of information
    You, the buyer, agree that you are solely responsible for determination of kilowatt hour (***) usage and present and future usage needs for
    your home and that Contractor, and its agents and employees, has not made any independent examination or determination of *** and has
    solely relied upon your estimate and determination of *** usage and needs, and Contractor makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the
    sufficiency of the *** of the system for your home other than as is specifically set forth in this written Contract. You, the buyer, are responsible
    for understanding how the solar program and NEM works with your specific local Utility.

    Solar was install in 2019 and after numerous attempts to get the solar on track the missing part etc. was installed. It generated power for maybe 6 months and then issues began again. The Solar Edge has no info since 2022 which means the solar is not communicating to the internet. After what I went through, I did not have the mental stamina to fight this fight again. I am now in the process of selling the home and no one will assume a loan when the solar is not generating. I have made numerous phone calls to G3 Solar and made numerous attempts via email to get this resolved and have received no response. I have an email from ******************* who was/is the President stating the following: ************** do appreciate you taking the time to express your situation. You have been extremely patient. With respect to your install we have been working under a different contractor, ***** Systems and they have been anything but helpful. We no longer work with them. This however should not be your concern and its unfortunate that it has caused you stress and delay. As pertaining to anything to do with warranty, be it the panels or the workmanship. All manufacture warranties are fulfilled through a contractor and will not work directly with a homeowner. G3 is your point of contact, we will make sure you are taken care of.Thanks ***************** President ************ A Solar Company Who Specializes in Relationships FB Instagram I have numerous email from ************ I do not know how to upload them. At this point I have been paying for a system that does not work and cannot get anyone from G3 solar to assist.I do have another solar company coming to help so my loan is not held up but this is G3 Solar's responsibility.

    Unfortunately we didnt make the Solar Edge inverter.  We are a service company and would be happy to help service this customer.  If she would call our offices at ************ and ask for *********** we will help her with anything she needs.

    They put solar panels on our roof but they didnt pass inspection and they havent been out since August of last year and even tho its not hooked up to help us with out Electricity we still have to pay the $30,000.00

    As per the company, my electric bill was supposed to be eliminated by solar. Since I have had it activated, my bill has remained the same and last month it was three times higher than usual. I am paying over $300 for solar a month in addition to paying between $200-$600 a month for power from the power company. I have emailed the company, they referred me to another department, I still have not heard from anyone at the company regarding this matter. I cant afford to pay for both.

    I have tried to contact G3 4 different times because something is wrong with the system. 1 time the receptionist tried to help and said she would call me back. That was a week ago. This system cost thousands of dollars and suppose to take away most of my power bill. Last power bill was over$600 and this month bill is over $700. No one will come and check this system out. The way I understand my attorney, the contract has been broken between G3 and the client.

    We went out and made sure the system was working properly on the 2nd of February.  As far as reimbursing for the system not working.  We are not responsible for the failure or malfunction of a product.  The customer can reach out to ********************** Edge who produces the inverter to get them to reimburse the customer for the malfunction of the inverter.  We are a service company and can help with the servicing of the product but we arent responsible for any problems that arise with the product.

    Solar panels installed oct 2023. Now in January **** as snow melts, we are having leaks into the attic and house. I have called numerous times and was only able to speak to a person briefly the first time I called

    I am rejecting this response because:Follow up to previous complaint. They reached out once but will not answer phone or return calls. In fact, their messages are full and cannot leave anymore new messages. They said they would send someone out to examine leak issues but no one has been here. I still have a leaky roof, compromised insulation and two ceilings needing repair.
