Repeatedly delayed parts that were advertised as in stock at time of purchase. Had to call ************* twice to pull updates. The first call I was told wholesaler delay- the second call I was told manufacturer delay. The supervisor I spoke with on the second call was a touch glib, spoke to me as is I was simple and took no ownership of the issue (blamed the manufacturer for all issues). I ordered a replacement part on November 13, 2023. I have not received it as of todays date January 18, ****. I emailed several times and my emails were ignored. I called ereplacement parts and received many, many, many excuses as to why I have not received the product including a list of reasons their business is having difficulties. I'm not sure what's going on with them but I have always had great service in the past. But now it shows orders to ship in 4 or 5 days and it's been almost a month now. I had to call several times because they will not respond to emails. After canceling my order because they said they had no idea if or when they would receive my parts, now I'm being told it could take 48 hours to cancel and 5 to 10 days to issue a refund. It took them 5 seconds to take my money when my order was placed!! Very disappointed in them now!!eReplacementparts.com, LLC

Placed an order (number ********) for 3 parts for a Ryobi log splitter on 12/10 with a shipping date of 12/22. Like other posted here the company has no response to email and does not have phone reps to help. Contacted Ryobi on 1/19 directly and they told me they have discontinued these 3 parts and are no longer available from the manufacturer. So, eReplacementparts know the parts are no longer available. Total scam taking orders for parts that are no longer available. I will contact my cc company for investigation and refund concerns.eReplacementparts.com, LLC

Ordered part numbers K-0650/D24233/CAC-***** on 12/31/23. I still have not received my parts. This order is still active. They keep telling me it's going to ship. The order is now in dropship status. I'm going to ride this process out just to see what happens. It has become a personal issue now. Don't get me wrong I still need my parts as my machine is still down waiting on them. I'm like the rest of you folks in wishing I read reviews before ordering. It's quite obvious E Replacement parts is a poorly ran business. Take your money and have no control over customer relations. I would not have a business ran like this. Don't know how they can still be in business. They are quick to take your order, but terrible with follow-up and customer **********************. When they fail to fill an order, there is no response to email inquiries using the link in the order email. When you call the help line, there are no associates available to assist. However, if you call that same number and want to place a new order, an associate will immediately be available. I'm going to ask for help from **** to dispute the charges since the order was never shipped. Very disappointing and unprofessional experince.eReplacementparts.com, LLC

Hi, I need to recieve update on tranactions:1. I placed anonymous order om 5th of january which has not been confirmed in any ways possible. I have send several emails but i have not recieved any information back. I assumed it has not been placed?2. Since it was no confirmated I Created an account and placed an order om 9 of january. The status has been not uppdated?3. I have recieved an transaktion on my credit car of 21,47 usd ?I have also recieved couple of scam transactions which I have reporter to the authorities. Since the price on my order is not correct i will cancel this order.4. I have second transaction of 16,62 usd which is pendig no uppdates or progress, not possible to track!5.
