    Charged my credit card over 2 months ago for parts that were supposed to ship on 4-26-24. Parts never shipped and there was no attempt on their part to reconcile the issue. They just wait for you to complain then refund your money. Problem is they use other peoples money for months with no intent to ship parts they cannot obtain!! Dont be scammed!!!

    Order a part on the 17 April, till today nothing have received. Customer ********************** is really bad. Send 2 mails, never got any response. They should shut down this company, I hope I will get my money back as soon as possible, so that I can order the part somewhere else.

    missing a torque bracket,,,small package with printed part # on it was in the box, however there was no part in the package,,,it was also the only package that had been stapled shut

    I ordered an air compressor control valve for $113.00, the sent me a ***** k*** for a cooktop stove. After 20 minutes of trying to get through I finally talked to a representative. To get the correct part shipped to me they wanted me to purchase the part all over again, pay for shipping, take time out of my day to go to *** and return their part, then wait for up to 30 days to get my refund. Don't! DONT do business with this shady company!

    We are sorry to hear that the wrong part was shipped to you. Let me explain how we approach this kind of situation. First, I would contact our credit team so we can issue a full credit for the amount that was paid for your part/s plus shipping. You would see this credit appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days. In the meantime, I will create a new order with the information we have here on file from your original order. By default, we are required to take another payment for the price of the part as well as the shipping, but like I said, within 3-5 business days you will have a full refund for the original amount and will compensate you for the new charge. I would also just ask that you hold onto that for 30 days in the event the warehouse mails you a prepaid return label. If after 30 days and you still do not receive anything, you can feel free to discard the part. If you would like to proceed with these steps to get another part out to you, please call us toll free.     If I could leave a negative 5 review I would. I placed to 2 separate orders for Ride On Mower parts on 4/26 and 4/27. The parts were not received within the requested time and I paid for expedited shipping with an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 days. At this point we are at 7 business days and the status of the orders were still in drop ship processing status. I ordered the very same parts from ****** with an expected delivery within 2 days. I get the feeling this company holds customer's money and is not have legitamate business practices.

    Total scam they sent the wrong part and the return policy asked for order number there is no order number on the box or in my email from them and you cant get through to them on the telephone. It just says theyre too busy and they dont have a representative available a complete scam company.

    this company clearly is taking on way more than it can handle, and some of the replies below suggest that the global shipping delays plus a warehouse move are getting in the way of a lot of customer orders- its a problem that it's to the extent that they can't even reply to customers in a timely manner.all that said, by all measures they seem like a legitimate company, and i did get my order a few weeks after it was expected. giving them a good rating in hopes that they can get their business operations in order.

    Ordered part they told would work. When received it did not work at all. I returned the product and they received it 02/20/2024. I cannot get them to answer the phone or give me a credit for the returned part. I have sent at least 3 emails. No response. Do not use this company!

    I ordered a Head Valve Piston for my SN-1850BN *************** and it was so tight that it got stuck in the head of the gun and wouldn't fire. I couldn't remove it without damaging it. I called customer ********************** to make sure that I ordered the right part and it was the right part so I explained that it was stuck and wouldn't fire, so they wanted to charge me again plus one dollar more but wouldn't replace the part without charging for the part, plus a dollar and plus shipping. So now I am stuck with a part that doesn't fit properly and is stuck in the gun which no longer works. I will never buy from eReplacementparts.com LLC again

    They sent wrong part. Then said I needed a conversion kit. Which I also couldnt use. The are charging me return shipping. For a part they said I needed. I was charged ove 50 dollars for 5 dollars worth of parts available at any hardware store. Absolutely ridiculous
